One of the best KFC drive-throughs Ive ever experienced. The food was freaken perfect and amazing! The salad was super fresh and the sauce, YUM! The service was also great. The location is a bit hidden but that makes it nicer to visit.

The BEST KFC I have ever been too. No matter how tired the workers look, theyll greet you as if they just woke up.Food is absolutely amazing and waiting time to get it is next to nothing.

Excellent service received during the after 17:00 rush-hour by one of their staff who both took our order at our car window in the drive-through and delivered our family meal right to the car within about 3 minutes !

One could say its just another KFC, but Oakdale KFC has been around for as long as I can remember, and never have they failed in giving me great food, for this I give them a 3 star rating.

Slow service and there have been a couple of occasions when they have been out of chicken! A KFC that doesnt have chicken! That just doesnt sound right.... Food is ok. Havent had a problem with my food yet.

The staff are very friendly but thats about all this KFC has going for it.Food was horrid, waiting time is bad, none of the systems work.Absolutely amazed we got our order after driving through and watching as it manually and verbally got passed down between three people before it reaches the kitchen.Come on KFC, make it easier for your staff. Keep systems running at least.And for the love of all that is good, please get some fresher food 😔

I dont do bad reviews,but tonight was a failure. The person doing sanitation was to busy with a lot of stuff but sanitation. A customer that did a online order had to wait. I got my order before him. Please sort this out as I know this was one of the best KFC in this area.

Worsted service. Waited 20 minutes for them to refry chicken which they said would take 8 minutes. The chips were so over done, it was like hollow cardboard. Can someone please tell me which KFC actually has good service as well as good quality food. Colonel Sanders is turning in his grave in disappointment at how SA is running KFC. But then again, thats true for most places.

R74 for an All star box meal.Small chips, ssmall coke, 2 zinger wings & a small breast.....and then this mini burger. The advertisement pic & price suggested better. But thanks for showingg me how little respect you have for me as a customer. Ill skip you next time. Dont be smart with your adverts. You let me pay for something you lied about. Cheers. Goodbye. You will not have another cent from my pocket. Because? You lied, and you gave me a R20 burger for my R74. Enjoy my money today, tomorrow you will not have the opportunity.

Poor service. Had to wait outside after drive thru. Dificult to order. Drive thru attendant not understanding.

The amount of parking bays are very limited so standing in the drive through queue takes forever. Ive had issues of missing items on a few occasions as well. Service is ok only 50% of the time.

I thought let me try KFC for a change. I tried ordering via the Mr D Food app. Payment was accepted but order cancelled.So I drove to KFC, only to wait 25m in the drive through. Whatever the reason - thats not a drive through. My food was already prepared but not given to me because a previous customer changed their mind/order. Nobody like cold food, right?IMO Your system there need some revision. Maybe change your once I drive in - Im stuck here now drive through.

Hey guys KFC standard is determined if the chicken is cooked right if its oily and if theres always what you came to eat... Always past 18:00 there is no PAP available so no streetwise 3 pap for me after 18:00 and ive visited it 3 times i would rather go to Durbanvilles KFC its 4 km away from oakdale but they always help even if you have to wait for your pap to kook they will always assist

Chicken was good, but portions very small and no salt, sachets or serviettes with order

My wife and I have a program every Tuesday night at the Tygervalley Mall and every Tuesday we pass by KFC around 2110hrs for an ice cream and every Tuesday they have an excuse. Usually they claim it’s dead or that it’s been cleaned already. This because they are already preparing to go home. It’s like no one cares to serve anymore by the time it strikes 9pm. It’s so disappointing

Very welcoming Staff unlike at some branches I have purchased food from. Quick and timely and in under 4 minutes I have placed and received my order so lets head on and give them the business they deserve. Thanks to Olwethu a cheerful young lady and her team always.

Terrible service. Lady at the till was chatting away to customer in fromt of me for 10 minutes. Eventually when I got to her she says I must wait for 30 minutes for chicken. She was the only cashier serving. Very dissapointed just left

Always friendly and efficient service, happy to smile and work together with each other and clients. Willing to serve outside, waiting time is short. Food is freshly cooked, hot and everythings in the bag, that should be a good slogan!

Operator did not greed, waiting for 2min at pay window that was open till one of the staff informed to pay at collection. At collecting they hand me over the bag and not saying thank you or that I am finish. Just left me un attended for a while, when they came back asking me what I am waiting for.

Incredible staff, went there to get the 50th birthday special... The drive thru was busy but I loved that the staff came out and took our orders before we got to the window to try make the line move faster. The 2 ladies were helpful and sweet, they explained everything I needed and smiled throughout 🤗

The service here is always fantastic. Staff always go out of their way to assist and they are very friendly. During my last visit they tolerated me when expressing my dissatisfaction with the options for the Family treat. They provided me with the details for their Customer care.

Fantastic place to shop. Although the shop was full, the lines at the pay points goes really fast.

KFC you really need to do something about all the Uber and takelot delivery guys in the store. I am sure with this current times and the pandemic you can surely do something with the amount or traffic in the store

My experience was very good, they have friendly staff and the service was super quick.

Usually very good, but had a very bad experience this weekend where the 2 drumsticks had a foul taste to it. Undercooked or chicken wefe off I dont know. I did report it and had a responce from the area manager. I decline the refund of the 2 drum sticks.

Chicken was as expected from KFC.wierd order system for drive-thru with cashiers walking among the cars to take orders.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my order which they said it will take 15 minutes, and still waiting...you cannot call yourself fast food if you cannot deliver the food fast enough.

Card machine was offline. No one was at the order window so we had to risk going to the payment window and hope they were able to take our order. Queue time was pretty long and so was the wait time

I always go this KFC because it is near our home. The new Nachos burger was very tasty and the sauce was very very delicious. The only problem we experience is that there is only 4 or 5 parking bays and the Mr delivery and Takealot motorcycle drivers are using it. The shop is also very crowded with all these drivers when they collect the orders.

Fast and efficient. I ordered 6 meals and requested for the side beast for all 6 meals. The cashier helped without any questions asked.

Most of the staff is great but there is some with attitude problems and these are the slow lazy ones. They influence the branch negatively but a big thanks to the other friendly and efficient staff members keep it up

Teller didnt repeat order back to us. So we ended up with half the order wrong. Good job in running a good brand into the ground. My advice, if the staff dont think they need to uphold a brand then its best close it down.
