Outstanding service from this KFC for the past year and a bit. Its definitely taken a turn for the better. Happy to part with my money here.

So this is apparently called a zinger burger no sauce. Chicken is bland and roll is like cardboard due to a lack of sauce. Then instead ot the colonel sauce they put sweet chilli at the bottom of the bun..... 1st and last time i buy from this branch. Its completely different to other zinger burgers as in worlds apart. Chicken didnt fare much better and gave it to the dog as part of their dinner

Ive been to this KFC quite often over the last year. Not once have they gotten my order wrong. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. They always inform you of waiting times BEFORE processing your order and have sanitizer ready to offer you at the drive thru after giving your change. I must say probably the most consistently met high standard of customer service of any KFC. Keep up the good work.

This branch used to be the best in my opinion.Their pap & gravy was far the best compared to all other KFC.Sad to say that their gravy is now extremely watery and they are using a much smaller tub…

Service was good. Had to go back to KFC. They forgot to give me 2 items that I ordered. I ordered a good total of items and had no time to check everything.

The service is 50% today I ordered 2× streetwise 1 mash 2small coleslaw.Plus 4 chicken wings.Ticket no 174 at 12.45 today 15/10/21Got home minus the 4 chicken wings.This is not the first time it has happened to me. There is forever happening to me at that branch in Plumstead. I stay in Ottery but do my shopping at Checkers in plumstead. Even if I want to approach the matter must I return to Plumstead in heavy traffic. Because of the inconvenience I dont report this matter. This time I am not happy because its happened a couple of time.The staff is forever taking in stead of concentrating on there clients. 😳 I am minus R24.00 and promise not to set foot at KFC in Plumstead.

Its a KFC, nothing more nothing less but their drive through is fast and efficient. Have had no issues.

Its KFC... Not much else to say. Some days good chicken next day greasy, but after a few beers that doesnt really matter as when Zinger Wing Fever hits one does not care.

Friendly service from staff. They forgot to put in my nuggets in my meal but luckily I had a sit down order so when I brought it to their attention, they swiftly fixed it. I completed a service survey having been requested by one of the staff members. The food was tasty, good value for money 👍 The store was clean and nice and spacious.

Arrived at 22:40 no chips, no chicken and no burgers. Yet were preparing orders for deliveroo. First time at KFC plumstead what a joke will not be going back.

I have gotten food poisoning from this place TWICE now. First time I wasnt sure what place caused it because I had ordered takeout from another fast food joint on the same day, but now Ive gotten food poisoning AGAIN from KFC plumstead. Definitely will not be going there again, which is very unfortunate. Ill rather drive further for a different KFC if I really want it. My boyfriend has food poisoning too after we ate from them last night. To top this 1 star review off, their card machines were offline which is extremely inconvenient for most

My experience has been pretty good. They deliver to my specific requests like the piece of chicken or the replacement of a sauce. I just wish my chips prepared the same way every time.

We ordered food via the drive through. 4 different meals with chips and not one sachet of tomato sauce in the bag!

My charity went to purchase food for some children in need. Unfortunately the chicken was half cooked & half the chips were definitely not fresh.

Food is good but make sure you check your order. Paid for Streetwise 3s and received Streetwise 2s. They promised to deliver the outstanding pieces but never did.

Its nice place to buy ur food drive through and inside shop odering inside is clean and smart good also for family lots of safe parking too its convid compliance too they followe all the measures

Easily the worst KFC outlet in RSA. Missing items, missing sauces, bias towards customers, pointless online ordering system. Never had a good experience here, never will.

The best KFC in the Southern Suburbs by a mile. Seriously. You may think that will KFCs are the same, but there is something about this KFC that seriously sets it apart (Im suspecting the manager plays a big role). The chips are always fresh, the burger rolls are never stale, they actually put zinger sauce on your order when you ask for it, etc... I dont care that this KFC is out of my way, its literally not worth going to other KFCs when you got a craving for the Colonel.

Not sure what is up. They must be under new management. Absolutely unbelievable service. The last time we went their, we literally got our food less than 2 mins after ordering it. KFC have always had the worst service of all takeaway places, so I have stopped eating their food, but the service I got from Plumstead has me eating KFC again (but only from Plumstead. Service from Tokai and other KFCs is still terrible).

