Ordered burgers at this branch but had no ingredients inside. Very disappointing.

Poor service, my number is called, then Im told to wait for no reason at all, but I can see my food on the waiting counter, staff just dump sugar sachets into the chips, pic attached.

The store is always sparkling clean and is nicely located, with very flexible working hours, allowing it to serve as many people.Despite the place being a hub of activity, more than often, staff here try what they can to serve all with speed.

I dont have an issue, but couldnt I get my food and coffee at thr same time please, I know it makes sense for it to be separate but it feels weird waiting in line with your coffee still waiting for your food, or maybe its just me.

I ordered coffee from this branch and somehow they either lost the order slip that goes to the kitchen.I had to wait a long time and eventually had to call a senior official. Their approach on the day was so unprofessional. It really looked like my order didnt matter since I bought a coffee and not a full meal.Many of the complaints get closed before Mcdonalds sort it out.

I went to this particular branch on December 24, 2019. It was my worst experience at a McDonalds... globally.A quick summary of what happened.- ordered on the screens, chose table service- waited OVER 30 MINUTES for two Happy Meals, a Grand Garlic Chicken Meal and an Americano- the meals finally came after enquiring TWICE- the coffee took another 15 minutes- they didnt have milkshakes and I need a refund on the extra amount I had paid for those- I had to inform them that a refund was needed- the server handed me a crushed R20 bill...not even the exact amount but by then, I was done with them and wanted to get out of there ASAPI WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

Today I went to mcdees golden Acre. I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service!!!. The staff really went out their way to assist us with the new electronic ordering system.We only waited 2-3min for our food which was excellent.I was also really surprised by how attentive the new customer service person was.

This is still an all-time favourite. The burgers are always delicious, and the chips are amazing, hey so many different things and cater for children as well. The MacDonald’s franchise keeps everything the same so no matter which store you go to; the quality of the food will always be the same.

Quick friendly service (which is what you need during your lunchtime). Im really liking the double chili cheese. The lady helping and directing customers on the floor is awesome!

Food well prepared, waiting time fair. Small but well accessible. Prices are fair and personnel are friendly. They may need to consider putting some chairs outside, as same may not be sufficient currently.

Usual McDonalds food but added with friendly, helpful and fun staff. Being rather central in Cape Town made sitting down a pleasant experience with a mix of all our local folk and the odd foreign tourist here and there. With plenty of seating space it was a really pleasant atmosphere with such a mix of people who all seemed happy.

A nice quick and centrally situated spot when utilising Cape Town station. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is fresh and delicious, especially there new chilli cheese burgers. Lots of smiles and quick service.

Smiling faces everywhere the service was good they can improve definitely but I couldnt complain my breakfast was on time and it was beautiful. This a place for someone who wants something quick to eat and is not willing to spend a lot of money on food in this time with our economy.

Most horrible food i have ever had. The coke tasted like it was standing outside the entire day , and i dont take ice in my drinks so it wasnt because of that. After taking a sip i felt sick to my stomach and was already skeptical about the food. The fries were soo oily and didnt taste like anything else but dirty oil. I also do not think they use fresh ingredients on the burger since i threw away all the lettuce and the tomato because of brown marks on the lettuce. I will never order anything from this mcdonalds again and i think its a disgrace to the name(mcdonalds). I will also not even tell my worst enemy to support this store because the quality is just horrible. Thank you mcdonalds adderly for making sure you loose a customer for life. I will make you this promise and that is that i will tell everyone i know about the horrible quality and i will make sure no one i know supports this store ever again. You dont even deserve 1 star.

Good place for meet ups and to grab a quick cup of coffee. The outside outside environment if you happen to sit outside the guys who walk around begging might be of bit distruction but otherwise its located at a convinient place at the train station and other mode of transport. There is no parking space makes it ideal for those coming in and out of the station.

This McDonalds is not the best to order through Uber Eats. There is always something missing in my order. And its makes me sad and disappointed... I do not recommend.

The Mcafe counter server was most unfriendly. And there were a few cockroaches running about the area I sat in

Aint no McD better than this one in Cape Town. Ive been to many McDs in Cape Town, and none comes close to this one! Im not referring to the taste, all McDs taste the same.The cleanliness and staff assistance is by far the best!!! The manager is always on the floor, eager to assist, with a smile too :-)I was notified of this by my twin brother, and I had to see it with my own 2 eyes.

They have a quick service and theyre especially a convenience for people who use public transport because they are right at the Cape Town Station close to the buses, taxis and trains.

Waited almost 20 mins for 1 breakfast meal coffee was cold and watery. Another patron asked for the manager to find out why the kitchen was so slow. To which the manager went on to scream and literally chasing the patron out of the restaurant. Wont be visiting ever again which is sad as it is on my walk to and from work.

Slow service, stood in a queue for 10 mins, with only 5 people before me, one of the buyers kept on cancelling and changing the meal she wanted thus holding the queue, another till was opened and another lady who works there counted 6 people and from the 7th were referred to the other till just opened, meaning those behind were served before those in front

I actually like the place however the environment is a bit dodgy.

Its in a very nice and chilled place outside the train station.
