0 professional atmosphere. Staff members shouting across the place at each other and customers have to raise their voices just to get their order heard. Staff arent friendly at all and act like theyre doing you a favor.

Trading hours incorrect.During this national lock down and curfew of 10pm. I expected closing time to be EARLIER THAN ADVERTISED. 9pm as suggested for employees to be home before curfew. But @8.42 it was clear they where closed for awhile already... And not the only branch either... For an international recognised company u would expect them to update important information

Bought me a large big mac meal.Got a large coke wit no straw and a dry burger with no salads on, and the only reason I couldnt take it back is because Im at work so that was my lunch. I had no time left 2 go out again

Seating area was dirty and messy.Ordered cheese fries, but was so little and with no fork and the fries looked sloppy, like it was yesterdays batch.My order was quick which was a positive.

Nice place, below average bathroom facilities. I think its location is its main issue, it doesnt allow for lots of parking. But its also obvious that Macdonalds exists to feed the night crowd.

This Mc Donalds always dissapoints me... Ive been blatantly robbed on a few occasions now..either they get my order wrong or they keep forgetting to add my fries. They literally robbed me blind and every time I notice Im already at home eating. I was there a few days ago and once again they gave me no fries with my meal... By the time I noticed I was already home and wasnt going to make and effort to go back for chips. I complained once with the manager and she didnt care. Pathetic service and this is literally be illegal to rob people like this...they probably owe me like three large fries and like one or two meals by now but theres no winning with them.. Im so dissapointed at how this can be ok.. And to have a manager that doesnt care makes it so much worse. Shame on you Mc Donalds... Shame on you!!!! I wouldnt reccomend this branch to anyone!!! I dont understand why they put ice block on the drink without asking first, I mean the drink is weak as water already ice just makes it worse and its winter now its cold no need for ice. And since they say its a procedure to add ice without asking whether the customer is okay with that or not I suggest they put that procedure on the reciet or somewhere for customers to see it.

I stay directly above the McDonalds Long street, service if oftenly good, food is always on point. But ever now and then you might find something missing on your order.

The customer service is disastrous, my advice to the supervisor spend more time teaching the staff how important is good customer service.

Was unusually slow for a macdonalds. Even had to ask them 15 minutes later about my hot chocolate which they forgot about.

Fast and efficient service. Only negative aspect is that their staff is not allowed to take tips which in my opinion is unacceptable. Working in the hospitality industry is long working hours of which most ks being on ones feet. Therefore i suggest a tip box of which all staff members can benefit from as staff will be more motivated to work hard and will help the staff quite a lot especially in the difficult times we are today!

Beeing going to this branch for over a year every other morning for a boerie and hasbrown meal with a filter coffee of R29.90. every other morning they get my order wrong they need to void and re order, but the best of all today, they ring my every other day order without the coffee, i ended up payment R17.40 for cold filter coffee so my breakfast costed me R47.40 where i am normally paying R29.90. Some staff members need to be trained they dont know what they are doing, i will not be supporting them anymore in the morning i will be having KFC breakfast in stead R29.90 breakfast wrap and HOT coffee.

Came from a very long queue at sassa with my elderly father who was struggling to hold in a pee. Asked for the toilet and the cashier rudely told us to order as the toilet is only entered with a till slip. The manner in which we were spoken to was uncalled for. We tried ordering which was another nightmare as it took forever to locate what we wanted to eat (which we didnt) and there was no helper to assist first time users of the self ordering screen gadget. Thank God there is a KFC right opposite cause we gave up and went across the road where we were able to use the toilet without even placing an order and we had our KFC meal in peace.

The store sites that it opens 24 hours but on the last 3 occasions its been closed which i assume is due to Covid. I dont see the operating hours but I assume it should be open at 7am. However on the last 3 occasions that I have been here at 7am the store was closed. 1 morning there was no staff at all. Seems like the manager is as lacks as the start

Never seen so many people wearing flip flops at 11pm. Insane.

Maybe we were at the wrong time, but the tables were dirty, ladies bathroom had no toilet paper, we had to go back to the till as our order was not correct and the burger was not properly in the box (fell out in the bag)

It was wonderful i cant even mention the burger was soooo soft delicious and tasty i mean like every was good. I also noticed protocols where followed sanitizer where there, social distancing signs, the where even signs on the chairs that separates people for social distancing

Ordered online for delivery today firstly I indicated no ice in cream soda and they put ice this is the third time, ordered 2 burgers and a muffin which was indicated its availability end up getting burgers only and I had to pay for the muffins aswell though promised the muffins money I can still use it in my next order bt I think all your stock must be checked regularly to avoid such , apart from this they stop drinks without communicating I ordered cream soda x 2 I receive 2 coca cola.

I am a Japanese who visited this store often in the fall of 2015.The taste is very delicious. It is the same as the taste of McDonalds in Japan.Serving food is quick.The staff were singing early in the morning.It was a very beautiful voice.In Japan, the staff does not sing beautifully like this.So I was very surprised.Outside the store, there were children who seemed homeless.They put their hands and face on the glass and demanded money.Such a child has stolen money from me.(Before this day, another child)So I couldnt respond to them kindly.A black man in a suit sitting next to him was kind to them.I wanted to be like him if I could.Coffee always had three sugars.At McDonalds in Japan, only one sugar is added to the coffee.I thought this difference was also interesting.
