If I could give zero stars I would. Dont waste your time and money. I ordered a bacon and banana sandwich which is R35 on the menu but they charge R35 for a bacon sandwich and charge an extra R6 for the bacon....??? . And this was after the sandwiches took 45 min to be delivered and the service from the staff was shocking. You can honestly make a better sandwich yourself. I definitely wont support this place again.

Such an appalling sandwich i just got from this placeWaiting 45 minutes for 3 toasted sarmies.received them and they were ice cold and grose!Charing extra for things that we never ordered extra.ZERO STAR RATING GIVEN but to post you have to add a star sadly

Not much filling in the sandwich. Very disappointing. Slices are already so small,now filling is restricted as well.

We had a small problem with our order - the avo wasnt fully ripe and my friend was a bit disappointed. I phoned Sandwhich Baron Melrose Crossing immediately and told the manager the problem and she was so accommodating and lovely. A new sandwhich was delivered with a Sorry :) note and I was very relieved. My friend is happy and I am eating a delicious footlong that was perfect from the start!

Very disappointing by the service received today from Sandwich Baron Melrose Crossing and the reason I have taken the time to write this review is because I spoke to Ingrid (the manager) and not even an apology. I placed an order at 12:16, my order had not arrived by 13:16. I do understand that it gets busy, but atleast an apology for pathetic service should do. I requested change for R100.00, driver turns up at 13:30 with no change. Very appalled after the new management has taken over service has just gone down, down, down, been dealing with previous management for over a year and not a single problem.

Placed a telephonic order at 11.20am, food finally arrived at 12.29. After phoning and speaking to the manager, was told they had some problems with a driver. Well then, at least have the decency to phone or advise us when the order is placed that there will be a problem. Going to use the Illovo Branch from now on, and the Chicken Livers had to be re-warmed.

Tasty food - I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves healthy bites! The chicken mayo wrapper was mouth-watering.
