I never have problems there although I only use the drive through only. The orders are always correct and food fresh. Service is efficient and friendly

I had the BEST burger Ive ever eaten at KFC!!! I normally order a zinger burger, but hadnt been to KFC in over a year. They must have changed their zinger batter, because it was incredibly better than before! Light and very crispy. Amazing!!! Im definitely going back soon for another!

I rather go out of my residential area to buy kfc here. Always succulent and fresh. Salads are fresh too. Service is good.

What a absolute dissapointment from start to finish, the till lady doesent seem to know what shes doing waited 20min with only 4 people infront of me, the food was not at all prepared on kfc standard the burger came with a drop of mayo, the mash and gravy was givin without a spoon, poor poor poor service i will never visit this kfc again

Waited about 15 minutes at the drive-thru for our order. The zinger wings were so hot that I only took one bite and could not eat any further. My mouth is still on fire an hour after that one bite.

Horrible drive through experience, sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, nobody bothered to get the front car to move aside for other consumers, our food was brought to the window which got cold due to sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. No manager assisted, complained to the cashier who tried to assist but still we stood not moving, will never go there again as that is usually what happens at the Rosemead drive through 😠

Always quick, no fuss. The food is always to the expected standard and taste, just dont forget to ask for ketchup if you fancy some on your fries. They either stingy or forgetful but give a man some ketchup.

Eeeeuw brown squishy lettuce and water logged chicken. The staff have about as much enthusiasm and customer service skills as zombies in an apocalypse. Not only do they serve the drive through customers first so the walk in clients are waiting twice as long but then the food is ATROCIOUS ... again not the KFC that it used to be.

This KFC definitely needs mentioning what an awesome experience I was about 5 cars back from the ordering window but it went so quick I had to pinch myself to be sure I was not dreaming their drive thru is the most efficient one I ever had the priviledge of experiencing.Usually when I visit a KFC drive thru I prepare myself for a long frustrating wait that really contradicts the meaning or purpose of a drive thru.KFC Rosmead, you guys rock and I will drive the extra miles for that excellent efficient service, the meal even tasted better fresher, crisper and tastier, so all you KFC lovers out there give KFC Rosmead a go they rock.

Shew, poor drive through experience. At the order window, she could hardly hear me. Probably y repeated my order 3 or 4 times. Ordered dunked wings, the response, you must wait 20 minutes.... Ordered Kit Kat Sundaes, the ice cream is soft. Collecting my order, repeat the cool drink order again... All but threw the food into the car.... Get home, zinger burger is dry, the size of a crunch burger and chips over cooked.... Guess not going there again

Placed my order and said to the counter hand Lady that I am just going to the Chemist and will pick up my order. I was not long becuase the Chemist was closed. When I showed my receipt I get told your order was just standing here I gave it to another customer. The KFC was quite full and there was a line before I placed my order. On opening our supper there was No Salt or Tomato Sauce in the packet. I was very disappointed

Ordered a sweet chilly twister goe a salad barely any chicken. The staff is untrained by the way they speak to their clients.The lady who took my order had to repeat my order probably about 6 times. I didnt even want to go back to complain as i knew id have to repeat myself and by looks of the store dont think they even care.

Their chicken was well prepared and tasty, which it is what its all about, but the drive through service was slow.

Kkk did get spice instead of 🍅 sauce but chicken always fresh

Great service, prompt service and super fresh, just out of the oven Chicken. Ive always looked for the busiest KFC when buying fast food, then I know for sure that my meal hasnt been sitting to long, nor refried.Rosemead is the one to go for, with out a doubt!

The 1 thing I can say is that their chicken is very fresh...but only I asked for particular portions in our box for 1s and got other portions of chicken which we dont eat..

Service is terrible. Waiting time is terrible. One person taking orders, coordinating and packing meals. Orders slow out of the kitchen. Just really bad.. This is not a bad comment to the staff though, they were doing their best with what they had. This is a comment for the poor management.Its pay week, yet your store is under staffed and running out of stock. The staff that are on duty are subjected to terrible working conditions and, unfortunately, irritated customers taking it out on them.Maybe dont be so greedy for profits and focus more on providing better service and better working conditions for your employees. The profits will come naturally.
