Ive never been so disappointed in KFCI went to buy a 10 piece family treat and there was 1 thigh and 2 wings 2 drums and the rest was breasts not cool really...my son love their chicken, guess Ill have to change his mind.And to top it off I asked to buy a cone at the window where I collected my order and was told to go back through the drive through to buy 1 cone....Think Ill take a break from KFC till my son asks again....

Needs more staff.Waiting time of 35min is extremely poor.Due to this matter, meals was undercooked and no stock on soft drinks.Staff lacks direction and were unable to assist customers and orders properly.I dont think Ill be a return customer at this branch.

Lines were long , BUT service were quick and efficient and afterwards someone came to tell/direct us, while waiting in line for pick up , excellent

Oh my word....what an amazing experience I had , for the 1st time in a very long time I have experienced a KFC with friendly staff....Austin the store manager and his team gave me a phenomenal experience, the cashier was so friendly and took out time to explain things to me regarding my online order payment and then the lady packing my food ,such a friendly tone and spoke with such respect, usually its just a number shout and boom youre out.....No my experience from even outside to finish was fantastic..Thanks one again Austin and team .....I really enjoyed my experience at your store.

I swear thy the worst ever everytime I get here you wait forever I was 1 of the 1st customers here and thy made me wait 15 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken coz 1 of the staff members out right went to help the people in the drive through tht came way after me

I went to take my order in this KFC and I just got it without waste of time. The workers are very kind, they really love their job. Its so amazing to be there.

Instead of informing that there will be a waiting time on chicken, they took my order and asked me to wait in a parking for my order. The customer must choose whether to buy or not to buy if theres a waiting time involved...inform me before i make the purchase. Poor.

This place is a stones throw away from my place and i usually just go for a quick drive through or in shop purchase. Their service is good, friendly and very quick however i have one or rather two concerns. I have come to discover that each time i order dunked wings the following morning i have a stomach ache. Not sure if its the sauce used or what but my spouse and other friends who purchase same have confirmed of this. As for the normal zinger wings it seems like they lost their zing as they are not as hot as they used to be. They now taste like regular wings. I dont think the above issues are a Bellville KFC issue but rather all KFCs as i have experienced the above with many different KFCs and something must be done about it.

Lots of work needs to be done with regards to service excellence. This branch really needs to give their staff intense staff training as well management training to managers. Food still great but would be better with better service

They dont value customers, always get orders wrong. They refused my streetwise2 remix drink while it showed on the till slip and when I asked for a manager they brought another staff who works at the back of house to pose as a manager. Nonsense!

The service is poor, staff at the collection counter of the drive thru is very unprofessional and playful unnecessarily.The ice cream machine is forever out of order and there is not one day that the is a note indicating that the ice cream machine is out of order until you reach the order window the drive thru. A complete waste of time.

Where did you hear of a kfc that doesnt have crunch burgers on a friday night? Very disappointing

Apart from the really slow service, the dark skinned xhosa gent at the collections window is extremely unprofessional.I asked for a different piece with my meal, he claimed theres a waiting period... BS.Then he INSISTS the meal comes with NO soft drink.When hes proven wrong, he reaches around the corner and grabs a random Stoney.Then he INSISTS the meal only comes with a Stoney.When proven wrong again, he grabs the first attended Coke. For all I know this could be another customers reject or spat in. Had to throw the damn thing away.Then hes disrespectful as he walks away as if Im asking for charity when Im spending MY money.Train these people!

Its KFC but this outlet everything is always cold and no matter what you order I have yet to come home and I get what I ordered - I usually order drumstick and side breast with bone in then I get wing and thigh its just never right even mash cold lumpy with minimal gravy even the cool drink is like warm its time to give up going there seriously its a dead loss

Sadly order taken incorrectly, items paid for not delivered. Definitely believe staff need training packing orders correctly. Felt dissapointed soon after receiving order and items short.

Not so fast very slowly to help the people

Had to wait extremely long for my food. While waiting other delivery guys came in after me waited, but received food before me. One was wven given a complementary ice cream for waiting long even though he arrived after me. Nothing was given to me. When arriving home my food was incomplete and the meat was dry. Never buying there again. Poor service

Worst service ever. You wait almost 30min for your order and the staff sometimes gets the order mixed up sometimes the till is slow or they get your order wrong the zinger is extremely dried out 🙄

The serves was awful!! They had an attitude with us and the microphone or their ears were broken because they had our order totally wrong. We payed extra because they forget a hole bag of chips and they made us pay for 2 burgers we did not even order. The papperslips ink was so light we could not see what we ordered.Do not order here!!! I dont think Ill ever go back to KFC Bellville again. No control in the drive through; cars jumping the que, pedestrians also jumping the que. I was still busy ordering, then another person is standing next to your window trying to order too. The same happens at the collection window too. Then there is also beggars while you wait in line. I had to wait more then 40 min to get food, and they asked for my slip but still they couldnt get my order right. Very very poor, no control, no rules, no discipline, lawless. I am extremely disappointed, never going back to this outlet again.

There is always no ice cream yet my kids love KFC ice cream and I end up driving to Brackenfel just for ice cream. Their ice cream and crushers machine are always off. These products are both still advertise but you wont get them.

Always happy going to this branch for the fast drive-thru, wish they could do something about the dodge characters at the collection window though. Otherwise service is tops

In the past we had issues with our orders. But lately they have upped their game. Clean place with very helpful staff. Drive through vs walk-in, both are great options. Sometimes they run out of ice cream which is a bummer but all in all they deserve the stars.
