Horrible service at the drive through. Horrible food as well. My fries are OLD and stale- and this being chilli cheese fries. Burger is extremely dry. I cant seem to get through - called 7 times. Id like a call from a manager and a refund!

I was lazy. Dont often do McDonald. Just one of those days when everyone is tired and dinner seems to be a mountain in front of us. On the way home, quick stop to get a Sharebox to impress the family. Spent 20min in the drive through!! If I could have ramped those curbs I would have. Family was happy with the food.

I got McDonalds via UberEats. The fries were stale and ice cold, I threw it directly into the bin. I also ordered a water and got cooldrink instead. Pathetic quality

Every single time we order from here there is either something missing, or something completely incorrect. This has happened while using the drive through, going inside as well as via Mr D. Somebody is definitely not doing what theyre hired to do and management doesnt notice.

Food always fresh at this branch so far in the few years ive been going there. One tip though. Always check your order after receiving it. They often forget to add the sauces that go with your food.

We just ordered 2 kiddies meals via Mr Delivery and our order was completely wrong. I ordered chicken nuggets, chips and girl toys. We got one chicken burger and one cheese burger and 2 boy toys! Very poor. It cant be that difficult to pack the correct items?!

Staff was really friendly, especially the lady at the door and the lady cleaning the tables. Made a nice meal a great meal.

This is a Sunday Ice-cream and I paid for extra sauce.This cup was wet and previously used, standing next to the ice-cream machine yet they served my ice-cream in it. Furthermore, I paid for extra caramel.This is not the first-time that I order a Caramel Sunday here, the previous times the caramel was old, chunky and burned.I also returned a couple of days later and this time the machine was broken. Also not the first time that this happens. I will be going to competitors for ice-cream in the future.

On Sunday we went to Okavango drive through to get 3 chocolate sundaes. They didnt have any spoons and we drove to this drive through for a second attempt. We placed our order and after collecting it, we were stunned at the poor service and attempt at filling a cup with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. The first one was not even a third full. And the other 2 were half empty. Needless to say, this was our last visit to any macdonalds. The service is terrible. We complained and were asked what we wanted, a refund or replacement, by a rude staff member. They replaced the sundaes but this was our second bad encounter at Macdonalds in one day.

Service at counter is not good. Teller is doing the transaction very good but the person that must pack the goods was taking to slow or was busy helping at drive-thru

Very helpful and friendly staff who didnt tire from all my questions, and requests to show me eg the kiddies toy for the week, etc. I was also quickly served when asking for an extra tomato sauce. Awesome service from walking into the door being greeted by the sanitizer guy till leaving for home! Thank you.

My favourite McDonalds branch.I love going to this branch because they have decent employees that do not mind going the extra mile for you, really good service.The size of the restaurant is very decent, with more than enough parking space outside.They still have a ketchup dispenser, which you struggle to find anywhere else.All in all this is my favourite go-to McDonalds restaurant and I prefer this one over any other.

I made use of their drive-through service today. Nobody responded through the ordering intercom. When I got to the payment station, there was nobody on duty. When I eventually received my meal, I got the wrong order and had to send it back. Staff completely apathetic and unresponsive.

Horrible service!! I placed an order at the drive through. When I got to the pay point my order was wrong so I asked that they correct it. I paid and when I got the slip my order was still wrong.I told the manager and still got the wrong order. I tried to complain but the manger(s) we not very friendly and did not want to give me a refund.

Not the first time we are disappointed in the service. Tonight again it happens. We got there at 20:15 to get food and nobody at the drive thru so we go to the front door and the door is locked with nobody to assist. The notice on your doors says 20:30! It’s not only us that are terribly disgusted but also the 6 other cars that came to the drive thru. You ignore customers. If your doors close at 20:30 then you close at that time! Horrible service. To add your staff is often not at the drive thru window and we need to wait 10-20 minute this is not on!

Very clean and spacious and the service is actually not too bad. Its also never really busy, which is refreshing. Good stop for takeaway or eat-in. The drive-through is a bit questionable, though, especially if you are trying to order a burger with no sauce. They can never hear you over the interkom and end up giving you, say, double chips instead of chips and a drink. Its much better to just park and go order inside the building.

Same profile as most of the other McDonald restaurants. This restaurant was clean, staff very friendly, parking area good some even with shade below trees. Convenient located in the town and ideal for quick meal. Food quality was standard to all other restaurants in this franchise.

The food arrives pretty quick but the customer service is a bit poor

In drive through the lady hit my brand new car door against the wall and she just laughed about it when I confronted her. Food was cold and the order was messed up. Pathetic service to say the least!

