We waited 15 minutes and after al this and after we tried to put in our order, the lady told us that we could only pay in cash which we did not have. The lady spraying our hands at the door could have told us about the cash payment which could have safed us time. We then decided to order Steers burgers.

I visited this outlet last week Sunday, I was waiting in a long queue when apparently all card machines stopped working. Instead of informing the customers, the staff let each person wait and then only informed the people as they came to the counter. Bad service and a waste of 20 minutes

Staff deliberately skips packing my order while 10 other orders are done first. I had to go up to counter and tell them I can see all the needed food is waiting there on the rack. It is getting cold.Also saw some dodgy orders going out without being listed on the display. I hope management find this comment helpful.

Poor quality!Bough some chicken and I must say its bad, the chicken is raw and wet inside.Very disappointing.

I put in a order, one of which was 10 Zingerwings. After thay I went to Steers to order some chips (to die for). Then I went back to KFC, and waited, and waited, and waited. After a while I enquired about my order, they said that they were making the Zingerwings. And I waited, and waited.This is a second time that it happens to me. In the first instance, I brought it to the managers attention. What irritates me most about the setup, my Steers chips and the other parts of my order got cold, while they were making the Zingerwings. I would at least expect them to say that they had to make the Zingerwings, and how long it is going to take (so that I can time the Steers order) , make the other burgers so that it would be ready at the same time.Unacceptable!

Not one of the best KFC branches. Very busy with all visitors to the beach, often on hot sunny days they run out of stock, either ice cream or something else. Last night they had no pineapple. Often their chicken is over cooked and dry. The waiting time is relatively long. If you hungry they are still okay to use, just avoid bottles of coke.....small 500 ml cost R24. The staff is friendly and try their best.

Ordered mash and gravy. It turned out to be gravy with a teaspoon of mash. Serviettes are rollertowels found in public toilets.constantly changing menu boards make it difficult to read, applicable only for people who buy at KFC every week

Less than 1! We waited almost an hour for our orders,no refunds they said. They suck.

They forgot my mash and gravy. I call and let them know. Manager on duty says not a problem they will refund me. I get there after a while the manager on duty NOW says they can only give me the mash and grvay even though my meal was consumed a long time ago. They first want to argue instead of resolving the issue as it was there fault in the first place.

It was the best KFC I have ever eaten compared to the ones we get in Durban. The biggest pieces of chicken freshly prepared tender.not lots of batter.just perfect

Simple order of Streetwise 1 with mash and small loaf. Wait of more than 10 minutes. Then they say they are out of loaves and dont even put the mash in the bag. 2 customer that came in after me served first. Chicken has the texture of a wet eel.

Despite pitching up quite late, the service from the ladies was great. They even asked the kitchen staff to prepare what we wanted fresh.

Ive asked the lady that gave me the order if the tomato sauce is in the bag just find out later thar is isnt on there and there were also no serviettes in the bag

Fridays a disaster on timekeeping and customer order management. You need someone on the floor managing the process.

When we arrived here from an excursion to the Atlantis Dunes, KFC Melkbos was not busy the staff was friendly and efficient so Our orders were processed quick.The facility is neat and clean with good natural light, 2 entrances and situated in a 1 level mall with plenty well known retail outlets.Our orders were freshly made and tasty as is expected from a KFC.There are no ablution facilities in the store itself but the mall houses very clean ablutions, which are conveniently situated a stones throw from KFC.If you are in the area and have built up an appetite, I highly recommend KFC Melbos for a fresh, tasty finger lickin good meal and non alcoholic beverage.

Had a terrible experience with one of the patrons using realyy loud and abusive language uninterrupted by any manager or staff members.My 7 year old son was unfortunately exposed to a most unpleasant sit down meal. I left during our meal.
