Good place for a quick bite but it can get crowded quickly. The service is good.

Quick service and basically perfect, the the forget to put in the mayonnaise packet, and its my favorite thing about Burger King, like the tomatoe sauce fountain of yesteryear. But still perfect burger

I was very disappointed and unhappy. I orderd 4 wopers meals they told me that they do not have chips which I didnt mind as the lady told me I can replace my chips with onion rings then they charged me for it I feel that it unfair as it not my fault or any other customer that they do not have chips. I also asked for 2 mountain dews and 2 Pepsi and got 4 pepsi there were also no napkins or mayo or katchup in the bags. Very disappointing.

Yhooo guys, something mouth watering I have tasted from Zevenwacht Burger king, the Extra Long chilli cheese, i have no complaints but positive feedback, wish it was a little bit bigger, because wow, i finished it and wanted more still🥰😭🥰😭

Today was not a good experience for me as a customer at all.The staff is not friendly and I waited far to long for my order and gas to go and ask eventually.There was no one calling the orders at all.

Extremely disappointed in burger King Zevenwagcht drive through. The cashier and manager ( I think) gave me such attitude! This after I was trying my best to be patient with them as their system seemed to be slow and after they almost charged me for the wrong order. Please lose the attitude.

Chilli Cheese Fries Update: Got a reimbursement with the Fries. Regarding the Cold Chilli Cheese Sauce, all is forgiven seeing that the manager went out of her way to make it herself. The way she made it makes me refer everyone to her instead of the workers. The Box is filled with fries, Chilli Cheese Sauce is spread immense & the Jalapenos were definitely more then one could bargain for. It was definitely a mouthwatering experience that was filled with explosions of flavour. Never had I got such experience from this BK before, only their competitors. I do hope they make all their fries how this manager made it. Cause surely once you buy it, youll know exactly what you paid for.

Good Morning Me & my family went to burger king zevenwacht we waited long in the drive thru line & i deside to park the car and order inside than we continue to wait when i came to the casher very unfriendly & unprofessional she ask me to wait they first gone sort out the other orders i said its fine when we took my order she told me no card orders cash only i was waiting for so long that no one informed me that the card machine is not working they could have announced it or put up a sign it could have safe allnthe customers alot of time no apologies. We just decided to walk away & went to McDonalds.

Food is ok, drive through was relatively quick. However, be sure to check your order thoroughly as they did not pack one of my burgers and ignore my complaint to customer service.

Personnel management need to be improved. We did sit in but no trays available. Tables were dirty. In their favour though ... Order received very quickly. But I like the food so probably go back

I had the best burger Ive ever had from a fast food joint. It was the Big King XXL with bacon on it. My dudes, it was so damn good that I went back later that day for a second one. Keep doing what youre doing. Never remove the bacon burger!!!

What the heck was up with your food yesterday?Firstly the food you gave me n my husband was COLD,The patties had a funny taste and I realised that it is undercooked.Ive been sick the entire day as well as last night and so is my husband.We will have to get something for diarrhea now and if that doesnt help we will have to go to doctor for something... The burger was standing on the rack for 10 minutes because they were waiting for chips. When I opened the burger it was cold and chips was warm. When I told the manager, his attitude was so pathetic. As if I had no right to ask for another burger. I paid for the burger and it seems that you need to pay for service as well. It just doesnt come with your purchase. I will never go back there again.

The workers were informative and the lady generally looked interested and knew her products. Burgers were nice as well. I chose the one with jalapeños and l wasnt disappointed at all.

Food was of a universal quality. Didnt have to wait long cos it was quiet. The wait for your food at Burger King is usually long. Service was good and friendly.

Truly disappointing experience. Drive thru order person doesnt know how to serve clients. Gave up trying to explain my order to him, went inside. Queue of customers waiting inside with one person serving whilst 3 staff members are sitting in the sun outside eating lunch... oh, did I mention its was 12h30? So lets sit outside whilst our customers wait inside.

Mediocre service

Drive through is ALWAYS CLOSED. When we go in, they tell us to go through the drive through and we would stand at the window waiting and literally no one would come. Everytime

Having visited this BK often since it is open it is overall a fairly OK experience. The cooldrink machine is however faulty way to often wasting a lot of water due to bad syrup mixtures. Food is standard as per BK, however sometimes they are out of condiments, which seems like bad stock control for this shop.

Was at burger king at around 22:00 tonight (Friday evening) to be told I cannot go in as the dinning area closes at 21:00 and I have to use the drive thru. All cashiers were closed already. I asked the security where does it state that you close the doors at 21:00? Really burger King you close shop on a Friday evening at 21:00? I went to KFC across your shop which was still open.

Service varies, but the food is up to standard. At least they have a generator for when the power goes off. Oh, theyre halaal, so if you want bacon, youd have to go to the drive thru.

Yesterday I was at this burger king and I was utterly disgusted with how the place looked the floors was dirty, the chairs was sticky and the tables was dirty aswell. I placed my order and I waited almost 20minutes for my order just to find out that my order was wrong I went back to the cashier that assisted me and told him about the order that was incorrect he then advised me that there is nothing he can do I should just take it which I felt it was perthetic as this was not a mistake on my side the slip even showed what I ordered. The customer service was really bad as not one person could assist me with this i just left as I was to highly upset with the service. I was going to sit down there and eat but how could I when all of the tables was dirty and not up to standard I mean this is a restuarant where people want to sit and eat and yet you can coz of the mess. I will never and I mean never set my foot there again and I will never support any burger king again as this was the most disgusting place where I ever set my foot in and the service even worse.

Im soooooo futious while im writing this now.. I just came from Burger King in Zevenwacht Mall. They were almost closing and i ordered 5 whopper meals. Got home, there is only 4 burgers in the bag. They have me 5 cooldrinks thats y i didnt still checked the bag. What now? The flippen shop is closed and im at home already...so dissapointed

Cool drink machines broken with drink laying all over the floor. Tables not cleaned properly after people have eaten. In fairness it is the responsibility of the customer to throw away their stuff after eating.

Slow service. Cooldrink machine not always hundred percent. My drinks tasted awful. You have to ask b4 staff come and clean table. Burgers and chips better thn the other fast food shops. Very tasteful.

The most horrific service! Clearly this branch is not managed well. Waited for over 20 minutes for a burger just to get home to realise thats it the wrong order! Clients standing and waiting for orders to come out while it seems like staff is busy having a big chat

Great tasting burgers and the queues could be faster...when you in the food business its not necessary to wait in the queue longer than 5mins to place your order as you still have a waiting period for your food as well...

Good fast good restaurant with fast service, yet it lacks the human touch and vibe, feels more of a factory than a restaurant.

Let me start off with a dirty environment to sit and enjoy a meal, the tables are disgusting and the floors, then there is the staff more concerned with there friends and family they know that walks in the store and engaged in their own conversations. The service is slow and one can hear they are more into a social life than preparing your meal, the wait is excruciating long. This is one burger king i am not revisiting.

I got there and had to wait 15 minutes to place my order and there was no one before me. Just because they are in a hurry to close the store does not mean that a client should get sloppy service.

Only a R2 difference but the biggest thing was my boy wanted a double burger and did not get it but b cause he touched it already we told him to keep it and eat it...
