Spurs are all the same. Very friendly and proffesional management, trainees and waiters. Will definitely visit again

The food was great, however the food came after an hour... And no one was updating us on why it was taking so long.

Had a great family outting, the staff were timeous and friendly however the waiter who handled our orders did forget items where we had to remind her about it which is about the only poor remark I can make for this spur. The manager checked for make sure we were fine and having a good time and the food was lovely. There is a terrace area for if youd like to eat spur and see some of the gold reef rides such as the big wheel and tower of terror, it is super ambient at night with the lights lighting up the golden wheel, very romantic for a evening date because the lights at the theme park really make it cute. Spurs new menu is not what it use to be. Food is good, but not like before. I miss the old spur food and vibe, now its just a restaurant. Not family style place anymore.

Amazing, they have good customer service and the restaurant is very spacious with kids playing area. Located near the casino. Very attractive and elegant. The food is very nice and they serve it fresh at the perfect temperature. There is also free unlimited WiFi. One of the highly recommended spur due to its brilliant service delivery. Try it and youll surely be amazed.

I dont think I have ever been to one Spur with an atmosphere as wonderful as this one. The staff look genuinely happy and they are friendlier than any restaurant staff I have ever encountered. Waiting times are average. This is the only Spur I will visit, as the kids have a wonderful time here. Food is also quite a bit better than some of the other Spurs. All in all a good experience.

Has great atmosphere and I love coming here with my friends. The food is great. The only problem is that service can be a bit slow especially when you want to get the bill and have to wait for the bill to arrive. Besides that its a great place to go with family and friends.

We dont visit this side of world much, hubby is in the casino, I decided to have a drink or two. Ive been sitting here for an hour, just watching the staff.. WOW!!!! IM IMPRESSED!!!they make you feel like youre the only one here, they smile, interact, make jokes a bit of chitter chatter. Will definitely come back,. The vibe... Fabulous. Quite consistently busy. Waitrons are very friendly however and this makes it easy to forgive it being busy. Located right next to the movie theatre, its easy to use for lunch or dinner before or after a movie, but the location in the casino itself could be more convenient.

Been waiting more than 40 minutes for my breakfast. Completely unprepared for the potential influx of customers due to the Sing in Harmonie finals taking place here. The franchise owner should be ashamed.

The worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Ordered 4 coffees and one milkshake before placing our food order. After 40 minutes and 5 different waitrons later we still had not received our drinks, not to mention that nobody had taken our order for breakfast. When we requested the manager he/She did not appear. We complained at the desk. When we wanted to cancel our order no one could be identified as to who took our order. Extremely poor service. You do not deserve any support from customers. I WILL forward this to Spur

Same usual Spur taste. Everything tastes the same forever. Portions could be bigger for the price we paid. Chicken crumbed patty was lame. I wouldnt pay for this food.

Spent my human rights morning at Spur Goldreef city. I must say i was really captivated by the waitresses and waiters. They all young, alive, vibrant, beautiful and very competent. Its such a pleasure being served by neat and tidy person. They understand team work.I hope they render this amazing service everyday.

Okayish burgers but the staff does their best to overcharge you. Once you order, they casually ask which particular sauces you want with your burger, as if though everything was included. Only when youre paying, you realize they charged you over 50 Rand for the sauces only. Beware.