Placed a order and waited 30min. Was screamed at because apparently I am waiting in the wrong spot. I had to go and ask where my meal was. Got blamed and said it was my fault they called my number. Only after I asked them they prepared my milkshake and drink where she prepared the wrong milkshake at first. Sawarak was called, they offered to change the twister but not the fries. By the time I would get a new twister the fries would be called and the milkshake melted. So I left. No one was smiling, no one was helpful. I felt like I came into some random person‘s place and demanded food, the way they treated me. Would not recommend going to this KFC

Food is always great. Staff arent the friendliest, however its not there fault being underpaid and getting one day off a week would make me miserable too. KFC give your staff an increase and better off day structure!

Service is fast. Chips okay. Wheres my zinger source!!! I was given an option of white source or zinger source on the zinger burger. Get home and no zinger source. Stop dissaponting me. Its not the first time and this should be the last.

Food usually great, but today I ordered a Twister and Streetwise 2 but the chicken tasted like it was made yesterday. I had to throw the second piece away as the smell was making me sick.

Very upset with the service I received. Ordered 2 zinger burger meals and 3 streetwise remix.The lady insisted that she gave me both burger meals and when she took it back she grabbed the bag and all my chips fell out. Gave us cold burgers with a small chicken burger. Could taste more roll than anything else.

We got wings, chips and coleslaw. My gf had the coleslaw and I didnt but now she has food poisoning from it. We checked the containers and saw that it was expiring the same day it was served to us. Terrible terrible thing to serve food that is off.

Service not so great. Food horrible. Chicken dry. Was so full of people inside. No social distancing. Mr D everywhere and they stand right there where you must collect your food. Everyones orders was standing there for more than 10 mins. No one calling out orders? Therefore food was cold. Just not a good experience at all unfortunately.

Delicious,tasty food. A very wide variety of meals n snacks and the food is very filling a great place to go when your tummy is growling.

The last time I went and got a streetwise 3 it was the best I have ever tastedI phoned them to say how tasty it was.

You guys need a better set up when ordering food inside, you cant here the order being called out as the staff wear masks and i understand social distancing needs to be adhered to but make sure customers are advised correctly when waiting for orders or use floor markers

Drive thru exceptionally SLOW

Had to wait long for the order to be made even though it was placed via the app. They did not have come zero and instead of communicating this let me wait until I asked why the order was taking so long. The security guard was rude and tried pushing me around because I kept asking about the order. Service sucked

Wow what a terrible experience I hadWent by drive ThroughOrder the bucket of wings 24 pieceThey told me it would take 10 minutesThey didnt want me standing by the receiving window because the pressure plate underneath can get them into troubleBut they lied to me they said Im blocking trafficWhen there was no other cars in the drive throughSo I was really hungry and decided to go to McDonalds down the road while waiting for my wingsI went to McDonalds ordered my food in the drive through and I received itI came back and KFC was still not done with my wingsI was shockedWhat a terrible waiting period for foodThey told me 10 minutes I waited over 20 minutes for the food

Portion size was OK for zinger wings just a pitty although it was a online order I still had to wait like it was a normal over the counter defeating that purpose because I actually waited long

Even with one star, to maintain I hated the place is far-fetched! One star simply means I wasnt impressed. I give it three yesterday because they were sanitizing, limiting clients in store, and mandating masks. Whatever one says about state of place or service, there is something really satisfying about KFC.

I ordered Tuesday special. Then wings and coffee using wicode. Operator couldnt use the wicode. Then she wanted me to register her on OM rewards. Then when I got my coffee it had no foam, I asked why it looks this way she said I dont know.. 🤔 It tastes like run down coffee

Decent service but food was very average. As expected for a KFC.

The staff had no idea what the online specials were. It took me 5 minutes to explain how many burgers I should receive. I ordered 2 x 3 + 1 specials = 8. They gave me 5 burgers.

One of the few branches of KFC open until 22h00 in the current lockdown curfew at 23h00

One of my favourite KFCS, food is nice and hot most of the time :)
