Food is always delicious and of the best quality. Vibe is amazing, cant wait for curfew to be lifted. In the meantime, supporting Narona through take outs.

I read about Narona in a list of places to visit in Cape Town and decided I had to try it.The staff were all friendly and helpful, very professional. The premises were clean and airy, with sanitizer easily available. The service was quick and considerate.We had pizza and cheesecake. Both were fantastic. The pizza was a thin base, crispy with well balanced toppings and the cheesecake was one of the best I have tasted.

Their pizza was amazing and delicious. I would recommend the the spicy sausage if youre into spicy food. The atmosphere is very relaxed and not crowded at all. However, the cheesecake I ordered was tasty but the crust was burnt and that was a bit upsetting. $

Great Pizza and the best baked cheese cake ever

Its a nice place to eat really good and creative pizza, they also have ribs which are very tasty. I went with a group of friends, music was perfect and the waiter was very friendly. The restaurant was not crowded, but based on my experience, it should be crowded. One of the best pizzas I have had.

I wouldn’t recommend their lasagna. There is no lasanha pasta, only mince, white sauce and too much cheese. It’s completely unseasoned too. They should review this dish urgently.

We come from a restaurant background so we are definitely fussy about food, but that lasagna was just another story. it was so amazingly delicious I have not had such good lasagna in a long time and it was still perfect even after being delivered through Uber eats. Wonderful little bar with great people and food, feels like home.

Sadly our last three deliveries have been less than par. We have been enjoying our regular Friday treat for years now, but the last while we have been disappointed. Cold food, too much salt and incorrect orders. Most upsetting is complaints have been met with deflection and excuses, no taking responsibility. When requesting to speak to the owners, they are apparently away..

Bad experience at this place. Theres no COVID signs and protocols in place. Our temperature was not taken and no sanitizer was made available. NONE of the staff wore a mask, including the kitchen staff. The waitress/barista made our coffee without a mask on and when I spoke to the waitress about it she said the staff usually dont wear a mask. This is so unprofessional and unethical and this place should be shut down!

Had food from this place on many occasions via Uber Eats, but on Tuesday my girlfriend and I decided to go and eat out, and the food was exceptional, didnt wait long for our order, and even the cheesecake was amazing. Definitely recommend

One of the greatest gems Cape Town has to offer. Been visiting Natrona on and off for the past 6 years. A friendlier place does not exist. I tell everyone about the pizza... You must try the Wham Bam. The staff are extremely friendly. The owner loves his business, and it shows everywhere.

I was at this place last night for dinner with a friend at 7pm. We literally sat there for almost 20 min while the waiter completely ignored us. She didnt even offer us the menu. Moments later, a woman walks in and sits a few tables from us and the waitress is already at her table asking if she could offer her anything. I was so disgusted. The place wasnt busy. She just didnt want to serve us. Im not sure if its a racial thing, so I wont accuse her of that. My friend and I simply got up and went to the Chinese place next door and had the best sushi ever! My friends had recommended this place thats why I chose to give it a try. If I could, I would give it ZERO stars. The food is probably good but if the service is terrible why eat where youre not wanted.

I placed an order through the Mr D app. The food was delivered to me quite quickly, however. The food was cold, no condiments like salt nor pepper. The take away packaging was unbranded and look like cheap impromptu packaging. Onion rings had no flavour. By no flavour I mean there wasnt even salt in em. The burger was below average to say the least. The whole meal was an absolute disappointment.

What could have been a differently reported story has turned into a 5* review because of how the situation was handled, something many other companies/restaurants can learn from. We ordered via uber eats, one pizza arrived sans the extra toppings requested. We called them and boom, just like that, another pizza, with the correct toppings was despatched to us, driven by themselves, at no charge! It was a very pleasant interaction in the end. The lesson, mistakes happen...how you handle the aftermath can change everything. Thankyou guys 💛💛💛

Am a regular customer at this local to go to place for a couple of years, and, surely there must have been some sort miscommunication that led to that misunderstanding, I mean in life this can happen.As many of us who frequent this place and take time to even review the place, its a highly recommended spot to relax get that homely friendly service, the food is amazing and well affordable. The narona family are so welcoming that most of us are friends, whether its during the day or evening.You have to visit NARONA when this side of gardens.
