Not what youd expect from a Nandos franchise. Your order takes about 40min before you receive it, and thats only because it was enquired. The cooking area is in the view of the customer so youd generally find till slips all over the floor in the waiting area. Got disappointed in the service and setup

Convenient drive thru Centre with its variety of stores en-route.

The churros and chocolate sauce are amaaazing!! The staff are so friendly and kind. The chocolate sauce is elite and the entire experience from ordering and engaging with staff to enjoying the churros were amazing. 8/10 & will go for some again soon!

There was no in the queue and stood there for 5 minutes. 1 other customer in the establishment and we were ignored flat out for 5 minutes. Decided to leave. Obviously do not want our business

Burnt chicken two times in a week. Works better if you request the full chicken thats not cut in pieces. Twice I have asked for pieces it seems they pick the remaining pieces and make up a chicken for you, overcooked chicken. The third time it was better when i asked for a chicken that is not cut into pieces

The drive-thru at Nandos retreat is absolutely pathetic. 40 minute wait time and poor customer service

Bad Covid Practise! We cancelled our order watching them bag the food! They can easily change this but I think their busy - ness certainly doesnt help. And Im so over paying R180 for a whole chicken.

The Drive Thru Is One Of The Best That Ive Ever Seen.They always on time, dont take forever. And they always advise you before hand if they dont have anything or do have some things. Always a pleasure going to this place.

Have been purchasing from them for years and very pleased with their service and quality of merchandise.

So, conveniently situated just off the highway/ main road. So far, I have received excellent service every time. Protocols in place, or drive through, which is rare to find for a Nandos, but a definite recommendation to visit and try them out.

Placed an order line to collect food was ready when I got there and the order was correct.

Till slips laying all over the floor, no paper towels at wash basin. We had to clean the tables ourselves, short staffed. Waiting for 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Drink came when we were done with our food.

The takeaway livers were ridiculously small😔 and it didnt feel like value for money.

Whether you buy via delivery or order on app and pickup they never follow instructions. Use to be good quality and portions. Now they give you tiny portions, no sauce and just dont follow instructions all in the same breadth of charging more in a pandemic. Felt sick 2 times in a row recently.Rosemead seems to be the only decent Nandos left thats in a decent range.

Ordered my food online for 6hoo, went to pick up at 6hoo but still had to wait a nother 45 minutes to get my food, the reason for waiting so long is because the place was full of people who were waiting on tables, so the people who had online orders had to wait outside in a queue 😡😡🤬🤬

Kak service waiting long and than after waiting long in the q to collect your food at the window they tell to go park cause they gonna bring ur food and if that wasnt enough they let you wait long once again finally you go and ask about your food theys say they have been looking for you isnt that to make you assess sorry but thats the way I feel

Nandos drive thru is what this world has needed lol. I am always happy with Nandos quality. Half a chicken, hot. You cant go wrong. And Nandos Grassy Park has not disappointed.

By far the best Nandos in the Southern Suburbs. On a busy day service could do with slight improvement but the food makes up for it.

Their food is out of this world. Strong and spicy. Their grilled mielie, no words to explain. My mouth is still watering. Their salads are fresh. The garlic cheese roll melts in your mouth. Its worth the long wait. To owner and staff, keep it up!!!!
