Very professional manager and staff love kuilsriver Nandoes we again enjoyed a fun sit down midmorning treat and its absolutely fantastic

I am not impressed with this Nandos restaurant. The drive thru is quick and easy and staff are professional but they got our order wrong, the souse over the one meal and that is a big deal to me. The flavor is the big reason why you buy food and the correct flavor was not send. It should have been.

They are not so familiar with the Vodacom app vouchers they always go call the manager they dont understood that we must first order and pay online than you only uses your wicode at the first window I want to order the voucher stuff than they said no its okay when you pay by second person give than the order than when I came their they were saying mam but you where suppose to order that at the first person than I had to keep on saying Id order my wicode stuff but its them that send me hereOn Friday night they refuse to help me at the last till so I was flippen cross at them but I must say the abide to their rules and they stay calm

You cant go wrong with Nandos. When not sure about cooking at home, head on to your local Nandos for chicken hotpot and rice. Treats hangovers on the spot.

Update: I got in touch with Nandos customer care and they investigated my claim. We resolved the issue!My dad found hair in his burger. As he was swallowing, one-piece tugged down his throat. The other piece he could, fortunately, pull out.I love Nandos, but that was disappointing!!

Sunday afternoon I came here bought hot chicken livers with garlic and cheese bread and half chicken. To my surprise when I got home the bread was charcoal at the bottom! With your prices, I really didnt expect this!!!

The food is always good and the service is, even when theyre busy, generally good. I order via the app, which makes things a bit easier. Go, pay and collect and if you forgot something, theyll put a rush on it to get your order out asap.Staff friendly and accommodating to the needs of customers.

I normally buy food here wether sit in or drive thru but today Im very disappointed in my meal I bought a Festa Grande meal the chips was so little and the chicken is if this was a kiddies meal

Friday the 27th of August 2021 My husband decided he felt for nandos and knowing with nandos prices you expecting quality food but needless to say it was completely the opposite. Nandos advertised this new meal the prego & Chips and as to what I saw when we received it was completely dismal the breast chicken was extremely small so when you ate it you just had a mouth full of bread we received no onions on our bun and to top it off no sauce at all and to add to that Chips was extremely less compared to the other two. Note to self that we wont be ordering from Nandos Kuilsriver again. And honestly dont waste your money on this meal cause it looks nothing like that.

Chicken is always well prepared and cooking 🔥 straight off the grill.

Okay Nandos is starting to loose my vote. Their chickens are becoming smaller more expensive and less tasty. Its rather steamed with a quick flame grilled basting.

WOW!! I think , actually im sure I have found the BEST NANDOS in CAPE TOWN!!! Asked for the chicken to be welldone with extra sauce and that is what i got!! STAFF go the extra mile !! they SMILE and greet and are helpful!!Big ups to the owner of this store and his or her staff!!!

No proper covid screening when entering restaurant. Food wasn;t great and staff not at all knowledgeable to assist with the menu.I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

So I bought burgers again....what a disappointment their Prego burgers have been.I only discovered it when I got home.And less the small chips that comes with the burger.I swear today is/was the last time I buy anythin at Nando Kuilsriver again.

The chicken was so soft and juicy. Its so far the cleanest chicken Ive seen compared to other branches.

Had a sit down dinner and the waiter was friendly and fantastic. Naturally Nandos food was on point.

Terrible service, very unaccomodating!My boss is visiting from JHB & asked for some basting sauce to be put on his rice (eat in), a request that every other Nandos in SA has so far obliged. They flatly refused and werent prepared to budge. I was very embarrassed as it was seen a reflection of Cape Town attitudes in general which is definitely not the case, generally speaking! I do not recommend this branch at all.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious BUT we ordered the drumstick and thigh with chips which was not good on the eye. The chicken looked anorexic and all it took was three nibbles and all was gone.

I always get good service from the staff and we share a laugh or two. Keep up the good service you guys😘

Very bad service we experience there. After my baby spilled milkshake by accident no one cared to clean up the mess we asked for a cleaner to assist clean up with a very bad attitude the cleaner took very long to clean up.

A few times I went to Nando it didnt taste the way it always did. Today I was happily surprised. The chicken was amazing, and the spicy wedges werent dry. It was lovely.

Number 1 nandos in Cape town

This is our 2ndtime we had nandos full meal. I had yesterday 30/11/2020, Monday, 1/2 Chicken Extra Hot, Rice and a Miele Lemon and Herb (my meal since I worked at Nandos in the late 90s Company All stores in Cape Town). We even ordered Pita hot as well...We all had runny stomach, for the 2nd time... last time we ordered a complete full chicken, pitas and mielies from Kuilsriver ... ordered in... also Runny stomach! We are now done with Kuilsriver Nandos.Their sit in restaurant- staff are super noisy... Waitrose was efficient and polite

We called to put in an order. Was unable to get through. Holding the line for a long time. Drove to Nandos. Your website indicates closing is 9pm.Arrived at Nandos exactly at 20h45 only to find the gates closed. Very disappointing. You should change your official hours of you plan to close earlier..

🤤O.M.G I ordered a Hot Pot and a full portion of mild chicken livers and it was too die for. Best meal i have had in a very long time. The Staff and service was absolutely outstanding, Very pleased with the tidiness and the levels of health and safety. I most definitely recommend Nandos kuilsriver to everyone. I always give Nandos at least 4 stars because their food is good and its convenient for family meals. But today I give it 1 star because they got my order wrong. In a major way. When I pay you my money to provide me with food, you better give me what I ordered or else I could have gone elsewhere. Your service sucked today.
