I am pescatarian so the food ordered wasnt mine. This KFC is fast, efficient and has friendly staff. It is Covid safe. Only reason it wouldnt get a 5 star is because there is little/no parking at times. So if you wanted to go there you would need to walk across the busy road or order delivery.

They prepare their meals before hand and when you eat it, everything is cold and no longer fresh. KFC is best served hot! This is not the first time they serve cold, stale food. Rather go the KFC branch in observatory. At least their food is served hot.

This is the great place to get your meal of choice. The service is very good, fast, and the workers have love and respect.

I called ahead and they still managed to make me wait. When I arrived to collect, they acknowledged receiving my call but didnt recall the details of my order. The store was basically empty but they still managed to make me wait 20 minutes for an order of things they should have had prepped in store!

Ordered a all star box and a zinger nuggets box. Cashier asked me if I wanted to donate R2, and I clearly said NO, yet still put it through. Issue 2, both crunch burgers that came with these above meals had what seemed to be wing bones in the actual piece of chicken on the burger. When complaining to the on duty manager, he argued with me even after sending and showing him pictures amid what was found in the chicken on a sealed burger.I wouldn’t have complained if the burger was as it’s supposed to be, boneless!Broke a tooth biting into my burger, twice!Terrible customer service and no respect towards anybody in the other side of the register.

Had a horrible experience. There was a promotion saying when you buy a free meal you get a travel mug with the meal, i walked an extremely long distance to pay for the meal but i got no mug. I didnt even enjoy the meal that i had. Definitely never coming here ever again.

I went to kfc in Rondebosch this Evening, Ive been there many times as its close to home. Their services are pathetic and the quality of their chicken is poor. This is not my first experience but decided to say something now because Ive just had it! I asked the cashier for more sauce and she literally through it in the bad with a stinking attitude.

Tasty and cheap food. I always get the street wise 3 pap, but this time the wing and the breast smelled very strongly of rotten meat....

New innovation at KFC Rondebosch... I like this. No more worrying about cashiers taking too long to take your orders. Plus is a good way to stay safe in the current pandemic we are facing.

Terrible! The cashier struggled to take our order cause she didnt understand English. We then waited 40 min. It was a skeleton staff... clearly understaffed for end of the month Friday. The All Star box stated a burger and 3 pieces of chicken and chips. This is however what was given.... clearly false advertising. With the type of prices KFC has started charging its quality of service and food should be a LOT higher. Extremely disappointing KFC Rondebosch please get better manager

Everyone loves KFC for the freshly fried chicken. The coleslaw and mash is legendary. There are many different meal plans to suit your needs. There is often a queue here, or get it delivered for convenience. Parking is a fight along the Main road or find paid parking behind the centre. The entrance is wheelchair friendly

This is the 2nd time I am ordering food and getting the worst service ever.last time I specifically instructed for specific pieces of chicken but instead packed in what they want. Today my brother ordered food for us my word the chips looked and tasted like they were from a week ago,hard tasteless not appetizing.its a disgrace

I asked for 10 dunked wings they gave me 20 and told me thats what I asked for. When I asked for the refund of the balance the cashier refused I had to ask for the manager who refused and said she must call head office first I told her if she has to then she must only then did she give me the balance. This was a good 20minute ordeal and the wings werent even properly done🙄🙄🙄

Very poor service. I was ignored for 15 minutes while staff members dealt with uber eats drivers. This meant that it was 1 minute over the time that breakfast is served when I could place my order and the till operator then refused to allow me to order breakfast! She had been bantering and having a fat conversation and laugh with a lot of delivery drivers until I drew attention to myself standing there for almost 20 minutes and then she flat out refused me breakfast as it was 10h31!!I think KFC has forgotten about the customer on foot. Only cares about deliveries now

Not to be dramatic, but I would literally die rather than ever set foot in this place again. Honestly enough to spoil your appetite for life, so probably great if youre on a diet. Worst worst worst KFC that I have ever encountered and thats saying something because the bar was pretty low to start with 🙋‍♀️

Ordered online only to get to the store my order wasnt there waited 20 minutes for them to sort it out nothing left with no food yet i paid

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food took less than 10 minutes to be completed, considering I had ordered quite a bit of food. The staff also explained to me that the dunked chicken wings would take longer to make and therefore I wasnt too concerned about the extra wait while I ate the rest of the food.

Slow service staff has attitude problems

KFC in general is getting too expensive. I mean I love their specials as much as the next person but they dont know how to make it good anymore.. Box Master was so dry and burnt as well! My partner was not impressed when I introduced him to it and I was disappointed because I actually love it in general.. You guys need to have more specials and put some more sauce on the food!

