First of all we rocked and the drive thru was closed , then when we wanted to park there was no parking . Eventually when we got parking . It was to busy to get even in the building. First time I ever heard about the drive thru was off line . Absolutely shocking .

I was there this evening wrapping up my daughters birthday and popped in there for something to eat on our drive back home..... the service was super friendly,efficient and heartfelt .....the manager made my girls feel extra special we all left the store with huge smiles and gratitude for the service we received! The usual McDee efficiency and quality. It is situated on the edge of 2 Malls. It is easy to get in and out of parking area and be on your way again.

New manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. Theyve installed machines to assist with the ordering process, easy to navigate and well designed interface. If you get confused, the manager is keen to assist. Food is quick and fresh.This is a **HUGE** step up from the quality before. Great job, you guys have really stepped up!!

Make sure you check your order before you leave. 90% of the time something is missing from your order. This happens with online, drive-thru and orders at the counter

I cannot understand why you have the same person taking the order and the money and when there are corrections to be made you can’t speak to anybody because they are too busy taking the next person‘s order while you are trying to sort out your payment. Seldom go here due to there always being issues. Yet again they failed to provide anything vaguely resembling good customer service

3rd time in a row, we dont receive everything weve ordered. The guy had to go back twice to get orders that was left out. We asked for chilli cheese, and was not chilli cheese. We asked for triple burger, paid for triple but only got double. Fries were cold and stale. Sauce sachets were sticky and looked old. Overall McDonalds quality is not the same as it used to be.

Wish I could give them a 0 star I ordered a meal through Mr delivery for my family and they got it completely wrong amd plus when they resent the food a second time the gave us a jalapeño burger for the kiddies meal and they still have the audacity to say Im wrong with my order I will never go near that store again that why Im back to change my previous review

For the first time I coukd actually clearly hear what the drive through attendant was sayong over the intercom, without having to guess what they might be saying. Good well spoken English. Staff at the pay window and at the service window super friendly and appeared alert and interested. Well done!

One of the nicest small McDonald Restaurants Ive ever been in. The manager asked us if everything was good. He helped a lady with a pushchair out the door. Hes cleaning up as he goes. The counter staff came to confirm something from our order. Out of a good few hundred worldwide (maybe over 500 they are all on my google locations!) weve visited its certainly top 5!

Drive-thru is usually very slow. If you order anything that needs a fork/spoon/butter, etc., like a corn cup, make sure you explicitly ask for it otherwise you wont get it.Never ever order a mini corn cup. You only get about 2 tablespoons worth.Oh, and ordering inside takes even longer, even if you use the self-service machines and especially on public holidays.

This is the best service we have ever received at a McDonalds (Long Beach). It felt a bit like being in a twilight zone, they were that good. There is a gentleman who welcomed us, brought our food and condiments to us, checked if all was to our satisfaction and then bid us a friendly farewell at the door as we left. His name is Abdugman (forgive the spelling). Congrats to McDonalds for having such an awesome member and ambassador for your brand. I never thought I would review a McDonalds so positively. My husband and I are pleasantly surprised

Wow! Food is what you expect but... the service was out of this world today. The guy opening the door (I didnt catch his name sorry), running around the shop getting tomato sauce, cleaning the tables, generally being just a nice guy... I hope to see you there again!

Grabbed a quick bite from Long Beach few days back. First time there cool space.

Waited forever to be served. Waited even longer for the food. Staff should stop chatting while dealing with a customer. Maybe they will get the order right. What a bad experience. Other patrons expressed similar sentiments while waiting for their food. Luckily KFC is in walking distance.

Always good service with a smile and the upgrade to the play area is better for children now. The staff are quick and efficient

They have the new checkout and order process using a machine. Convenient and effecient. The veggie burgers are piping bloody hot so dont bite straight into them even if you waited 7 minutes. You will burn. Lol

Went there today. Ordered 3 hot chocs and one cappuccino. Took them 24 minutes to get my order completed. Took my son to the loo to relieve himself. The mens toilet was blocked, someone did a no 2 and didnt flush properly. Went to the disabled toilet thinking it would be clean. Oh was i wrong. Same thing in that toilet. When i asked the lady when i can get my order. She gave me a very rude..,its on its way reply. Will never, i repeat....NEVER waste my time,money or patience going there again. I suggest the owner seriously shakes up his staff.
