Great restaurant did quick food. Came for breakfast before morning flight. The chicken salad 🥗 is most recommended for a fulfilling dine. The vegetables are so fresh it’s refreshing. The breakfast menu with AM riser is a good choice for burger with cappuccino. Service was top notch and courteous.

I requested a thigh and got served a drumstick. The lady who gave me y meal did not give me the coke that was supposed to go with it. Our meal did not have condiments and serviettes.

Great new arrival/departure lounges for domestic travellers. The airport now is a landmark for great innovation and trendiness. Its a really fantastic improvement on the old,staid buildings. Now in a world class bracket in engineering and innovation standards. Service from staff and various local airlines,are excellent,friendly and fast. Cape Town Airport now really is on the International Standard.

The wait was not long. It was quite lively and safe. Ordered Fully loaded. Spiced enough and tasted good. It was better priced than what they charge in Ghana....

Kfc has always kept their standard when it comes to their fried chicken and chips. Waiting time is also standard. Good for a quick bite, but not for so good healthy meals. I had such a great customer service experience.

Not geared to do online orders checked in 18 minutes before arrival. Still no escalation of order. People in the Q were assisted way before me. What is the point of the online order process?

Down to the essential. Simple, straight forward Airport. Smallest International airport Ive ever been to after Nelspruit:-D)) but super efficient nonetheless...makes you wonder what all those huge international airports around the world are investing space into. .hmmm...just one thing though...after hours... sometimes, youre on your own, no info desk... funny in a way... theyll tell you downstairs this desk is closed, please consult upstairs and upstairs is the reverse message...super funny... welcome to Cape Town! Cape Town International Airport is certainly a place to meet and greet and is one of the friendliest in the world. It has ample parking, albeit very expensive. It does discourage the opportunity of making good money from its many shops and restaurants though. If they lowered their parking tariff, they could boost their income considerably by encouraging people to utilise the shops and restaurants more fully and change the idea of travel for younger people as truly magical and enjoyable. Just to sit and watch the aeroplanes taking off and landing. A great sight and actually quite relaxing while enjoying a meal.

Friendly efficient environment with ample under roof parking nice food courts and up to date tourist information available. Easy access to main routes for transport. Lots of banks and bureau to change money, or get n local sim card for your phone

Service was bad! Waiters just walked past you! Food was served late, even though there was not much people. The people in the kitchen and waiters were having a jol and laughing, fooling around! My son and I got such BAD epigastric pain after the schnitzel, my son was lying on his stomach on the floor. My husbands flight was delayed by 2hrs and it was the longest 2hrs of our lives!

The parking setup could be better and the location is not really ideal, but Cape Town International Airport is a relatively beautiful airport, with all the right restaurants and take out places. I give it a solid four stars.

This Airport has won as best airport in Africa in the last few years.Really?Information desk was closed early (6:30 AM).Bathrooms were extremely dirty, the smelt was welcoming, because of their location, the domestic arrival gate. A Shock really.Parking for 2 hours was charged at R 70! (Round USD 5)That is far more expensive that JFK Airport in New York...for the same period of time.Anyway, no other choice...

Will never buy at a KFC again. Dont trust their specials its always disappointing and service non existing. My niece wanted something to eat and KFC happens to be the closest.

Waited 15 minutes for my meal, chicken was drenched in oil and the chip boxes half filled.

Since the renovations a few years ago, it has been a joy to drop off or collect family from or for domestic an international flights. Everything is clearly marked and therefore easy to find

Parking is ridiculously expensive!! Only allowed 20minutes free parking, making it virtually impossible to find parking, going inside to meet/collect passenger/s & be out before 20mins are up... Especially as disembarking & collecting luggage can be quite time-consuming. Just a money-making racket!!!

Earlier on today i went to Capetown international Airport kfc i ordered the salad it was on 11:10 I waited until 11:40 i had to cancel the order because iwas running out of time i ask the ladies in front to cancel the order for me... The lady came from the back to assist refunding me first she didnt even bother her self apologies to me secondly she was unfriendly to me when iask her what happened? She told me theres nothing she would do bcz something was not Wright while she was prelaring my order with very very bad attitude i ask why she shouldnt explain to me myb I would go with alternative meal she didnt answer me that.. When iask for on duty store supervisor or Manager she said they all the back i ask to see them no one came when i asked another lady apparently the lady by the Name of Sisi Phath who was assisting me was the manager on duty, the same lady who gave me bad attitude, bad customer service she fooled me on top when iwanted to talk with the duty manger.. All iknow the lady is Sisi Phath because they were calling her bug she refused to gave full name my Wright as Customer was violeted at Capetown international Airport Kf..

KFC inside Cape Town International Airport terminal is PATHETIC!!!!!!!. I work at the airport so I am not complaining about poor service and bad experiences that occurs just once. This happens all the time! The chicken pieces are trimmed till the bare minimum of meat left on the bone. their wings are the tiniest that ive ever seen! Then the manager has the audacity to tell me that I will not find bigger wings anywhere else!!! I live within walking distance of a KFC and I buy gigantic wings compared to the baby chick underfed, and dwarf wings I receive at the airport. the manager has a bad attitude. If this is what our foreigners encounter at either their first or last point of entry into South Africa then it sucks. I receive bigger pieces of chicken every where else except Cape Town International Airport. There is always a Half an Hour wait for chicken, or they dont have chicken. How in the name of all things holy, does a KFC not have chicken? bad planning, bad service, bad attitude from the manager? come on KFC these people are doing your franchise SERIOUS harm. They also do not deserve the star i am forced to rate before i can post this .
