Staff were friendly, service was quick, food was good and the place was clean.

Paid for 2 cones...Had to wait 10mins while they decided to fill the machine ... no apologies nothing.... you paid for it... so you wait 😡😡😡😡

The breakfast wrap and cappuccino were great. I had gone via the drive-thru and the car ahead of me hsd got stuck. As I pulled up, the staff were assisting in pushing the car out to a parking bay. Well done.

People are unfriendly, chatting up boyfriends and each other, instead of helping customers. It took 10 minutes, from one car in front of me, the boyfriend, to the window where you get your order, then another five minutes to get my order, while staff chatting and laughing, then my order is wrong!You will never see me again!

The store is open for business. Only a certain amount of people allowed indoors. The drive through service is also operational, which helps for they are able to assist more clients than normal. Compliance to the covid 19 regulations are adhered to.

Literally only one person preparing the food, drive thru was Closed so we were forced to go inside.Most of the staff were rather busy cleaning, instead of preparing the meals for the patrons.Arrived at 19:20 and left after 20:00... Never has this happened, All the people wondered and asked Why is this taking so longWont be returning that for sure!!!

Nice store with fast service. Seating both inside and outside. Male toilets was out of order. Whoever did the sign needs to run a spell check. Disabled toilet could do with a clean.Store itself was clean.

Cuppacinos are amazing...Ordered a breakfast meal once and after I received the burger, they asked what I was waiting for and I said the coffee. They did not know I ordered it after I asked for the combo.Got my coffee with some attitude...

Phenomenal staff. On a public holiday tge franchise had to close at 9pm and at 11 they still served the customers running through cars taking orders and deliver outside in the parking lot with a smile. I will treasure these guys. 10 out of 10. They go the extra mile then you still get rude aggressive and impatient customers.

Curbside is an advantage but had to phone to the store to check how far they are. Some days are good at curbside.

And I had a easy order . But that ladies day will come when she must stand before the lord on her judgement Day.

Theft. Good food but often an item is missing at the drive by. Disappointing as the food is 90% of the time really good. One of the better KFC’s. Check your order even if it’s long queues.

I am not a fan of KFC N1 City, Value Centre, was there on the 3rd of April 2021 which was a Saturday and bought a Colonel Burger for my aunt which I know that she likes it. The burger already was expensive and when I got to my aunts place I gave her the burger and she shared it with me, we both ate the burger and was shocked at how small the burger was and how dry and tough the chicken fillet was. My aunt was struggling to eat the burger because the fillet was so tough and she told me that it also made her feel sick. The food at KFC is really ridiculously expensive and the quality is so bad that its not worth it anymore. I didnt really have money due to circumstances of COVID-19 but really wanted to treat my aunt but thanks for spoiling everything, your quality of food is so bad that I wouldnt even let my dog eat it. I will never ever buy food by you guys again, youve just lost a very disappointed customer. Ive noticed everything has become more and more expensive over the years and the quality of food is so bad, dont understand why one must pay so much and get so little and poor quality for your money. I will never eat by KFC again, goodbye for ever.

If I could do no star I would select no star.After waiting a long time in the drive through when being served I bought 8 streetwise mix which is advertised with earphones but was told no earphones I must take cokes.I had no choice but to accept.When I got home 2 meals never had chips and one meal never had wings...to make it worse the cokes which I said no ice was completely flat and the cups were leaking on my way home...So next time make sure to unpack your entire meal at the drive thru to make sure everything is close to normal standard.Utterly disappointed!! Will call kfc to hear what they have to say about this..

Drive through order was cold. I work 6 minutes away from where Kentucky is situated. I asked the Gentlemen before I take my order. Is there chilli salt in and tomato sauce. He looked at me and yes there is. This was Lunch for my Seniors. Lunch for 4, including myself. I even asked them to put the meals in separate bags, this should be a Covid regulation as well. It was not a Family meal. When I got to site, I gave my Seniors Cold food, meaning chicken, wraps and chips cannot get so quickly cold. for me the wraps was definitely pre-made becuase, I was very disappointed.
