Friendly staff accompanied the Spur menu, offering their favourite steaks and burgers. The vast size of this Spur had ample room for diners to sit wrll apart as prescribed under Covid requirements.

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was really good, especially our waiter in the smoking area (very friendly and professional). And a big thank you for the manager that took her time to speak to us.

Last night I went to Navaho Spur for the first time and I had amazing supper a the service was excellent and the vipe is nice and it makes feel welcome

It was my first time at this branch and our first dining experience since lockdown.From the minute we arrived, our temperatures are taken and, we get seated by the staff we all have masks on. Every second table is left open for social distancing purposes and on the tables, is a hand sanister bottle. They also supply you with a packet to put your mask inside instead of you laying it on the table.Your cutlery, napkin, and a toothpick come in a contained packaging which I found interesting yet necessary and, our waiter was absolutely amazing and stuck to all health protocols.The staff also did the Jerusalema challenge which was such a treat! highly recommend going to this branch!

Id give them a 50/50 because they have a wonderful manager think his name is William, with excellent people skills and welcomed me and my kids in such a warm friendly manner, I was so impressed about his exceptional customer service especially for a spur manager (if you know what I mean...)He seated us and introduced my waiter to me, who looked presentable but omw he only came to my table when he took the order and to bring our food. I was so disappointed, my salad arrived a couple of minutes before my bill, when I asked him for another glass of wine, he said sorry bar closed now.I spent almost an hour there, not once did he ask if everything was OK, if I needed anything or asked me if I want to order another drink before the bar closes.There was another manager also on duty, think his name is Jaco, i was amazed by the difference between his attitude and customer service and the manager that welcomed us upon arrival! He is not a peoples person at all, grumpy and does not even try to hide the fact that he hates his job.I was super impressed upon arrival, but very disappointed by the rest of the staff

Friendly waiters and managers. Atmosphere is nice and welcoming. But tge prices are really high for the small portion and low quality food.

We ordered on the Mr D app and this is now the second time we are not happy with the quality of food. The last time we ordered the chips were old and tasted off, this time the veggies, there were sand in the spinach and the butternut tasted sour. Chips and onion ring portions were a lot smaller than previous times. The bag were not packed correctly and all the hot veggies fell out meaning all the packaging were torn when we took the bag from the driver. We always had great food and excellent service, unfortunately these last two times was not a good experience.

We were at the Spur before the usual rush. I had a bacon, cheese and avo burger. It was fresh and so tasty. I enjoyed every bit. The service was good and our waitress checked on us regularly without being annoying. We had a nice relaxing time.

I understand its a Family Restaurant but please consider segregating areas for your customers that have no children. Nothing ruins the experience more that someones brat running around all over the isles screaming as loud as they can. Couldnt even have a conversation properly without being interrupted by someones spawn screaming for a constant 30 minutes if not more.But besides that, food was decent, love the Bar one milkshakes.

Our waiter Siya was very attentive, the food was nice and hot and tasty and the free wi-fi was a decent speed. Oh, and the cappuccino was also good.

Burger was delicious as always, but Spur should really take the waffles off their menus - I have had it at a few different Spur’s and the waffles never tastes freshly made, it tastes old and they serve it cold.

After having a bad experience with cold food from a collection, the manager contacted me directly and instantly made it right. Not only did he ensure we received a replacement meal the following evening, he followed up and ensured that we had a great experience. What a fantastic manager Brendan is, he is a true star.

Our waitron, Suggest was AMAZING! He was very helpful, efficient and friendly! 11/10 for Suggest!Our food (chicken schnitzel and cheddamelt burger w/pepper sauce) was delicious, however the onion rings werent as fresh as when weve had them before, but overall, the food was on point.

Waffles was such a disappointment! Taste like they were frozen and just warmed up. If one wants a descent waffle, you order one, pay for it and expect quality, otherwise I could have gone to Checkers and warm one up myself!

Raw calamari and steak was full of hard pieces. Not a pleasant meal, but the service was good - further to this review and Spurs response to send contact details, the email address which I had to send details to does not exist. Is this just a front to make people believe that they care when they dont actually?

The only spur I still go to. Food is always fresh and exactly what you ask for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will support them any day 😜

Since moving this Spur is very nice and modern.. Huge Screen for watching sport and a big play spot for the kiddies. The food however can be a bit mixed in quality. Sometimes food is great other times food is cold or for example breakfast the toast is not freshly made. More consistency in quality would be good.

We had a great great time and the best food and service from the waiter called Suggest.... The manager called Nigel also made us feel special... Thank you guys...

My family and I went for a Sunday lunch and waited for nearly 20 minutes to get assisted outside. A table became available and another 20 minutes went by before being assisted by a waiter. I asked the waiter who is serving our table and a nice lady (Lindo) overhead and offered to assist in the meantime. After our drinks came, our waiter finally rocked up but it took another 45 minutes to get our food.Honestly speaking, Ill never visit this branch again!

Lovely staff always friendly and cheerful to see customers. Has absolutely amazing COVID-19 regulations in place e.g. all cutlery, along with toothpicks and sweets are prepackaged and sanitized to keep as little hands on contact as possible during your stay. Food comes in amazing quantity and quality, and tables are sanitized and cleaned neatly. Love to bring my family here ❤

I went for take aways and waited for 55 minutes for my food. I had to go ask the waiter helping us at the door after waiting already for 50 minutes. Only ONE waiter had to manage such a lot of people that came for take aways. Never again

Had a great experience at this Spur. Fantastic service from our waiter (Grace) and the children enjoyed playing in the large play area. The childminder in the play area made such an impression on my son (3). When he woke up from his nap he wanted to go back to Spur!

We ordered on Mr D food last night. (To be collected).When we got there, before having time to get out of the car, two friendly staff members, was at my window to ask how they can help me.One of them ran inside to get our food, ran back with it as quick as he could. The whole process from arriving to leaving with our food took 2 mins without setting a foot out of the car.Great, friendly, efficient service. Well done, and thank you.

Was great being in a restaurant again since lockdown appreciate the Covid19 protocols taking place here would just suggest when we sign the register that more pens be made available that can be sanitised in between and not only 1. Other than that we had a great experience. The waiter Grace was very interactive, happy talkative person that made you feel very comfy. Will def recommend 😀

I called for a part time job and got told to not waste their time.If they are not in the mood to work they should stay home.
