I was in one of my I need coffee moods and I am hungry. I took a turn into MC Donalds on my way to work round about 6:40. I bought a breakfast with coffee. When I received my food I started to eat immediately while driving when I was done eating I want to drink my coffee. As I took a sip thinking that is hot my coffee cold. It was impossible for it to get that cold as I work in seapoint not far from McDonalds. I didnt evens wait to get at work where I could say it was my fault that the coffee got cold ..they actually served me cold coffee..when I tried to contact them the phone ring and it was cut off every time. I then went the website well was struggling to complaint ..didnt want to waist my petrol to drive back either and I need to be at work 07:00. Well all I can say is please check your food before leaving dont be in a hurry.

Went there @ 06:40 this morning. After waiting at the door for 10 minutes, I walk around to the drive through section, only to be told that it opens at 7.It has huge signs ( as you can see in my pic), indicating 24hr service.Pathetic.

Green Point McDonalds.. Disgusting burger..the meat is a small, very thin round of heaven knows what...it is colorless and tasteless.The bun is ridiculous..one small slice of German and a little tomato sauce. WHO EATS THIS RUBBISH... many years ago was very different..even the chips not the same...

This is one of the only mcdonalds that isnt open 24 hours. Came at 6:30am and the drive through was closed. Everyone started parking outside waiting for Mcds to open.

Drive through is fast and staff is friendly however always check for your ketchup in your meal as they tend to forget to add it. Overall its great and also has plenty of parking should you wish to eat in the car.

Lovely surroundings. Great to bring little kids as they can play in the play area or on the field and area around the Mc Donalds. Can also go to Greenpoint Park or the promenade for an ocean view as its really close. Portion size is okay and its nice and fresh always. Spent up to 45 minutes in the drive through during their peak time which is late afternoon/early evening on a Saturday as they can get pretty busy certain times. Overall good experience though. Will surely visit them again.

Friendly staff and a McDonalds that makes me feel rather welcome. Actually dont mind spending money at a McDonalds which is fairly clean, always good food, not been disappointed so far.

I used the drive through. Staff very helpful. The drive through however is a problem. The pickup window is not easily identifiable and the area looks like a store room. No signage to identify. The drive through is also very narrow and section especially narrow because of the huge tree that has grown into the drive through.

Drive Through did not put the chicken in my burger and only saw once I got home. Check all your food before driving off!!

Well kept place. Upon arrival today a large group of people had just left a huge mess on the tables (they clearly were not sure what the bins were for), the staff were very prompt in cleaning up. There is a cafe on the premises offering doughnuts or cake to order along with cuppachino or coffee. There is a decent size childrens area outside, but it is not suitable in bad weather. I did not notice dedicated parking for wheelchairs, nor did I see wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. There is a ramp at the entrance.

Absolutely amazing. Staff and overall ambiance in the restaurant is fantastic. So so clean. I really enjoyed my experience this morning compared to other McDonalds where its too busy and noisy. Lovely and well done.

The drive through was a stand still and then I decided to go inside and people were complaining because they were waiting so long for their food, manly the burgers took very long to come out of the kitchen, it was very frustrating for all, because usually that Mac D is know for quick service

Service is nice and fast here, not much time waiting for food and the food is surprisingly good for McDonalds. Bathrooms are clean and theres plenty of parking most of the time. The restaurant is spacious and offers enough seating considering Covid rules.

Mediocre standards, always busy, & dont go there late or theyll forcefully coerce u to just take anything they have left.....Mistakes are made with the orders as well (especially the drivethru) which makes one want to go into store ... but one rather didnt due to Covid n the store being so full...

Service was terrible, the person who was serving us at the drivetru forgot about us will having a chat with her colleague. We eventually had to remind her of her duties.

Easy to catch a quick meal...our go to place for the mornings on our way to drop our girls at school.

The only problem i had was with the guy at the door who had sanitizer. Just because i didnt look all smart does not mean im not a customer. Does one need to dress formal to get in. As i got in i asked him where the toilet is because i ddnt want to ask the ladies and waa told the toilet is for customers. Like really. Great views, next to sports complex that includes Cape Town Stadium. It has a drive through section as well.

We just used the toilet facilities. Easy to park, and free to use.

Even if there is a long queue at the drive through, it still moves quickly and efficiently.

Food was good, as expected. Went through the drive through to grab breakfast. The breakfast menu at the ordering station was missing. So be prepared by knowing what you want 😏. Other than that the experience was okay.

It tasted better than it looked. This was a McFeast with few gherkins etc but made up for it in taste.

Service is great unless you go on a hot summer day when the beaches are full. Youll have to prepare yourself to stand in a queue. But once youre out theres a lovely patch of grass outside that you can sit down, relax and enjoy your meal

Why cant you just have machines that work? Like, its not that difficult. You have one job. Provide the food items on your menu. Man that Oreo chocolate shake is nice, but twice now it hasnt been available. But Mcflurrys are?? Just put the ice cream in a milkshake cup with the same toppings, boom, milkshake. But noooo thats not possible. Cmon, be better.Fries were crisp, Mcflurrys were generously sprinkled with toppings but poorly mixed. You know what would fix that, putting it in a milkshake cup and mixing it like a Mcflurry. Add milk and crushed ice.

Extremely slow drive through service

Its a very busy McDonalds. one needs to double check her order before leaving had to come back twice fetching different items .staff are speaking home language which was Afrikaans (I dont understand).eventually got the correct order

Was planning on buying a share box but when we got to the window, we couldnt order it because there were no chicken nuggets.Couldve tried to substitute it for something else at the same value?

The play place is out of bounds. We had beggars disturb us while eating outside. We are outside because the air conditioning was not working inside. On the up side the food order was quick and correct.

Needs to up their food quality. Prepared super quick but next time Im going to check the quality and not use the drive through. Its been numerous bad quality orders but because of bring convenient for me to use your services, I WILL HOLD YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD QUAILITY ASSURANCE.

My husband and I ordered two extra large meals from McDonalds. The meal was meant to have the burgers of our choice, 2x Extra large drinks and 2X Fries. The order was delivered to us by Uber Eats, sealed by McDonalds so the order was not tempered with. Once we cut the seal and opened the package, our large fries where the quantity of a small meal order in an extra large container. The meal was delicious, the drinks were the correct size however, you do not cheat your customers. That is wrong on so many levels. We paid you for a product, one we did not receive. If we wanted a small meal, we would have ordered a small meal. I truly have had the worst experience, we had to make sandwiches because the delivery service was closed and we were starving. I will not recommend this to anyone. Very appalling services.

Staff were not wearing protective wear over there hands through the drive thru handing customers food with their. bare hands and not on a tray as experienced at other McDonalds outlets... staff member took my slip to check the order and never gave it back plus they never gave the full order and the outlet was closed by the time we turned back...

I was their on Saturday just after midnight Doors closed and drive through closed aswell. It clearly states 24hour? Staff looked at us customers ( -+ 6people ) and didnt have the decency to tell us whats happening. I knocked on the window politely and asked if they would re open, I just got ignored.Bad bad customer service for a branch located in one of the best spots in capetown.And the parking lot was filled with people that didnt know if this branch would open or not.
