I love the Nandos franchise and usually order livers and pap but today it wasnt the that good. It had way too much garlic in it and as you can see.. the pap was merely covered by the sauce and it really wasnt good at all... please do better

Staff are unfriendly lazy nd when I asked if I can change my sit down to take away they were complaining.food was divine no complaints management needs to sort out their staff behavior pls.

My colleague and I are so disappointed. We ordered the same meal and it was drenched in oil and burnt.

This is the pathetic Festa Chips that they gave me - it is no even a small chips portion and the sauce and chicken cant even be mentioned.Nandos R54 for this portion is daylight robbery.

My husband paid for a take away order but when he got home the order was wrong. When we checked the receipt, he ordered the correct item and was billed for it but what he received was totally wrong. Im so disappointed by the service today.

Staff are friendly but you guys really need to have a sit down option where we can order while being seated then u guys bring the bill when the meal is done like most restaurants have please man. Also while we paid for our meal and everything we wanted to buy some more chips and was told I should stand in the Q again which was so uncalled for we had our meal at our table already very bad man.

Sad to write this, however the food we ordered as a group was not to standard. Taste was not right, it did not taste like nandos food. Disappointed really.

The service eas excellent. I didnt wait long for my order. Rapid service I must say.

Joh joh I wish I need there burger is something I made at home the quarter chicken got more value for money even if the chicken is small the lemon and herb taste is great but the burger is a big waste no love in there work

Today I had an awesome experience at Nandos Mitchells Plain. We received our food within less than 20 minutes. This was awesome as we were rushing to get home to break our fast with family at our stipulated time. Thank you Nandos.... Your effecient excellent service made us get home on time. One just dont get what you ask for they will serve what they feel best even if you willing to pay extra and you wait long for your food.

I ordered the festa fries and the bowl wasnt even filled it was literally like a few fries and some chicken , for R54 like I expected more the Nandos as their food is always Good and yummy .

Never gives our butter regardless if I ask multiple times. Chicken is always messy when cut and your burgers are horrible. Bad service all round.

Was charged for an extra meal and then also didnt take my order correctly and ended up with something I didnt want. Was not impressed

Always a long line but I never waited more than the time said by the assistant at the counters. Correct order and food is always good. What more can I want.

Ordered online At 8h15 arrived at 8h45 and still had to wait for more than 30minutes + staff doesn have concerns regarding clients and some staff is friendly and some not.wouldn recommend to order online or via telephone its basically the same as you order at the counter .

It been almost a year since a Ive been at nadoes promenade I think. But they have have improved alot fodd was 100% . But belgravia will always be number 1.

Waited for more than a hour without explanation after being told the food will be ready in 15 mins.When I asked to speak to the manager just to seek an explanation I was directed to more than 1 person.to top it all off people who were waiting for a much shorter period of time got their food before me and others ahead of them.Something needs to be done about the appalling service!

One Nandos in the entire Mitchells Plain area and they only sell 100 meals a day with their birthday special.This meal is sold out daily before noon!We need another Nandos! We need more meals!

Only Nandos we have around Lingelethu West, the entire Khayelitsha & the entire Mitchells Plain and surrounding areas, Phillippi, Samora Machel, New Cross Roads, Nyanga, Old Cross Roads and Lower Cross roads... and thus far they are doing it well... food is still flamimg good, satisfactory and the staff habe not yet become complacent... to an extent of treating us clients like destitutes who came to beg for a plate of food... which is what most of the Nandos outlets staff have degenerated to in Cape Town & Durban

Poor service @ nandos Mitchells Plain. Staff cannot perform under pressure. The Manager that was on duty on the 04 October 2020 could manage under pressure either, it was if there was no system for pushing orders out. I waited 45 minutes for my order and had to approach the manager twice. Absolutely pathetic service. My worst experience at nandos ever.

My family Is all about nandos when my mother is hungry its nandos lol just yesterday I was at nandos and 3 days ago I was on my way to Mitchells plan from grassy park I placed an order online and when I got there my oder was already done waiting for me to pay the best feeling is walking in and out when I left I forgot my can of Coca-Cola and before I left with a car they phoned me and apologized to me and said they forgot to give the Coca-Cola drink luckily they phoned so I went back in😁

Like all the other Nandos outlets, the Mitchells Plain Promenade branch serves it community well. Right at the entrance and easily accessible. Boasting their posters we other their meal specials as you enter the mall. Their food is flame grilled , so it has an added health benefit. They serve the most delicious salads with their meals and cater from mild to very strong sauces. They have a very large sitdown restaurant area and also cater for takeaways.

I like the fact that they deliver in Mitchells Plain, if youre within their delivery service range... In store, the service is poor, unfriendly and extremely slow... Disorganized when it comes to handling and handing the orders to customers... Best to just get it delivered to you.
