Good was okay but service was incredibly slow. Also this restaurant barely followed any covid protocols. They were almost at full capacity and regularly seated patrons at tables that were supposed to be blocked. Another family was seated on a blocked table right next to me and were only moved when I complained.

Waitress spoke way to fast to understand, but she attended to us well. Food was good. Fried Mac and Cheese was overfried, but non the less, tasty. We had a duo pizza, chicken supreme and the other half with mince, pressed beef. Both halves were good. Fairly empty on a Monday night, food was received timeously, service was found and quite casual and relaxing.

Excellent evening dining out. Awesome service and food and not forgetting the dessert 😋

Im quite generally tired of pizza but Panarottis is the one place I cannot pass up everytime I visit rosebank. What I enjoy even more is that their pizzas have thin bases and does not feel like eating bread like most pizza franchises. Thin base and great flavour have had me always coming back!

Mediocre pizza experience. Their pizza is MUCH better than their pasta selection. I think the draw is the all-you-can-eat Thursdays (only in the evenings) and the play area for kids. The staff was very friendly and kind.

One of the best pasta & pizza dishes. The servings are large portions so you may want to share the pasta dishes. As for the service...it was absolutely remarkable.

Our son won 4 vouchers worth R50 each in a school competition for the Panarottis in Rosebank The Zone. We called the store to advise them that we would like to purchase the call and collect special for 3 pizzas and that we have vouchers to redeem. Initially the cashier on the phone advised that we cant use vouchers for a special as this is in the Ts & Cs. We informed them that this is not included in the Ts & Cs only to find that we were not referring to the same vouchers. They advised that we should come to the store to present the vouchers when we come to collect our order. When we got to the store, indeed the vouchers were not the same as what the manager was referring to. She went to fetch the Pizzas only to come back saying the other manager is saying we can only redeem one of the vouchers. When questioning the lady and asked to speak to the other manager he told us again that we could only use one voucher and yet this was not listed in the Ts and Cs. After a heated exchange with my husband he advised that we could redeem two of the four vouchers but we decided to take back the vouchers and leave after such a distasteful experience especially after driving all the way AFTER we called only to be given a DIFFERENT reason why we could not redeem our vouchers. The manager kept insisting that he advised the school that the vouchers could only be redeemed one at a time and yet when our son was awarded, he was told he won R200 voucher. Appalled at the managers tone.

I called panarottis @ the zone (rosebank) to find out what they have on special, I was mislead and their excuse is that the person I spoke too is on training

Wait is incredibly long and it was overfull.

With the COVID 19 protocols, they do follow them. The expect masks, temperature checks are done with santising of hands. The tables are disinfected before you and each table setting follows a social distancing protocol, where the table adjecent to you is inaccessible. I must say, the day I visited, I wasnt too happy with the long wait for food to come through. I was disappointed with that. I was really pleased with the taste of their pizza, definitely one of the top pizza places I have tried. Their drink specials could do better, particularly the mojito cocktail didnt have much of the ingredients as the menu showed. It tasted bland, more like toothpaste. The other drinks, delicious 😋.

Im a panarottis fan but it was my first time going to the one at Rosebank and i must say the pizza was trash, i think because they were about to close and everything was rushed but the service was good though.

Waited for at least -8-10 minutes before a waiter acknowledged us to be seated . The restaurant was not that busy as it was just after peak hour lunch time and many tables were available. Unacceptable service. Pity as the food was commendable.

Poor service, waited 10 minutes to be served. Once served, waited 20 minutes for the food to arrive and another 5 for the drinks. When the drinks finally arrived, the cream in the drink was off. This was a pity as the food was good. Will not be supporting this branch of Panarottis again.

Piazza came 30 minutes then it was delayed as they didnt have a ingredient and they made me wait and extra 15 minutes.

We go to this restaurant often as we love pizza and they are halaal.I decided to take my siblings and friends to the eat as much as you like to on Thursdays. After raving about how this is my favorite restaurant I was pretty embarrassed at the end of the night. When we got there, we found a giant serving spoon under our table for one, our table was being skipped most of the night, the waiters did not want to serve us for some odd reason that we had to call to get someone to bring pizza to our table. After having our table skipped around 4 times, we decided it was best to just get the bill and leave. We asked if we could get served a slice of dessert pizza and the bill so we can pay and leave. While waiting for the pizza to get served we heard the waiters complaining about us now wanting a dessert pizza. This was such a horrible experience and a bad end to what we thought would be a great night out.

Good experience at Panarottis. Loved the service. The staff are kind and available. Food came quickly. Not the tastiest pizza in town but definitely not a disappointment. I recommend.

Didnt have vegan cheeses

O that saucy chicken and Macon pizza!!! Simply delicious. Great for kids too with a Fun play area and kids get to make their own pizza.

Always a go-to when we have the familia over for the school holidays. Worth every penny. Service is waiter-dependent but overall, a good night out. A possible change in kids play area (larger) can only help the establishment and maybe another restroom as there is only 1 for men and 1 for women.

Gets busy on the weekends, book ahead of time or arrive early. Food is good, service can take a while during busy periods. Overall good pizzas, ribs are surprisingly good.

They have some nice pizza, big too.

We went to there yesterday, ordered they brought the plates which when caught was half wet, I wiped it a servette but the smell of the plate and the servette immediately made me want to throw up. I had to go wash my hands and then the toilets were in horrible state water all over the floor and it was so dirty and the smell 😷🙈 worst then a public portable toilet which would have much safer to use!

Come early for seating.Gets busy real fast.Has bathrooms inside thats a plus.Friendly staff.Food came quick and hot.Cappuccinos where some of the best I have ever tasted. Hands down beats most coffee shops.A must order for pure coffee lovers.P.s. time to buy more cutlery...waiters where practically hunting for unused utensils.Had to fight one to keep my spoon 😂Well worth a visit

Not the best service. Seems like there is no one in control here. Food is good though. Not very impressed by this Panarottis.

Slow service even when quiet. Was accepting that they didnt have pesto. But they didnt declare that they didnt have sundried tomatoes and replaced without asking. So we didnt get what we asked for. And neither staff nor management cared, even when raising this with them. Wont be back.

The staff is friendly and the food is great. The menu is halaal. The pizza was delicious and was on promo the night we were there. This place gets quite busy in the evenings as it is a crowd favorite. The menu has a lot of options but you might have to wait a few minutes for a table.

Went on a Tuesday night (buy one get one free special), and although they were extremely busy, the service was excellent. So too was the quality and taste of the pastas we ordered. Will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent HALAAL food and service. Buying pizzas or pasta as take aways are excellent too if you would not get place to sit when they busy.

Always accommodating, even if you turn up last minute with a big crowd. The food is always delicious and is very good value for money, especially if you have kids.Hostess Zanele and Host Muhammed will ensure you are well treated and your needs are attended to. We keep going back and its no secret why!