The last 2 times I was at the drive through I had to go and park and wait for food in the parking lot for more almost 10 minutes. What is the point of the drive through then? Isnt it supposed to be fast food?

I dont understand why you dont change your trading hours on Google if youre going to close before 5pm. This happened today and yesterday. Saw approximately 10 cars wanting to go through the drive through. But the store was mysteriously closed. Does not make for happy customers

The food is up to standard (their McFlurries are particularly yummy) and the staff are always friendly, but the drive-thru service is pretty slow.

They got the order wrong, requested a Mega McMuffin without meat, received with chicken. Other than that no complaints

Fast and efficient service, I would just like to see what I am ordering come up on the screen when I am busy ordering. Other McDonalds do it and it minimises the confusion when you get your meal at the end and its not what you ordered.

Waited in drive through for close to 30mins with 5 cars infront of me

They had a problem with their ordering system for the drive through and so a lady with a tablet walked down the row of cars to take orders. This was incredibly proactive and would have been great had she explained the process clearly. Because of this, the lady in front of me stopped at the ordering point and sat there for ages until it eventually dawned on her that she needed to move on to the payment window. Apart from that service was reasonably efficient once the cars got moving again.

Very poor service. Vehicles backed up in a queue, and when you do get to the front the order is incorrect. (No order display on the LCD Screen visible upon ordering). We then get asked to come inside to sort it out. This kind of service is not on! This is the second bad experience at this store. The first being a 45 minute wait in the drive through.

If its not slow that day, the food sucks! But today I had a double whammy! Food took so long to get done and then also, it did not taste good at all!

This is the first outlet that the manager on duty told us to have a seat . While she got our order . i was very impressed with the level of service.

I normally dont post negative reviews, but sadly, todays service was terrible. From the lady taking the order at the drive-thru making me wait nearly 5 minutes before taking my order (with no apology for having me wait, nor a quick please give me a moment), to the food being nearly room temperature, especially when we had to wait for that too... This is not the first time Ive experienced this low level of service from them either 😔 Please up your game, McDonalds Durbanville. Im not sure if this is the service youre used to giving customers, but it really needs to change.

The salad was a bowl of lettuce a tomoatoe and corn with a few cold strips of chicken. I dont think its worth the money

Terrible service. After waiting forever for the lady in the drive through to take our order, she said they were out of bacon for egg mcmuffins we then ordered something else and she got the order completely wrong. Besides this she continued to chat to other people while we were trying to get our order through. Honestly disappointing. This Macdonalds has gone down so much and Id never recommend it to anyone! If there was less than a 1 star rating Id give it that!

Not a good experience for us, unfortunately. Ordered two ice creams and two cappuccinos at the drive through, the shop not being busy at all. As we got to the collection point, the ice cream was prepared and left at the counter. And then we waited for our coffee for ten full minutes. Staff was dragging feet, literally. By the time we got our drinks, the ice cream was pretty much a molten mess. Cars were stacking up behind us and I hoped for their sake they did not order anything too complicated. Still cannot quite umderstand what happened there...

Was at the drive thru 10 minutes ago...On the board outside the quater pound meal with cheese R 54.20 with regular drink. I order 2 of them get to the window to pay they charge me R 132 and change. When i asked why she say it is the price... Beware about of this as the price displayed is not what you pay.

On multiple ocassions that I have visited I experienced problems with my order and the service. Sometimes even the food is not what I would expect.

Im not impressed with their service this morning. I had to wait 30min for my order, because they forgot about it and everyone who ordered after me had already left. When I eventually received my order, they forgot my fries. They should also update their board, because they charged me R39,99 for the meal, but the board clearly states that the meal is R37,99 even if you change the coffee to a juice. I will say that Im glad they actually remembered to take the tomatoes off.

This is the local McDonalds in Durbanville. It could not have been more central to the heart of the town. It is a community stop for everyone in the area and is very integrated in our lives. Growing up as a youth we always went here and we still do to this day. This is one of the better McDonalds in terms of meal quality and meal preparation speed. It also has a nice area to sit and enjoy your meal.

The lady at the drive thru had know idea what is advertised on your menu and held up the line of cars because of it and then my cuppacino just ended up as a milky, weak coffee. Im a very regular cuppacino customer at other McDs as Im on the road a lot, so yes Durbanville was a dissapointment.

Just bought my family McDonalds and I told the lady I would like a girl toy for the happy meal arriving at home to see there was no toy with the meal and I made it clear that I want a girl toy and she insisted they only do unisex toys but still no toy in the happy meal.

We hot there just before 21h00 and was not happy when it got close to 22h00 when they asked us to leave because they close at 22h00.😪
