Worst service ever!No dip with zinger nuggets. Had to go back to store to ask for cool drink. One burger bun had black marks on it

The chicken Wasnt cooked properly, less then 10 chippies in there . This isnt the 1st time it happened.

KFC delivers all the time and I love it. Problem is unpleasant cashiers so manager take note.

Noluthabiso did not take my order correct, I asked her to repeat my order didnt even reply on that,I went to the next window and told her that her service is bad she didnt even recognize my comment... did not give me a total of my order and on top of that at the end my order was wrong ...not a happy customer Ill rather drive to soneike

Food is sadly a hit or miss most of the time. Not always consistent with quality in servings and quality of food. Chips often taste more raw. Serving time and lined are long , but completely understandable with restrictions.

They only give me 1salt for Kentucky for 2

I am highly disappointed in the KFC brand.They advertise a competition/promotion then you purchase the relevant product to enter the competition.1. There is no details on the slip as to how to enter.2. When you go onto the website you find the details.3. When try to enter you get a message that says they currently experiencing technical difficulties with the system please try again later this was a week ago Im still experiencing technical difficulties.All my time and money to buy a more expensive product to enter a competition for nothing.4. Is it worth my time to return to them?5. There are such a lot of good quality choices out there maybe its time to give it a try.

For the life of me I can never understand the terrible service from the ladies at the drive-thru. I ordered paid for my food and was only told at the collection window that my food would take 10minutes to arrive, only for me to wait an entire 20minutes. Worst of all I could have just gone to the Burger King opposite cause I was running late for my flight as well 😭😭

I ordered online for the first time today and yes I understand its still early days with this concept. However, I have to say the Manager and staff went out of their way to make my experience a great one. Big up to KFC polkadraai kuilsriver for your service and the food was topnotch!!! No doubt it was finger lickin good!!! Highly satisfied 😉

Extremely slow and poor service, got to the pay window and the lady got my order wrong... came to the collect window, one guy took my receipt, another guy gave my order...bought a family treat... got home and my order was incomplete... they didnt add the zinger wings...

Every single time I order from the drive through, the food is cold and stale, as if they make it before and leave it standing until someone orders. I have to always ask them to please take it back and give me fresh, hot food. The service is friendly enough, but food always cold and stale.

Ordered streetwise mix. First said the promotion is done so no bag, when i asked why its still on the sign in drive thru they said they dont have any bags left. I then said i dont want it since they gave me the meal already without telling me beforehand, told me to come inside to sort out the cancellation. When i got inside they were waiting for me with the bag. Oh no spice or sauce also.
