It took them 20 minutes to make a somewhat large breakfast order. Way longer than what I expect from McDonalds and it made me late. The food quality however was good, but I go to Macdonalds for fast food.

I am severely unhappy with the food I received from this branch, and it is not the first time my order from McDonalds arrives in poor condition. My order was for two medium (your new large) big Mac meals. My food arrives and already the cooldrrink is empty before it even gets to me. So what do I do with an empty cup of large nothingness?? The driver doesnt even attempt to apologize, I am very pregnant and looking forward to my food but at this point Im irritated because the drink I paid for is empty. When I open the bag with the food the fries are a total joke, its the quantity of a small fries in both large fries holders. I cannot express the level of anger and disappointment I am feeling about this. Please fix this problem and I look forward to hearing from a manager about this pathetic service.

Absolutely pathetic, can never get an order right. Staff are utterly useless, incompetent and a waste of fresh air. Dont bother ordering from them unless you want disgusting service and even more disgusting food.

Ordered Uber Eats at around 19:00, at 21:00 they cancelled the order.

The delivery guy was given a wrong drink with my order, honestly if what I ordered was out of stock/ sold out then why isnt it specified on the app? Really annoyed by this service.

9:30 and they can’t fulfill their breakfast menu. They have no milk on site, no grilled onions....poor management and planning means someone forgot to check their stock of basic items...

Fast Service and the food tasted great. Didnt give us any Tomato sauce and had no Ice cream or Milkshakes.

I believe the shop is understaffed and therefore orders take too long, orders get messed up and you dont get what you pay for. For what its worth I think it could be better if you improve the service delivery.

The service here is quite fast so you never find yourself waiting in a long queue for an unreasonable amount of time. They do not mess up your order which is pretty great. Its just said that McFlurries arent sold after a certain hour but it be like that sometimes.

Visited this McDonalds for the 1st time. Not sure if it was because it was early in the morning or if they just usually are slow but I would not classify the place as a fast food outlet. Food quality was of a good level though. FYI there is no drive thru.

Nice place to pop in and grab some food. What I love is the morning South African breakfast its a special.

Theyre open until quite late at night which is great for students. The staff are always friendly, queues are not too long and the food standard McDonalds which is exactly what you want if you go there.

Like that the place is a 24hrs fast food restaurant, but was personally upset that coffee was not sold in this particular branch, service was not satisfactory in my opinion and person taking order seemed confused about what was on offer. Chips bought was not freshly made therefore lukewarm to cold so was not a satisfying taste. Has everything you would expect from a South African McDonalds. Its a great place to get really fast food on main road. I cant say anything bad about it as I get exactly what I expect in terms of speed, taste and prices.

The quality of food and service is acceptable but they are often frugal with the quantity of fries and have given me the wrong order on occasion.

The service is quite fast. The longest ice waited is roughly 15 minutes so the service is fast. The place is tidy and spaced out. More seats would be appreciated because it tends to get full of customers and seats run out.

We had been in plumstead and we thought the place much more clean and organized, as well the food seems to have more quality.

The service isnt very good, but at least its better than the KFC next door. There is one really nice lady there who usually greets me in the morning.. As for the food, I mean, its McDonalds.. So just a few minutes ago my husband ordered two meals from them. Upon his arrival at home I checked our order and once again it was incorrect. Yes he shouldve checked while he was there, but he didnt. He ended paying in full yet we still ended with something we didnt want. This is not the first time that this had happened. Some of the worst service I have ever seen. When a friend and I entered this McDs, we had to wait an entire 15mins for someone to waltz up to the counter. When this person served us, she had an attitude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing HER by making her do her job! (P.s the sodas were watery too)

Went there for a quick bite on a Sunday evening. Wanted to order a foldover, cashier told me we dont have, I said okay may I have a chicken burger instead. She became visibly irritated with me, pulled her face funny and said, we dont have chicken. I responded with confusion, as I was led to believe they didnt have foldovers, because she wasnt clear that they were actually out of chicken. Terrible, unfriendly service. I get home and the fries are uneatable. They were stale and tasted like cooking oil. Will definitely not recommend this McDonalds to anyone.

Horrific service, their food quality is always bad. Their ice creams are either not made correctly (McFlurries) or they are too small. The staff that works there has a horrific attitude problem and you are better off going to the McDonalds in Obz.

Nothing much to say about McDonalds, roughly the same throughout. However, the food is very inconsistent here. There are days that the food are good but mostly food taste old and reheated.
