Fast delivery, friendly service and amazing pizza. Website needs work, very slow and not very intuitive - will upgrade to 5 stars with a website upgrade. To be honest, its easier to check the menu and call for an order, unfortunately.

Our favourite go-to-place for low-carb pizza! The Cape Doctor is epic (and add extra Avo and Balsamic Onions for an unforgettable flavour combination). Just tried their low carb wrap burger option for banters - and wow! was I blown away!!! Thank you for always making our cheat-night memorable!

Absolutely atrocious. Very small portion. Terrible taste. My lasagne was 100% cheese and pasta, no meat. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Tiny dessert portion as well. Not worth it’s price.

We decided to order from Eat Out The Box. I had the veg burger and my boyfriend had the beef burger. Both burgers were massive and really tasty. The chips were also really great. I would definitely say that these burgers are value for money. I cannot wait to try more options from here.

Don’t expect much when going there it really is a eat out of the box place. Bar for a couch and a counter there is just one big kitchen, so order telephonic or order in store and sit on the couch and wait for your order.We ordered pizza but they have a wide selection on their menu. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The food is freshly prepared and above average and enjoyable.

Went there randomly on my partners birthday for some take out. Such good food and friendly service! To top it off, it was anything can happen tuesday and they treated us so a sweet something. Really left an impression! Way to think out the box in customer retention. Will definitely order there again!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!I live within a kilometer of over 15 takeaway places and restaurants which I tend to alternate between depending on what I want to eat. In the 10 years Ive lived here and been doing this, Eat Out The Box is the only place that has literally never let me down. The food is always incredible, fresh, and warm. They somehow never miss a single topping as often happens at other places. Every single time I come in Im greeted with a smile and brilliant service.

Orderered a low carb hawaiian pizza and a veggie lasagna and man that was disappointing. The pizza had zero flavor, lack of cheese, was unsatisfying and also cold. The veg lasagna had one layer of pasta hump of melted cheese ontop.

Great food! Slightly quircky menu - interesting twists to really tasty pizza. One of the most delicate cheese sauces Ive ever come across in the macaroni cheese (could perhaps do with a bit more cheese on top). Highly recommended.

I regularly have Eat Out The Box veggie burgers, and last night had the Tree Hugging Hippy, which was nothing short of spectacular. As a vegetarian Ive tried all their meat free burgers, and they are all really good. Their veggie patties are fantastic - not pseudo meat or just a big mushroom, but nutty and tasty with a great texture. The buns are toasted (what a difference that makes) and they are loaded with onion, gerkins, tomato and lettuce - the way one would make a burger at home. Fast food, but made with care. Im a fan.

Eat out the Box really has gone down, in terms of delivery, quality of the food and the service.We started ordering from Eat out the Box during 2013 and things were truly epic back then. As the years have gone on the delivery has gotten really expensive, slow and some of the delivery drivers are outright rude.While their menu is fairly well priced, the consistently of the food thats delivered is lackluster at best, sometimes delivery takes nearly 2 hours and some items arent what we ordered.Ordering here is very hit and miss. There are other options available that have better quality food.

Have always had excellent food from them.Its a real treat to get take aways from them if youre not up to cooking at home .... or simply to treat yourself.

I have always enjoyed the burgers from yourselves but on Saturday, when my wife and I tried your pizza’s, we were very disappointed. The toppings needed a magnifying glass to see if there was any chicken on the one pizza and bacon on the other one. Definitely will not recommend anyone to try your pizzas.

Ordered ribs, very disappointed, they were terrible. So tough and dry that I couldnt even cut the meat off with a steak knife. If you cant do it properly take it off the menu.

Great food. I just had a terrible experience with one of their delivery guys from the Rondebosch branch, Kodi. Not only did he take longer than stipulated at the time of ordering, he was very rude about the request that had been made to please call me when he arrived as I was across the road. He then left his SnapScan QR code in my kitchen and it turned out that he did not deliver the full order. I am voiding his tip. He looked like he was not present at all.Ashley was wonderful when taking the order - she was friendly and efficient.
