Nandos is doing much better, I had some bad experiences but they up there game. I have lots of respect for a restaurant that ups there game if they didnt perform well. Nicely done Nandos Brackenfell.

I love Nandos meat, so I decided to try their Wrap @@@👏 I loved it more. Their drive through is quick, you order nd pay at the same time done. Simple

Drive thru more like a sleep thru.... 30min in the drive thru and i havent even reached the order windows. I could understand if they where busy but there is like 3 clients in side ordering 😞 i wont come back again

Used the drive thru. Had to wait 35min in que to get 2quarter chicken and chips. Got home chips was cold and 1 quarter chicken undercooked. Rated them 3 stars. Since then customercare requested my contact details which I supplied. A week later no response from Nandos customercare. Change my rating to a 2star. Horrible service and poor food quality control.

I took the drive through. the worker was helpful and did our order but also helped with best one to take. when we arrived at pick up point the chicken was ready. there wasnt a long wait. must say nandos chicken is absolutely tender and juicy. thank you.😍

Really enjoyed eating the chicken here. The chicken was tender, juicy and flavorful. The Peri Peri sauce was amazing. Ill be visiting again but I head home. Im planning on asking for extra peri sauce packets so I can take back to States .

Very understaffed, staff try their best but are unable to keep up with orders.

Quite slow service via drive thru. Needs improvement

It was awesome, only had to wait for a bit longer due to loadshedding. We drivethru justa 5mins after return on electricity and am sure preparations did take longer bcoz of that. Servce is top notch and I always prefer to buy my Nandos at Brackenfell

Was absolutely awful, bought a Family Meal. both our full Chickens tasted like was grilled the plated with some marinate poueed on it, no taste what so ever.Chips, rolls and wedges was perfect.Staff very friendly. Good care on sanitizing tables and very clean cutlery.Store very neat and clean.

We ordered an eat in meal... ½ chicken extra hot with side rice and mielie and ½ chicken extra hot with Slaw.Food was great, but the cashier said something bazaar... why dont you people go on holiday, as now we must work throughout the holiday!We were speechless to say the least. The store was being cleaned way before 19h00, we had mo one attending to our further needs, Nandos is a hands-on meal... NO SERVIETS, NO ATTENDANTS! EVERYONE BUSY CLEANING!! BAD SERVICE!WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE SOON. TO THINK WE CAME TO REDEEM A CLUCKING COMPLAINT VOUCHER... CAN WE HET IT RIGHT FOR ONCE... WE IN AN ERA WHERE RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSING ITS DOORS. NANDOS IS A WELL RESPECTED INTERNATIONAL RESTAURANT THAT HAS AN EXCELLENT BUSINESS MODEL THAT WORKS.

The chicken was a but dry, the sauce was almost none existent, sadly we only realized when we got home

Ordered dinner to the value of +R350 at 17:15pm online and was notified it will be done by 18:00pm. Got there and it still was not ready. Customer service was good, however it seems staff under pressure about 6-7 staff members dealing with walkins, uber eats driver orders and drive thru customers.

Service has really gone from 10 to 1 in a few months. Order never comes as requested, oh and never order a take away. 8 to 10 minutes is a total joke. More like 45 minutes... Went from my favorite to my least favorite Nandos in just two months. P.s I buy here every week, today will be my last.

Order the new Perinaise burger with the avo and caramelized onions only to get home and have a plain burger. My husband ordered livers, in the tangy tomato that we had to wait extra for, but received lemon and herb. When trying to phone them the line keeps cutting off. No help there and cant drive up and down.

The worst Nandos, drive thru is slow, my rice tasted old, hard & it was cold. No thank you for me. However the staff was great but not the food.

Was impressed with the general look of the establishment,service was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and met the general standard I have come to expect at Nandos. Was impressed to see that they also offer alcoholic beverages which would also make it a place to take a group of friends to hang out and connect and not just a place for takeaways.

Had to wait because they did not have an ingredient for the milk shake I ordered. Previously, I ordered cool drink with my order and when I got home, it wasnt in the parcel. I phoned them and was told I could pick it up but I never did. So check your order before leave.

Its good food

Worst customer service. Only client not just in the drive thru but entire restaurant. And I only ordered a wrap and festa chips. With 2 milkshakes. After the photo was taken 7 more minutes past before I was attended to and received my order.

Very poor drive through service

The food is cheap. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean. There is a toilet. There is space to sit down and even a table for up to 10 people.
