It is better than expected. The location is not safe and i recommend that you take extra precaution when going there. The food is well prepared and staff are assisting in acceptable manner.

I ordered on the 9th of august never got my food still waiting on a refund and the store manager has still not contacted me its the 22nd of august really very bad my 1st time ordering from this store and received this terrible service really pisd off

The food tasted good. The service was below par, there being 1 cashier who also packs meals and sometimes goes to back to search for food and also helps with online deliveries when delivery ppl come 🙈 (almost felt sorry for her) I did however enjoy being served in my home language, Xhosa and how respectful the cashier was. The store can improve by getting more staff for speedier service. I notice KFC in areas namely Gugulethu and Wynberg do not offer barrel bags with handles like they do in Rondebosch and Plumstead. I can only stay wondering why there is this difference when a customers money and need is the same...

In addition, I think they should install a big screen which displays meals available and out of stock so that customers dont waste their time standing in the queue.

Upon entering it was busy, no space to sit and noisy. Not unfamiliar but clearly if I wanted to sit down, I wasnt able to. So no manager visible to ease the situation or make contact with customers. Its a NO in my books. The cashiers were courteous and friendly. A plus for me. I didnt have to wait long for my order as it was Zinger Wings and Still water. The restroom wasnt looking welcoming but I left as I wasnt sitting in. I left cause if I had to stayed, I would have consulted with the Manager for something that wasnt done on time and I would have been the character. I enjoyed the Wings so it made up for everything.

The person standing at the door is soo rude!I bought chicken and wings there i could literally taste used oil and their wings were suppose to be spicy but they were not!! Unfortunately i did not eat there i took it for takeaway so i could not bring the food back.They dont even deserve the one star!!

My experience could have been better the cashier whom I gave R6. 00 for an ice-cream gave it to a child who was standing next to me who was not even my child or with me. When I opened my bag in the taxi home I discovered there was 2 mini loaves which they didnt put in the bag which was part of the meal. I was not happy or satisfied with poor quality service received from such an outstanding establishment.

I ordered a pap and fried chicken. It was one hell of fried chicken and pap I ever ate. The pap tasted like soft porridge that was not well cooked.

Avoid this KFC at all costs!!! Not the first time they have sent completely the wrong order. If you lucky enough to get what you pay for then do make sure its actually cooked. Yup.....had that problem too. I will never, ever order from this KFC again. Kenilworth is streets better.

This is the worst kfc ever staff doesnt even smile or notice your existence and the food is truly terrible very small pieces of chicken is always given. This is the first time in my life I give such a bad rating buy wow they deserve it.

Every time I visit KFC wynberg, the staff is friendly and polite. Even if the line is long they try to be fast and youll never get the wrong order. Keep it up.

Chicken was too small, wings were dry, lettuce wasnt green and the new straws that kfc is giving the customers become soft in the cup. Straws are the very bad idea

Its the 2nd visit therè and each time while Im sitting and eating beggars enters and beg at tables persisting for piece of food. its disgusting I wont return there again. theres no security. its not good to eat there again and my children refuse to eat at KFC now.

The wynberg kfc is one of my favorite KFC branches there chicken always juicy made , not dry or oily and there stuff very friendly

No parking around, so its always difficult to get a place to leave ur car or motorbike cz on the main road traffic cops use to fine pipo who park on the side

Right on the main road, so you have too options here. Either go to the shopping centre (mall) up the same road to eat there (shopping centres can be busy) or avoid that walk down the road and get yourself at this place. Preferably morning hours. Havent been there during lunch or late afternoon.

Kfc main rd opposite Cash converters, very bar service and very bad experience as thugs kept in coming in and going out scaring customers. Service very bad, ordered a regular cream soda and waited to almost 10 minutes for me to get it.

Chicken was undercooked and there was hair in the batter. Having worked for KFC back in the day I know how customers should be treated. They just offered me another meal -no apology.
