If I wanted a mayo and lettuce wrap, I would have ordered that.Have a look at how much chicken is going into your menu items.This is not the first time we have ordered take aways and then played a game of hide and seek for the actually main ingredient.

The waiter Savio was the best never met someone so friendly and helpful will definitely go back. Please keep him he is a must have in the workplace.

The food is good, but some of the staff are not as friendly as they should be. They clearly work hard, but most of the seats in the store were taken by the employees who were having lunch. While I dont have a problem with this, there were clearly too many people sitting down and eating close to each other. Ended up changing my sit-down order to a take-away.

The store is constantly experiencing technical difficulties and is never ready to serve customers at the opening time.

It was an awful experience. Food was cold and chips overcooked. Will not be going back there

This is definitely the worst Nandos branch. Bad service and my burger was drenched in oil. Yuk, I just could not eat it. Always disappointed when I buy from them, I will rather take the time to go to the Plumstead branch where service is by far better as well as their food.

Revamped store with Portuguese style flame grilled chicken. Has ample sit down seatingBeen back a few times, but not this year due to travels, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they selling coffee again.. Cool

Slowest service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Almost an hour wait 🤦🏼‍♀️ meanwhile our food has been sitting getting cold because no one gives a damn.Absolutely ridiculous. Never again

One of the better Nandos places. They have clean toilets, comfy seating, though sometimes they prioritise the takeout orders before the sit down orders. Also, ask them for extra serviettes (yes, youll need it) and make sure they sauce the chicken properly. Drinks are expensive

Nandos chicken experience, it was very good as usual. The chicken was tinder and nice. I expected more from the paprika sauce. But overall it was a nice taste.

Food was good but you should tell people ordering takeaway if the wait is 45 minutes like ours was.

Food is always good. They dont have baby chairs though which is a bummer. Also staff should smile when speaking to customers. Youre left feeling as though your requests are above their pay grade.

Very poor i went there at 11:45 AM orderd a burger quater chicken meal and the wings and rice waited 40 minutes and then they still gave cold chips 🍟

We ordered our food through Mr Delivery today which I have no complaints about.My Complaint is about Nandos Tokai...the burgers and quarter chicken was fine but the MIELIES (corn) was SOUR.This spoiled our whole supper for tonight.Im very VERY disappointed, being a loyal customer for years.

I ordered a full chicken and 2 sides, food was great but the waiting time could have been better though.

Service takeout experience. Waited an hour, got home and there was no chicken on my wrap. No one answers customer care. No way to contact the actual shop. The worst. They are terrible. They are useless. They have one job. Chicken. And they they mess it up. Useless. Just close. Or open a restaurant serving slow salad wraps. No rather just close.Just went back to complain this morning, and they were closed for a meeting. I wonder if the meeting was about putting some chicken on the chicken wraps. Or maybe about shutting down.

Service was very slow... Others got their orders before us despite ordering long time before them.

Order placed when leaving century city, waited in the branch for an additional 15 mins after paying, to discover the order has disappeared off of the system. Anyone who knows Cape Town knows how long the drive is.

Pathetic service on the 28th of February 2020.Waited forever for tables to be cleared and sanitized, waited at least 20 minutes again for food, waited for forks for another 5 minutes after getting food. Drinks ordered were not available, no feeding chairs or clip in chairs for babies (not that family friendly at all). Overall service was putrid. I wont be returning anytime soon. Rather take your money to Nandos Grassy park or Nandos Tokai.

Shame you guys were understaffed! The wait was long, 3 people trying their best to keep things going in a very busy shop. My son tipped the guy behind the counter 10 bucks for his supreme efforts. The wraps we eventually got, that were on the counter all along, were very yummy.

For a person that dont eat nandos I wouldve hoped you guys can get the dam order right.The lady at the till tries to multi task by letting me give her my order but she wants to talk to another staff member twice I get interrupted. Low and behold I come home with lemon and herb chicken and I ordered the hot sauce. I pay, I expect the bear minimum to be that my order is correct. So never again.Placed My order at about 5pm on the 14 October 2020. Good luck to myself in trying to get a response from you guys. Check your cameras and see what this staff member does.

The worst Branch ever had at least three bad experiences. Waiting time is too long, however the staff is really hardworking but overworked. I think Management need s to up their game.

Food and service 10/10.... Preparation 45 minutes - 1 hour, be prepared to wait. Pre-ordering doesnt really help, the customer before me pre-ordered and still had to wait a further 30 minutes

Ordered a quarter chicken at Nandos yet quarter comes dry with no sauce yet they ask you at the counter which sauce you would like.

There were no sanitizing and the table was dirty. I will not recommend it to my friends and family. Also I think the staff that work there only do it to get paid. They must go and learn how to treat costumers. I was really very disappointed.

I ordered a vegitarian burger and I got home to find out it was a chicken burger 😡, this is unacceptable as I specifically repeated my order twice and instead it just flew over someones head. If you offer a veg option for me and I decide to supprt your business by purchasing from you the least I would like is for you to pull through on what you advertise. I am so disappointed😡

I got very poor service from the cashier. When I went to the counter to order, before I even finished saying my order the cashier cut me off told me to pay. When I told her I wanted to order something else she seemed very irritated. I had to repeat my order to her 3 times and each time she cut me off, entered in the wrong order and rushed me to pay without even checking if the order was correct. The whole time she was visibly irritated with me and rushed me even though there was no one behind me waiting to order and I wasnt taking long to order. I was very polite to her and felt uncomfortable by how she was acting. In the end not only did she get my order wrong but I had to buy a drink in the pnp next door because she kept cutting me off and asking me to pay before I could order a drink.

The Kerbside pickup offer was non existent, as my call went unanswered , hence i needed to go in store and place my order which makes the whole exercise pointless. The chicken dry and tasteless, my order incorrectly packed, which required my intervention prior to leaving. I did however like the demeanor of the Manager on duty, he seemed helpful.

Food was good, arrived quickly, but cannot recommend the sit down experience. Waitress seemed confused or distracted, brought food to wrong table, then asked us to move tables to maintain social distance. Why not close every 2nd table rather? Then we had to wait for table to be sanitised. Then i had to ask for a knife and fork, this took 2 minutes to arrive.
