Bought a seed loaf n wen i cut the bread the bread was full of gteen n grey mould quality gone down after nearly 40 yrs of buying from fournos southgate. So disappointed. Not the first time!

Its a fournos, not as much biscuit and baked deliciousness variety, but everything is still delicious.On the day I went, they burnt the croissants, scraped them and still put them out for sale. That was very unfortunate.The sandwich I ordered was just delicious though.

This is a nice place to have pastry snacks and breakfast. Everything tastes really nice and its very affordable

Best bakery around, good space to have coffee and some delicious pastries. You can also order birthday cakes from them.

After the great service last time, today I was highly disappointedI got the most dry croissants I have ever had in my life. They werent fresh at all, and were falling apart.Service was good but the product was terrible

2020-03-14 More than disappointed. Frequent Fournos customer at many other outlets. . 7:30 still not open, however the staff claimed they were. Opened the door myself and greeted the staff. Nobody acknowledged regardless of the eye contact. Sorry Fournos, Mugg & Bean won this round. Wont be back to this one though.

Paying a deposit and agreeing to pick up time should mean that we will recieve the cake on that time... Not oh we forgot to make it, we will make it quick quick on the morning of what the heck! Now I must drive back empty handed with a disappointed 5yr old.. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

Its really giving me a headachy on my babys first birthday. I ordered a cake with my babys picture and Im not getting that. Then I wrote my sons name in a different way and then they write it their way.....I never expected this hey. Im going to a smash cake photoshoot with a plain cake. NIGHTMARE!

I bought a cake yesterday & it has a strong smell like its off Im disappointed coz this is a first bad service al the other stuff I bought are fresh 😒 I thought I had a problem with my taste buds after a few slices but even when I opened the fridge the smell is still there

Bought a loaf of soy rye bread for 40rand when i came home and opened the bread it was mouldy im definitely not returning , disgusting!!!!!!!

Fournos is a lovely deli outlet. Its cosy and full of sweet and savoury goodies. Their coffee is amazing. Fournos in South gate value market has been revamped. Its now an upmarket sit-down space , that has an added menu. If you want to sit with a big slice of chocolate and have Moroccan coffee, Fournos is the place.

Good customer service and you can enjoy your day with a piece of mind.

Went there yesterday 15/10/2019 all the way from soweto to get a cake for my daughters birthday so dissappointed when I reached home the cake wasnt good tasted old really Im not happy#vanilla cream cake

It was once one of my favourite places. Now the customer service is of poor quality. Had the same problem twice already, my cake order was not done in time or was forgotten entirely. I think they need to investigate management.

OMG super expensive but their cakes are worth every penny. Once you put one in your mouth you will never look back

Fournos is very expensive and goods we purchased were not fresh. Very disapointing I ask if rolls were baked the day and were told yes. Once home they were defiantly not same day baked will never go there again.
