I previously rated you guys a 3 starts but that was last week when I was there , I was here kn Saturday and again today , old rolls and gasless drinks , waiter says that the lemon kills the gas in a tropical sunsetAnyway service was bad once again. Manager said he will make another tropical sunset. Drink came back the same , the service is just terrible this used to be my go to place but I dont think so anymore.

It was my very first time ordering my food online. I got there 5 mins after the scheduled order collection time and my food still was not done. Another customer in the restaurant also had to enquire when the food will be ready. There was no apology from the cashier or letting me know how long it will take. After paying she walked away and did her thing. The guy behind the the collection table also wasnt very pleasant. I sent my order number and contact details through to customer care and no response from them either. Just bad customer care and bad customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. Received old chips and a chicken wrap missing from our order. Nandos athlone then promised to deliver the wrap within half an hour. Waited forever and still no wrap or explanation. When trying to contact Nandos athlone just get put through to a call centre and no answer from anyone.

Absolutely horrible service. The phone just rings with no answer. Even Nandos head office cant get through when I called to inform them, they even supposedly tried the store managers cell phone. What a joke. I ordered on the Bolt food app. I ordered 5 quarter chickens with a side and 5 garlic rolls. I called to request breast portions but couldnt get through. I received all legs. The sides were mixed half chips and half wedges inside each container! I only received 4 sides with my 5 meals! And the garlic rolls were probably yesterdays cos it was stale! Absolutely horrible service. Nandos Athlone gives the Nandos Franchise a horrible name. Btw im giving 1 star cos you cant give zero.

This was a total disaster and incompetent staff and management. I ordered food online for 16.15 delivery. Got my food only at 16.38. Even calling them to make sure the food was correct but they still messed up. Management blamed everbody but themselves. to make matters worse the food was still wrong. Very bad service and total thumbs down. would not recommend them at all

I was so very surprised with Nandos Belgravias excellent service. They were so busy with order but they still served us within 10 minutes after I paid.

Friendly and efficient staff. Could do with a boost in ambience. Centrally located with adequate parking. However it has dull air about it.

Staff was not very helpful. Because it is Winter, I felt for something warm to drink, which they do not cater for.

I had ordered an entire chicken with 3 sides. The chicken was uncooked, the chips tasted as if they had been frozen, as it was extremely dry & tasteless. And their corn was watery.Unfortunately, my family and I did not enjoy the meal & would refrain from purchasing there again.

Nandos Athlone is my go to place... My food is always on point and on time on a normal day BUT somthing they should definitely work on is there communication skills and mannerisms in there time of pressure. They have been tjer for years and by now should wax ther busy period, especially in the time of fast - Ramadan.Also when ordering via telephone the operator is obviously not in store they should somehow communicate that they running late on order and customers should be told to add 10 mins or 15mins because having to wait in a full store in this pandemic time lf life is nt cool!...Rather off a car drop service once uve come inside to collect and get told ur order is nt done... U ask how long still... i dont knw mam huge frustration..Yes i get the parking is very limited but your store is a gold mine so give gold service with a smile

Hi.went there today 17 Aug 2020.After placing my order we went about looking for a place to sit and enjoy our meal but only to find staff sitting down having their lunch and making to much noise.i think its unprofessional.they should allocate seating to them.they should really look into their customer services as it comes across as if staff is much more important than the customer.and their staff is very rude if you ask something to bring they behave like they didnt listen.

I used to be a regular on Friday nights at this Nandos. Had a few bad experiences and never went back. That was a year ago, tonight is the first time back and I must say the service has improved, the food is good and the staff are friendly. I would say that if you used to visit this Nandos and no longer do due to bad experiences, come back as its a totally different Nandos from a year ago.

Ive always love Nandos as its a healthier option to KFC and McDonalds. Personally I do think their service at times are slow, but I honestly dont mind waiting an extra 5 minutes for a healthier option when it comes to a meal.When you do go - always ask them for the special they running (Post 24 Jan 21)

The Moroccan sauce was absolutely divine, much better than other branches..waitress was super friendly too.

Previous I rated u 5 start. Today I purchased a take home order. A full chicken and liver. Paid online everything went smoothly. I asked the lady by the orders to give me packet of Nandos sauce. She told me its inside. When I looked there was nothing. So she gives me 4 packets and when I asked for more she says I gave you 5 I cant give u more. This is really appalling. I have been a regular customer at this branch and a small mistake like this will cost u good couple of Rands in the future!!! Not happy 😦

The food was great. I have no problem about it, the reason I rated it so low is because what I think was the manager was having such a loud conversation with friends who were not even staff members. It was really annoying having to listen to their conversation while trying to hand lunch with my family.

Popped in for a supper surprise for the Wifey. General 12min wait for meals otherwise not too shabby. Order checkout process needs attention but otherwise all good.

Terribly disorganized service and cold food...Staff swearing at each other,just overall bad service and I wont be back.I actually heard that its the same owner as the Waterfront branch and thats why I went there because the Waterfront is run to perfection both food and staff....Sadly I was extremely disappointed...

Great Service hot food

The food was cold and the chicken was dry and the next time we were there was 1week ago when we found hair in our full chicken and the full portion of livers was less than half of the container and I asked for a hot flavored pita and they gave us mild. I would post the pics but it was on my other phone.

Its my third time buying food from here and today for some reason, I was rushed when placing my order. There was another couple and myself in the store and while placing my order. The lady starts talking to another staff member. My order number was then written on the receipt. Almost 45 minutes after hearing numbers of other customers that were after me being called. I go to the collect table to ask for my order. Then only was I giving my order. Maybe the staff should stop talking so much and actually do their job.

They couldnt inform me when I placed an order that they didnt have the flavour I wanted. Only after I paid and received the order they just gave me the wrong flavour. When I asked what now it was as if I started world war three and I was in the wrong. That was even the managers attitude when he came over still trying to make me take the wrong order. The service at this Nandos depends largely on the day. Ive had many positive experiences and a few negative experiences. They struggle to handle large groups of people, so if you are entertaining then make sure you constantly remind the waiters about what still needs to come to the table. Otherwise, their food is consistent with what you would expect from Nandos.

Quite a busy store as it covers quite a large area. No drive through and with parking sometimes being an issue its ideal to call before the time and place an order. They do however have the option to deliver.

On this occasion, Nandos hit all the right buttons. The food was good and service was too. They should try to get the rolls and chicken to the table at the same time. What happened to their beetroot & feta salad? A very nice dish thats no longer on the menu.
