Awww what an easy and efficient Nandos. Usually just do a online order, get there, pay and wala off I go with my order, staff also very efficient and friendly, thank you.

Everything went well, the food was good and the service too. Sitting space was OK we managed to hold a meeting of six people

Went to the store and ordered 1/4 chicken and chips and the meal took exactly 30min. Cashier simply brought our food and said thank you and no apology or remorse whatsoever and then I protested.Only then did she say they where defrosting the chicken and thats why it took long.My goodness i was fuming with such service. Is this the Nandos we all love?

I always buy my Nandos fix here and its always bomb. Hot, delicious and saucy but its always a guy working the grill. Yesterday I went there and it was a lady working the grill, chicken was dry and unseasoned. But since its Nandos the Sauce in the bag helped. But they honestly need to bring that griller guy back because that lady looked like she didnt even wanna make the food hence it turned out like that wasnt made with love. Was quite disappointed honestly. Brought the nandos chicken standard low and I love Nandos you know. I visited almost every Nandos in the US and been to a couple in the UK. Have never been disappointed until yesterday was hurt. Please bring back the griller guy for this branch because paying for dry chicken not made with love is not cool.!💔😭🤦🏽‍♀️

The food is is awesome just like any other Nandos. Its good for sit in not for take aways. Theres always something missing on my order when I order take outs and I must go back with a receipt while my food is getting cold.

Bought a milkshake for R35 at Nandos. What a disappointment! Firstly, the ingredients for milkshakes are ice-cream, milk to thin out the ice-cream and the flavourant. Nandos ingredients include ice cubes blended with choc syrup and this mixture is topped up with whipped cream from a can. It tasted like a cocoa smoothie... and not a very good one. Secondly, the size of the milkshake. The very small plastic cup was filled half way with the milkshake substance. Definitely not worth the money.

Chicken livers was a bit burnt but the overall service was great

The food is is great, its well prepared. The people who serve you are friendly too. There is good view of the city when you are eating. Its a good place to get a quick bite while you are on the go. I would definitely recommend that people try the new drinks on the menu the frosted Granadilla Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade or the Wicked Lemonade. They really good I wasnt disappointed so i hope you will not be disappointed as well.

Njoyed my meal here. Just be careful of parking in the no go areas. Was quite surprised to see a traffic officer at that late hr of 19.30. Almost got a ticket for parking on the no parking area. Was so sure it was OK to park there since it was after hrs. Real eye opener indeed

One star is too much. Ive been waiting 40 minutes now for my food. The table i found was full of plates and during these 40 min, nobody even came close to clear the used dishes or ask if i am missing something. Thanks, but no thanks for nandos...

Nandos is Nandos, the food was good and the service was good enough. I love the hot pots (kind of makes me feel as if Im eating healthier than the normal take out restaurants)

Its in the neighborhood of Long Street. You may not feel comfortable in this area of Capetown. But it is still Nandos at its best.

This morning I went to the shop to buy food. The shop opens at 9h30 but the guy who came out exactly 9h30 said they will open in 2 minutes, and I waited until I couldnt wait anymore. I waited until 9h45 for them to open. When I looked through the window, one of the ladies was sitting down chatting with the invisible one, I ask her to open, she said later. I left disappointed and frustrated.

Busy nandos branch which is right next to trafalgar flower market conveniently situated for the quick lunch in between busy work meetings. Find the staff super friendly. Waiting time for food prep can be a bit slow.

This is by far the worst NANDOS Ive EVER been to!!!There is ALWAYS an issue with orders and you wait 10 YEARS for your food, and by the time you get it - its ICE COLD and the food does not look appealing, my chicken wasnt even on the bun when i opened the box!
