I ordered a carnivore and a chicken mayo pizza, i must say the presentation is horrible you wouldnt say i paid so much for the pizzas, look at all the meat pieces on that pizza all over the place, the chicken pieces were huge and white. Im so disappointed.😡 really wasted my money!

The service is pretty good whats disappointing is the pizzas. The pizzas are just alright. After a long day on the rides it helps to get you back on your feet but the quality of the pizza itself could be improved.

Its more a 2.5 star than 3.The pizza was great! Lovely Mediterranean pizza.The service could definitely be better though.Waited about an hour if not more for our pizza - which might have been okay if the waiter checked in or updated us.

I must say that I experienced the most amazing service ever received from any restaurant ever! Our waiters were Sam and Lucia. They were friendly and had hearts of gold. If this is the service then I cant give anything but 5 stars. You guys rock!! Thank you again Panarottis goldreef city as well as Lucia and Sam for making this a memorable moment!! This is what service is all about.. I stand in total amazement. Please make sure to somehow acknowledge their efforts because they done an outstanding job!!WOW!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Ive made it a culture to be there every tuesday coz wow their meals taste like they are passionately prepared..Their waiters are on 100 lol they are cool and funny..I higly recommend

Service is horrible,waited 45 mins for chicken and ribs which is coming out of microwave then brush with peri peri sauce and predone pasta heated up in a pan.and this I saw with my own eyes.15 mins for a hunters gold.... Manager is walking around with mask off and the same with kitchen manager

40 min wait.Ask R6 just to put sauce on table.Normal pannarotis give Tabasco parmasaan and garlic for free.We fetched our food as there was no waiters.At least at Gold Reef City we got taken for a ride somewhere....

Stay away. Worst service Ive ever experienced. Waited 5 minutes at the door, while 2 waiters made eye contact and ignored us. Waited 10 minutes at the table before the manager took our order (the waiters failed to). 20 minutes after ordering we still hadnt even received drinks. After asking some waiters whats going on and seeing them cluelessly scamper about we walked out and rather got Debonairs.

The service was bad . They made me wait for an hour then gave me the wrong order. I told them it was wrong they insisted, until they checked the system . That’s when they changed it

Wow. After waiting about 2 hours we received our starters.... Our tabel never got cleaned our starters plated piled up. Food were cold when served. Not impressed

Extremely bad service. From the waiter who sat us down to the food quality. We were served cold food and my steak tasted off. The only good service was from the trainee coz she kept on checking if we were okay. Other than that, BAD service period

Food is great, the wait is ridiculous..

Waited 15 minutes to order then a further 45 minutes to receive my order. Staff are totally lost, worst place to visit at Gold Reef. Stay Away and get food any where else.

Best for parents to take out their kids as the play area is available, safe and spacious

We sat down and it was quite bad service from the start as no waiter came to help, the manager eventually came to ask if we had been served and we said no so he took our drinks order. Eventually we ordered our meal via the waiter, we had ordered a vegan option of a chicken pizza (which is something they have available on the menu- it is not a special request). Our pizza arrived and on our second last slice of the pizza we had discovered the pizza had chicken on it. The manager happened to walk past just at the right moment and he was informed. He was apologetic and offered to make a new one, but by then we had eaten most of it already. So he did not charge us for the pizza.So if you are vegetarian, I suggest you don’t go there. You may get some extra ingredients which you don’t eat like our experience.Terrible for a franchise.The manager was quick to take the pizza away, I would have taken a picture.
