Staff talk to much between themselves. And dont pay attention to what I wanted to order

The food was good and not half raw. The staff is friendly and service is quick. However, I dont like the seating on the Wimpy side its uncomfortable and needs reviewing.

The service is good. Staff is friendly. Covid 19 health and safety policy is implemented. Chicken is good and tasty, and hot. We sat at the dining area. It was clean. They have a good public support as well.

Other than the Karoo desert , that was the driest sauce less crunch burger I ever bought

Clean and centrally locate mall. Lots of convenient stores to choose from. Close to Pick n Pay supermarket and other needed stores and outlets

We bought a family treat 10. I was so upset because there wasnt one chicken leg in the box! 3 wings, 3 thighs and 4 dry pieces of chicken. Well KFC, that was the last buying from you! It spoiled my appetite completely!

We the staff of Spec-Savers Blueroute purchase our brekkie wraps combo every morning at this kfc. We are very disappointed as every morning our coffee mugs are leaking they do double up the cups to prevent it from leaking but once we remove the 1cup from the other the coffee lays in the second mug. Also the chicken in the wraps are very small.The manager was very helpful, always assist in getting our order faster and always has a smile, but the cashers are very slow and lets your order stand for a while first before calling you to collect.

KFC still delicious,Crunch burger shrunk recently to a big nugget.Please reintroduce some Zinger chicken Kfc

Walked at 7.06 and was told they were closed after the closing time was 8.00 .Disgusting service KFC.

The manager after showing him what I got in my chips he looked at me like its not a problem to get strange things in your chips. He ask if the other chips that I ate were alright. He looked as though I was bothering him. He did not apologise. A customer next to me even told him to check his staff that is preparing the food.

Poor quality food. Queried manager on it and the response was thats what our supplier gave us. Had to insist on replacement and was not offered one as per their sign. Tables are not cleaned in their seating area.

Horrific experience your lady who cleans the tables came and said that myself and my husband who I live with cannot sit together at the same table? Social distance I understand however I sleep next to this man I live with him how does that make sense? So while we are eating we must move? There were no other seats available so disgusting that you disturb customers who are sharing a meal and tell us We have to move I dont know how you feel this is appropriate customer service.

Sat down with the family, ordered the brekkie meal and found hair on my burger, lost appetite and was told they will replace that burger. Told him to leave it. No proper customer service.

Awesome fresh food

I bought 22 x 3 piece meals with a cool drink and 10 zinger wings.Got back to the office, no wings. Called the manager who said she would call me back in a few minutes. 4 Hours later i called her back. She said she would call me back in 5 minutes.Its been 3 days and still no phone call or chicken wings. R55 lost due to incompetent people.

Date 21 November 2019 Time 17:39. Manager puts fone down without tending to my Complaint after refusing to give me the regional managers contact details. Went to KFC twice at Capricorn to correct an order 2nd time around they gave me chicken that was fried more than once. Snow the the 3rd time hope you covering my petrol. Chicken tastes and smells rotten.

Was not happy with the chicken pieces that I requested, purchased 3 x Streetwise 2. I asked for a breast + drumstick which I received & for the other 2, thighs & drumsticks. The order arrived and only one order was correct with the breast & drumstick. The other orders had the following: breast & thigh; 2 breasts. I was then told that there are no drumsticks, I asked the consultant to change the one breast for a thigh in the one order. She tells me that I already have a thigh with another meal even though they are 2 separate meals. I am so irritated with the service, we pay for what we want, they not freebies. Please jack up your service!!
