Bad. Store employees have no interest safety was at question no temperature checks only a bottle for you to touch and spray yourself. Made my Sunday worse it took the employee 10 minutes to make a simple straight forward order speaking to kitchen ladies no direct and consistent interest lacking listening skills. Too my order 35 minutes as I said straight forward order however they are lazy and more talkative then being productive and professional. We understand they work in a Restaurant but all job levels are be treated in the same way respect your role and others around you.

The only friendly and helpful face was the manager and the cleaning lady.that said its the CLEANEST McDonalds I have ever visited I was on route to somewhere else and was pleasantly surprised.

Ive always gone to this McDonalds because its the nearest one to me but theres always a problem when you geet there. Either their Ice-cream machine is broken or their service is just very bad. Last week me and my sister and my cousin went there to go buy us something to eat but we ended up standing almost ten minutes waiting by the counter just for someone to come and take our order. Then when I order was finally taken we had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for 3 meals.

It was very nice there they serve their food fast 😋

Excellent service.The only bad thing is that each time I go there, I am told the ice cream machine is not working or they are out of ice cream.McDs is known for its ICE CREAM so please please make sure there is ice cream.Thank you

Extremely slow service at the drive through, the quality has dropped and unfriendly staff and they never seem to have boys toys anymore and we go every week, does the staff perhaps take the toys for their kids? Pathetic.

Hi I just got back home only to find out that you have given me 1 less big mac from the 3 Big mac meals I have ordered the drink and even fries were here besides the Burger and I am trying to contact you but my calls end before even dialing. I am quite disappointed as I did not go with my own transport but I took an uber to there and back home.

They food was not bad, it was the usual youd expect from McDonalds, but unfortunately the cashier struggled to get my order right. I just wanted a burger and drink without chips, but unfortunately she misinterpreted my request to have chips only and no drink. It wasnt a big deal, but I thought Id mention it.

I bought a chicken salad and it was totally not what i expected, very different from the ones i normally get from other McDonalds. The presentation was shocking with half-cut tomatoes.

Customer friendly Staff.. Meals ordered freshly Prepared.. No.long waiting time.. Place is never crowded and have dedicated and parking area ring fenced. Due to secure location no vagracy on premis observed during numerous visits which. Corner location such that on the go meals can b enjoyed comfortably from the inside of your own vehicle

Food is nice. They just keep on forgetting to add my sauce that I already paid for. But not driving back

They have good service i remember we forgot to place order and went for payment they didnt have bad attitude i love the place their burgers are always fresh.

Nothing over the top. You get exactly what you expect from a regular McDonalds (and that is meant in a good way!)

I do not like doing this, but I tried calling the branch several times with no answer. Today is the 3rd time that I have ordered and paid for their limited Vanilla Latte, only to find out its a plain Café Latte and not flavoured as should be. All 3 times was at this same branch. It might just be a few rand difference, but the principal remain that if I order and pay for a product, then that is what I want. Not something else. If the staff is unsure of the product, kindly inform them of the difference. Thank you

I ordered the Boerie & Hashbrown stack and got something with a burger and egg. When I saw it was too late to turn back. Very disappointed about that but the service from the staff was very good. Only rating low because my order was wrong.

The worst service I have ever had with McDonalds. I ordered a Reg BigMac meal for my wife who was at work. Happily took it to her. Moments later to receive a call from my wife saying the meal was spicy and very hot. I never ordered a spicy meal. She couldnt eat it and was very upset. I was also very upset,

Yesterday I ordered food , I got a wrong order which was not even equal to the money I paid , on top of that, the number we call is always not available.

The drive through was close at 07h45.

Bit slow with covid-19 measures, but that could be due to some maintenance that has been going on at the same time. Tracking screen for orders was off.

They are very slow ,if u use drive thru we expect 5 minutes or less ,but I took me 30 minutes.

Service was shocking. I first tried the drive through but waited so long I decided to go inside to order. But that was a big mistake. Ordering process was very slow and there was no system or controls in place for COVID. When you eventually got to place your order the meals were being delivered out of the number sequence. This was very confusing and the cashier was very unconcerned by the customers questions and enquiries. An altogether unpleasant experience.

I was very disappointed with the service at Mc Donalds, Belhar branch. I usually use my McDonalds app to purchase deals. I have been there three times and their app scanner did not work and it has worked there before. After speaking to the manager, she didnt have any solution or even seem to know how the app works. Really bad customer service. My app worked at other Mc Donalds branches quite well.

The eating place is nice and clean but the tiolets were disgusting. What happened to regular cleaning McDonalds Belhar. Wont go there again
