I was there a few days ago for Sunday lunch wasnt very impressed with there service I bought a family bucket and asked for a dip for the nuggets which is R5 extra waited for my order saw my order number on the screen and then it disappeared off the screen I sent my daughter to the counter to check on my order and she was told its not ready yet as orders after mine was sent out after a while I went to ask if my order was ready and they looked confused as my order wasnt on the screen but my order was sitting on top of the table top and wasnt noticed when I finally got my order with no spice,tomato sauce, serviettes and no dip which I paid for .

So usually, well not usually but always, food makes me happy, so when I enter a restaurant, I enter with the outlook that says how you enter a restaurant determines your customer experience.... Boy was I wrong! I dont know what it is about this branch that just sucks the life out of me, maybe the staff are just overworked, maybe Im expecting too much customer service.... Is a smile too much instead of standing behind the POS looking as if you want to put a gun to my head because I cant decide between a fully loaded big box or double crunch meal in under 2seconds... Its a stressful decision and not many people waiting in the line but after all of that The Food is Good and makes me happy.... The food has not disappointed me yet😁

After placing our food order we were asked to park our order will take 2 minutes. Releasing 40 minutes has passed our nees went inside only to find out they forgot about our order. Not the nest service

I never ever experienced any bad service from KFC in Pelican Park, 90% of the time your food is world class, I bought KFC last week Friday, my food was fresh, chicken just come out of the oven, nice.my only problem i had with you was you close at 7PM, most nights i only get home that time. i could have scored u a 5 but just that closing early. Otherwise well done, your staff is friendly that is why I will continue buying from you, i live just down the road,

Wanted to buy chicken special on a Tuesday , had to wait 20 minutes , so I left it ,no KFC

Had coffee here, not sure if the brand varies but this coffee did not taste the same as other stores.Friendly staff a day clean store with good seating.

Service was abit slow and luckily I always check my food order because on my last purchase there one packet of fries was short.It was sorted out immediately.

I bought 3 meals and a burger tonight. I knew that we had a waiting period because they had no chicken ready. 2 x All in one meals for 129. I had to swop my 2 mash and gravy for chips because they did not have any which was acceptable but what is not acceptable when I checked my packet they forgot to give my 2 coleslaw. When I got home I discovered that my 10 wings that I ordered was not even in the bag. I tried calling but nobody bothered to answer the phone. This is not the first bad experience and I knew I had to check it but forgot to check for my wings as all the food was shuffled in one bag. Just picture 2 x 6 pieces of chicken, 6 chips, 2 coleslaw and 2 mash and gravy. The other 2 coleslaw that they forgot to give me they gave me another small bag.

No side breast pieces, No serviettes, whilst theres NOt much customers in the store.

Everytime I went there they never have enough tomato sauce sachets, chilli salt or serviettes. Most of the staff is impolite, you dont feel that customer service that you would get from an area like Constantia, Canal Walk etc. It is like you being treated alone by face value.

Decent but not great. We had to wait in the grill zone for chips. That should never be something that they run low on. Its simply poor management. Burgers were also put together with very little care. Wasnt impressed at all.

I think customers should be allowed choices in the chicken they get. Theres also a huge problem of never having tomato sauce readily available.They should really step up their customer service and needs.

Wings had no flavour at all

This KFC often get orders incorrect.Always have to wait for orders.Went through the drive through once and then was told to wait infront. They totally forgot to bring the order. I canceled the order and no apology. I have since avoided this KFC. They have alot to do to get things right. Service to customers very poor!!!

Orders always missing something. Today received our order after waiting 15 mins at the drive-thru missing 2 mash and gravy.

I honestly try and avoid going to this specific outlet, Strandfontein doesnt have TAKE AWAYS such as KFC and so on. The slightest increase in customers at this branch and its chaos, there is zero management , your order takes forever and then there isnt really much of a queue. There is no command and control, so unless you really have to go there rather try and save yourself from causing your BP to explode.