Great tasting chicken we know and love. Fast service from staff wearing smiles like its a uniform.

The shop gets a lot of traffic so be prepared to wait sometimes. More often than not, the place needs a good clean which makes me opt to get it for takeaway and so would be inconvenient for somebody looking to eat there. However, I do feel that the food is consistently good and they have good service.

Great service from the staff in general , but theres one lady that is kinda a dramatic, I dont like the way she talks to some other students especially black students who cant speak Xhosa or understand it.

I ordered through mr D Food. My 1st order wasnt quite right but I guess that was due to availability. The 2nd order they surprised me with what I ordered the 1st time (chicken selection and swop ). The salad was superb for the price. However i think KFC in general should rethink the spice used for the masala chicken. Damn! Its freaking salty, I shred that piece and tossed it into my salad. Worked out great, but on its own? Have a jug of water close by...

The xhosa cashiers have no customer service at all they act like they just came from working up mind you toching their bodies and inside their pants then touching our food after that🤔🤔🤔. Your meat is too salty moreover😭.

Very bad service experience ever. Ordered my food and the cashier proceeds to ask me if I want to donate R2 for about 5 times and I rejected all 5 times. The cashier turned to the other cashier and asked can you believe this guy not willing to donate to the homeless?. Why should I buy food and get shamed for not donating money? KFC, please remove this idiotic policy of asking for donations. Put a donation can or something like every shop does and we can have the choice to donate and not get shamed at or feel guilty.

Do not eat at this KFC. Very unsatisfying service and they dont deliver. Wanted to try out the Dunked burger meal. Got my chips half empty and no tomato on my burger. The chicken was incredibly small. After explaining my disappointment they just said no and walked away. Completely unacceptable. Will never visit again.

Terrible service, I ordered small snack, sprinkle pops, and it took the KFC staff members 18 minutes to complete my small order. I am truly dissspointed in KFC and hope that other people dont have to experience the the awful that I had to experience.

Well it wasnt that bad at all; Not going into details, but the service has to improve. Well this is according to my own experience.

The service at this kfc is absolutely slow. I think its more in the kitchen, as when there were like 15 of us standing at the counter waiting on our food. The food reciever in which the order usually appears in was completely empty. I mean its not like everyone had big orders, eg me I ordered literally pops, streetwise 1 and chips, yet there I was waiting a total of 30 min for something that small.Wouldnt recommend.

If you are keen to have anything with ice cream in from KFC, do not waste your time coming here. They hardly ever have ice cream...

The service is good, however they close as early as 30 minutes before the stated closing time just because they feel like it.

The cashiers attitude was very rude. Dont remember her name, but she was working the evening shift at 7pm. I understand that when you place an order the cashier always asks how many hungry children you want to feed. But when I said no, she repeatedly asked me Are you sure? and Serious? After I repeatedly and firmly said no about 6 times, she turned to her coworker behind her and said in Xhosa (most likely thinking I wouldnt understand) These people arent even willing to pay R2 sounding disgusted and shocked. Im not ignorant about the fact that there are many people starving out there, but how I choose to spend my money is my own business. No one needs that kind of disrespect.

I got ripped off last week when I went to this kfc and ordered pops. It came in a smaller container than usual (plus it was cardboard), and no spice. And when I asked the lady behind the counter she insisted that you have to pay extra for the spice. I was not in the mood to fight with anyone I just wanted food. Anyway, a few days later I went to a different kfc and ordered the exact same thing and paid the exact same price. Only this time I got more pops (served in the container with the plastic lid as usual) and spice. And when I asked if I had been undercharged I was told that you dont pay extra for spice. Please train your staff so they dont rip people off in the future.

Extremely small and its very hard to get parking close by. The food isnt all that great either, the chicken was a bit too crispy and the wrap was messy.

The worst service ever. Only come to this franchise if you want to know what it feels like to be livid. The management is poor, the floors are dirty and the service is horrific.

I was really irritated that the cashier tore my receipt when I said I wanted to keep it. Get a stamp to say the order was collected.

Waited 30 minutes for my order, as for the wrap star box it was a disaster the lettuce was brown and...it was horrible. The workers are not kind at all.

Bought an 8 piece family treat. Arrived home to find 2 x half packets of chips and only 6 pieces of chicken. Disgrace after spending R204.80 at this place. The Manager wants to fix the situation but expects me to collect it. What about the Petrol.
