I really like Nando’s. I would come back more but the food and service takes too long. Waited 30 minutes for a chicken burger meal... won’t be back.

When we arrived it was quite busy and there were no seating available due to the fact that staff took up 8 seats due to being on their break. Maybe taking their lunch off site would be a suggestion and they were quite loud.

Consistently great! I’m quite picky with my order (I tend to remove quite a lot and like things done in a certain way) yet this Nando’s always delivers. The consistency plus friendly staff makes going to this Nandos worthwhile! It’s conveniently located by the entrance of Cavendish and is the perfect place to grab Nandos on the go!

I ordered a full chicken WITH EXTRA SAUCE for pick up via the Nandos app. However, when I opened the packets at home, the chicken was completely dry. Very disappointing.The app was advertised to help customers order with special instructions yet they dont get followed!

Place is horrible. Staff is super unfriendly and lazy! They closed doors and didnt want to open it, so I hurt my finger badly trying to get out! Definitely dont recommend!

Queue is slow. Wanted dry roast chicken( basted but grill off) can’t do but other stores can. The co-ordinator on duty could be heard in Newlands she was so load. Full on conversation with the lady griller about all things non Nando’s! Can’t say my 87.00 experience was worth the Money!

Hi,I will start my saying that Nando’s is my favourite chicken meal and I been eaten in Nando’s restaurants throughout the country.To date, the Nando’s meal I had at Cavendish was the tastiest ever!The chicken was absolutely fresh and it was prepared just how I like it (well done, cut in 2, extra basting sauce). The chips and roll were also fresh and couldnt be prepared. The cashier was polite and had a great smile, the guy that brought us our food was sweet and friendly.I will for sure be a regular and Nando’s Cavendish :-)

Great new location unfortunately the menu board has lettering that is simply too small to read from the service desk. Service fair and the food was a bit slow in getting to us. Otherwise I would recommend this location for a sit in meal. 👍

Havent yet had a bad experience. Food has always been good. Although staff can seem grumpy.

It was our first time at this branch.Lovely decor and art etc.Friendly cashier.Food was cold and I sent it back. The garlic rolls were also not cooked long enough. Sent it backThe second round of food was alot better. Back to normal delicious 😋 Nando quality we expect 😊😂😛❤️

Lately its been on the scale down on food portion and push prices up side. I ordered a grilled chicken salad came with huge tomatoes, and the letters were not fresh. My friend ordered a quarter chicken with fries and the size chicken was definitely a kiddies menu chicken! On top of all that the service is horrible! We ordered a garlic roll with the quarter chicken and when our food came we asked wheres the roll and turns out she didnt even ring it up. Instead of fixing the issue the girl just looked at us and walked away. So needless to say I will not be eating at this Nandos again!!!

Best Nandos in town. Situated near the entrance. A bit slow at serving customers at times, but its clean and nice decor.

The food was not great compared to our previous visit to this same store. The bread was cold and slightly hard inside and the chicken was tough. I will give them another go and lets see what happens.

Overcrowded, dity floor, noisy, incredibly slow with takeaways being served before sit downs. The lady at the till who took our order was nice at least and the food was fair but these two positives are insufficient to redeem the overall experience.

The foods really good, the service isnt. Do yall know the pain of seeing other people get their orders before you and you dying of hunger for almost 45 mins? No you dont. Anyways, lockdown got us all messed up, so im missing you.

This is a new Nandos store that has opened up and it is clear that there are some teething problems that need sorting out:1. I ordered takeaways and was in a bit of a rush so I didn’t really check the order. When I ordered I requested extra sauce for the strips and rice as well as spice to be added to the chips. When I arrived home, I noticed that the extra sauce was not added and there was no spice on the chips.2. There was a long waiting time to place the order and then collect.3. The restaurant seemed to be well understaffed as the manager was dishing up the chips and serving customers their orders. Many tables were not cleared as there was only one staff member on the floor.

Decent flame grilling. Not inexpensive. Better for takeaway.

Cheeky Nandos. Its fast food so can never be more than three stars. But as far as fast food goes its great, wont bother with the McDonalds opposite. Much better location for them than the crowded food court

This is one of the better nandos. I, however, get constantly the same feedback from friends and relatives that nandos standards are going down

Staff eating at the table next to me...literally shouting ,not a peaceful place to have a meal !!!!

When you buy a R50 piece of chicken and then they refuse to give you extra sauce even when you offer to pay for more sauce!! I dont know what weird policy nandos has but seriously guys Im asking for extra sauce not to make the fees fall.

Nandos is definitely one of my favourite fast food places. The new branch in Claremont is a godsend as theres a definite lack of healthier fast food options in the area. Friendly staff, quick service and the quality is excellent. The layout and table service is very good too. Highly recommended

Bad experience ever! The manager is not willing to accommodate customers, we asked to swarp the sides he just told us no. Money was not a problem, he was just not willing to assist us. The waitresses are not friendly

Impressive new store with tastefully updated facade . Layout is nice and flowing . Can see the grillets as they prepare your chicken 👨‍🍳🍗👩‍🍳 . Chicken was grilled exactly as specified by the friendly , well trained staff.Overall , a very well operated Nando s and will diffenately recommend.Open till 10 pm at night.Wheel chair friendly

Poor service from a waiter after she served us a meal i asked for a glass of water she said she is busy she wont be able to get me water and i had to go out and buy water becouse i did not receive a glass of tap water for my medication very Poor Poor Poor service!!!!
