Staff reluctant to clean the floors. Chicken bones on floor. We were asked to sit at the table. Not cleaned. Chairs with dirt and crumbs. Manager refused to assist is. We walked out without ordering. Manager not concerned.

Great location!! Was only a short uber from my Hotel and the food was fantastic!

Great service. I wouldve preferred a better environment in a sense of seating and mood. Theres nothing wrong with the current set up, but it feels somewhat bland. Tried something new on their menu. Perinaise burger and wrap. Quite delicious and filling too.

Had a very poor experience. Worst Nandos ever!! We waited 40mins for our food to come and only half the order was brought to our table, the other half was brought 10mins later and by that time the food was cold already. The manager then collected the food again to reheat it and only after an hour of waiting was our order ready. Most horrible experience, will never return to this Nandos again!

Beautiful inside staff service..... 🤔🤔🤔🤔can definitely be improved but Be Prepared to Wait yr order is not handled with any kind of promptness at all😩😩😩😩 while sitting waiting on our order to be completed I watched other patrons😕😕😕 shame man😢😢 there was a group of approximately 5 young boys waiting really long for their meal and when it was finally served only 3 received their meals and because they looked really very hungry commenced with their meal the other two sat watching and approximately 15 to 20 min later the other order was delivered another 10 min later their groups juice was delivered oi man I really felt so sorry for them - I almost wanted to go into kitchen and help out or go to shop across the road to get snacks for these kids😕😕😕😕 I dnt know if kitchen staff are just incompetent or if they new but hey fast food can never take this long we waited almost 45 or more for our meal😭😭🤔😭🤔 then our meals was a takeaway with no complications at all😒😒 it seem the Mr delivery kind of people get special preferences 😞😞😞 and to top it all the the place wasnt even full at all😞😞😞😞😞

07 Aug 21Not as Pleasant as always and it was not too full as it was past lunchtime and before the evening rush.The hot chips was more like re - heated than freshly fried and the rice was over microwaved ( micro burn clearly visible) hard and the bowl extremely hot!The Nandos chicken didnt disappoint, thankfully.As for the coolers,ice cold sweetness with a slice of lemon minus the fresh mint23Sept21@nandos approached me bcz of this review and asked me for my details publicly but has as yet to make contact 😂🤣All I got in an email was to ask for my number to contact me but thats it.What an absolute fail 🤣 😂🤣😂In response to my response with no response 😅😂😂🤣🤣🤣

Chicken was small. Toilet didn smell nice. Full portion liver very little.starter liver portion was little with 1 roll. Upgraded to full liver portion and also 1 roll and very little.nothing different compared to starter liver. Sauces were empty. No serviettes at tables. No paper towels at water basin. Employees looked unhappy. Prices expensive.

I am presently waiting for more than 40 mi utes for my order, the service is pathetic. The staff are completely overwhelmed with the volume of uber eat orders. Do yourself a favour and avoid this nandos at all costs unless you are prepared to wait for more than an hour.

I dont think pointing out the good food about Nandos is going to be different from anyone else... but I hope mentioning the worn out furniture here in Sea Point is. The customer service is bomb though.

Sauces as good as always, chicken cooked to perfection as always, BUT whole place needs a deeeeep clean, starting with tables, floors, shelving. Bun must have been sitting out whole day, lettuce limp and show shades of brown that matches the table. Tomato slice looked lost and has a distant cousin which might be a tasty red tomato...

Service was not great the card machine didnt work and we ended up blocking our cards. Our food was cold we had to ask for a few things twice.

What seems worth R79/89, think again.You receive more tomatoes than chicken and when I brought it to all three waiter, cashier and lastly the managers attention advising them of the above, and also stating that their meals do not indicate the weight of the chicken (cause I literally had 3 forks full and wondered if the rest of the chicken grew legs and ran away) I got told sorry but thats from H/O and theres nothing they can do about it. I asked why isnt the weight/size indicated like usual so people know what value they getting for their money - only to get a response of a shoulder shrug? Store was very dirty. I arrived there around 2pm. There was a whole lot of confusion, flies all over tables not being cleaned, my order was actually made for take away yet it was a sit down order, chips came cold. Guys you need to improve.

Happy staff, nice sit down and take-away experiences. Would recommend they put a sanitising station by the entrance but I carry my own sanitiser so no big deal. The inside of the store is clean every time Ive been there. I like the music also, nice relaxed vibe.

I’ve never in my life experienced such bad service. Stood waiting for someone to take my order for nearly 30 minutes. Then once getting the chance to place the order, I was told there is no coleslaw. I kindly asked to please add another topping to the wrap to replace the coleslaw and was told very rudely NO! I think this could’ve been handle a bit better and also reading the past reviews of this store, I think big changes need to be made ASAP!

We received our food after 45 minutes. As a result, our food wasnt hot. They claimed that they were waiting on our pitas, but I have a feeling they ran out of pitas and just didnt tell us. Customers who ordered 35 minutes after us received their food before us. Completely unacceptable. The manager spoke to me, but ibly after I addressed the issue. Just received an apology.

Situated on a busy street but plenty of parking on the side of the restaurant. The restaurant is spacious, well lit , and safe for all ages . The staff are well mannered , professional and very helpful. I recommend you visit if you love Nandos food because the atmosphere is great and we all know Nandos sells great food

It was my first time being in this Nandos, my food was served to me cold. This made the meal less enjoyable, the table was not cleaned when we got there or even while sitting there before being served. This place is not very child friendly or child safe. I wouldnt call the place a safe environment, due to its surroundings.Overall I would not recommend this place due to the food, you pay a lot of money to get a decent meal served hot. If food and hygiene was a priority then I would have rated this place 5 stars.

Ordered from there via uber eats and to say the food was atrocious is putting it mildly. Ordered winglets and peri chips as well as chicken livers and a cheesy garlic roll. The chicken livers were perfect but the cheese garlic roll looked old and stale and the cheese was not at all melted. It looked they took regular processed cheese, cut it up and just placed it on the roll, it separated from the roll and was not melted. The peri chips were plain and bland with only 2 or 3 of the chips spiced. The chicken wings were DRY as a bone. I had asked for mild but got wings that were badly very and very dry rather than covered in sauce as normal. Very very disappointed in this branch, particularly as I have always been a good fan of Nandos
