The staff was super friendly. After placing our order,y friend and I went outside to tall. The lady at the til brought our food to us, and asked outside or inside? She took the food back inside, came to us with the food as soon as we sat down, and she had already added ketchup on the side. Everyone was super friendly... I felt like Im at a restaurant rather than a fast food joint❤️. Im loving it

Nothing special but a normal McDonalds drive through. Well staff are always friendly and welcoming, expect speedy service as well. Otherwise, its just a normal drive through facility.

Very disappointed. Bought a burger meal. Small / medium or large was requested by the cashier. When you replace your order with a medium or large meal, you expect more food and not more cool drinks. And on top of that Nobody tells you what the difference is between small / medium or large. POOR SERVICE. THIS IS USELESS INFORMATION. Pathetic ! The chips were old and ice cold. Its awful. Not my cup of tea.

This is now the third time I have ordered a burger with specific instructions for no garnish or sauce. Each time burger arrived and instructions are ignored. Please when an order is placed staff need to read the information provided. Once is fine but not every time I order. Especially in these times when ordering a takeaway is a luxury.Edit: Phoned the branch explained what I need. Omar (great driver, great service from Mr Delivery) returned with the replacement and there was still sauce on the burger. At this point I gave up.

Very terrible and rude customer service from the staff, including the manager. .Was it too much to ask for a bag per meal? They shoved the extra bag at me and summarilly told me to sort myself out.When I got home I realised they gave me a double chilli cheese burger instead of a triple chilli cheese that I paid for.Never again.

I have been here a few times and ALWAYS fresh food, again at 11pm Sarurday night, friendly staff, I asked for extra spicy foldovers and they never dissapoint. Really, there are so many take away places that just serve mediocre food and compared to McDonalds Parklands, they are nowhere. Please keep it up as none of your competitors come close.Very satisfying food, always. Thank you.

Always quick and easy without fail!

I ordered a Cheese burger Meal for my daughter this afternoon in the Drive thru with other items for my son. When we got home there was no cheese burger in the bag. It is impossible to each time while in line at the drive thru to scratch in the bags to make sure everything has been packed inside with cars waiting in line. My daughter was really disappointed as she was looking forward to it and was really hungry after school. Order number 1820.

Absolutely ridiculously understaffed on a Saturday morning! One person doing drive-through and front desk! Never seen so many people trying to reverse out of a drive-though and customers shouting for service at the front desk. Supervisor on duty doing her best, breach manager nowhere in sight! This owner seriously needs to focus on customer service. There are so many fast food outlets, why come back here??

Always stop for drive thru breakfast

So I go for a late night snack, I press the intercom and nobody is there. After trying again the girl comes to the intercom and cuts me off midway through my order. I get to the window and she so rudely shoves the parcel into my hand. The are endless people who need work, she will ruin the reputation of the branch if she is not either being warned or fired for pathetic work ethic. Disgusting.

Half an hour - nothing of our order has been completed or even started. and the display said we can collect. the lady behind the counter rudely chased us away at one stage. unacceptable. orders that were placed long after ours are given priority and finished before ours. Disappointed in this McDonalds as I previously rated it 5 stars because it HAD good service.

I would give 0 stars if possible, I understand 1 am is a dead time, but considering its a 24 hour venue there should be some level of prep ready. I waited 12 minutes for a cheese burger. Absolutely shocking.

This is honestly the best mcdz around. Their food is so so fresh and the service is always great. I always have a good meal here, their food is always made well and the reason why I still eat mcdz.

Worst McDonalds in the area. They have no order when it is busy. You wait forever and the people just push in. You wait to be helped and then when you do, the person after you gets their meal first. And the person behind the counter actually looked at me while she was doing it to see if I would react. Your customer service is disgusting and racist.

Waited 4 mins at the collection window in the drive thru for my burger meal & jalapeno snackers. The crew member only noticed I was waiting when I switched my car engine off. You must do better!

The services is good and its not too congested. The interior is quite nice compared to other Mcdonalds in South Africa.

Early Monday morning fill up of Cappa and a Mega McMuffin. You cant go wrong. Quiet inside but drive through rather busy...sit down, relax as breakfast is served.

Convenient McDonalds in parklands. Good service, lots of parking and playing area for kids. Ill recommend it for a small group of people

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have had several problems with this McDonalds from their service to the burgers and fries being ice cold. They recently revamped it and I thought I would give them another try. They still disappointed me by only serving ice-cream to certain customers. Personally I would never step a foot into this McDonalds ever again.

Ok. Sometimes the service is slow. But the place is just ok.

Four times in a row they have left out food from our order. The first two times they said they would ensure it never happens again... And yet it did. Doesnt matter if it is drive through, delivery or through Mister delivery. This Macdonalds chain is untrustworthy and serves squashed burgers. Not recommended at all.

Took forever to get my order this morning after 10am They had 1 till open. 5 min later I asked them to get another cashier but it was though am speaking French and they just looked at me anx carried on with what they were doing. So annoyed I left!
