I walk in and the order goes as follows four Cheese Sticks pleaseI pay, i wait and then i when i got my order it was Chilli Cheese Bites. I tell them this is not what i ordered and i clarify. Even the manager instructs them to corrects the order.I get the redone and now its a box of chips with cheese sauce on.I dont have time to waste. I walked out they can keep their trash wont ever support this branch again.

Took an hour for them to decline my order.. the best past, they spent the hour ignoring me. Total ghosts. [0 STARS]

And surely most welcome because it adds flavour to whats here already also because of the many hamburger lovers around!......a good burger is always welcome!......Today: - 16th Feb. 2018....and we are here again this time to try the Beat the Broke Blues deal Double any Burger with chips and bottom-less cold drinks! Tru-lii not a bad deal at all because when you are done the belly is full with an absolute enjoyable meal!! Your prices with regard to the sugary and non sugary drinks in meals are not clear. I got charge extra for a sugary drink. On the menu the item does not state clearly the charge for the two different cooldrinks. When I asked the cashier she leered at me like Im trying to be difficult. Unfriendly staff will rather go to Steers next time.

Good people are hard to find.We all so quick to complain but never quick to complement.My son lost his phone in Burger King Grand West but without even knowing his phone us gone I received a call from the Grand West store by a lady by the name of Lezanne saying she found my sons phone and that I needed to collect it at the store!Lezanne ( Never got her surname ) you are a blessing in disguise and Burger King should be honoured to have staff like you still working for them, I didnt think we still had people like this in our country! I thank you from the bottom of my heart Lezanne you rock!

I am not a fan of the popular whopper as I but the chicken burgers with a side of fries is my go-to order.The chicken fries is one of the latest additions to the menu and is also tasty. The store was busy after an event at the Grand Arena. There was a long line and it took forever just to place our order. Once the order was placed, there was another long wait for the food. Perhaps an expected waiting time should be given as there is an expectation that fast food would be fast. The food is good but should be immediately after being served as the chips are not nice cold. The Bar-one Fushion is a good option for dessert, if it is made well, sometimes it is made well with enough sauce swirled in, other times it is basically just vanilla soft-serve ice cream with a hint of chocolate. The staff were okay, not very friendly as we were eating and they were cleaning and moving chairs around us.

The food here is excellent. The line is usually medium long but service is fast and good.I will gladly order food here again when I go to Grandwest.

Always crowded on weekends. More space required for customers to sit-in.No toilets inside Burger King. Cool drink fountain available. Two flat screen TV available, which always plays sport channels.Staff is friendly as always. Quite well system runned by staff members when waiting for your food. Food is always fresh. Tables are always clean to eat though. Although I would love BK Grand West to expand their area for customers to sit down.

Please update your operational hours. We planned to visit after taking kids skating. Only to find your store closing at midnight.

Burgers are good, and fries are nice too. Just always wonder why the lights at the the back are always off?

The lines are often long but the staff are efficient. The portions are tiny however but are reasonably well prepared.

Why does your website say you are open 24hours but you are not? Ive gone to Grandwest on 2 separate occasions, once late at night and tooday at 6am, especially for your burgers and your doors were closed.

Friendly service and warm nice food

Hi.I am really dissapointed that when i recieved my order i found that my burger was burnt, and went and said if they could please give me a other one and told me its burnt because its flaimed grilled, but yet i eat the same burger every week and its never been like this... ive taken a picture, but im very dissapointed and this was taken place at the branch in Grand west and also heard by one of the shops there! A lady told me the other day there was a worm in one of the peoples burger...Please do something about this because its getting worse and i love burger kind and will always eat there but this is soooo dissapointing...

Clients dont come first..burgers are good but management does not understand clients needs and are quite rude

Nice Friendly service with Delicious, fresh food

The staff are not trained. I stood inline waiting my turn only to be told that I need to pay with cash. No sign informing myself/others nor was there any client management at all. So, I turned around, walked out and placed my order elsewhere.

Had a very bad experience cashier did not listen to my order properly and messed up the whole sale not impressed

Long queues, terrible service, waited 40 minutes for 2 meals, cold food.

3 x Cold Burger. 3x Cold Chips. No ice in soda fountain . No serviettes given.
