I was the only car in drive threw, Ordered, waited 5min to Pay, waited another 5 to 8 min to get my food, when I opened my food to eat the burger was dry and really not nice... Not my first time experiencing this at the same Mc ds, they really make me not order Mcds again.Bad service

Terrible service, colleagues prompting each other to help me, one looking at the other discussing who is going to help me because the one is busy folding and loading sugar in the container and the other mopping the floor this at 9:45am Monday morning.The mega muffin meal is cold after an unusual long wait considering I was the only one there, the cheese was not even flexible on the bun ie. Cold, my coffee was cold and a customer before me came in asking why such a long wait, I think as management please check what your staff is doing as they dont seem to be very welcoming or perhaps just the morning team more precisely, let me know after you checked your footage what you think and if that is the service MacDonalds aspire to. Terrible....

I think new staff is needed. I dont think the drive thru cashier knows what she is doing as she always has an excuse. Third visit within in two weeks and no happy meal boxes available, no kids juice and no toys. My son gets the same story book over and over. When we asked the cashier she said they dont have any. For how long has this been happening. My husband them went in to query why he never got his change as the cashier helped the next customer in the drive thru while assisting us. He went to the front desk and got attitude when he asked if he can get a toy instead of the book again. Staff was extremely rude and kept saying no. My husband asked why they couldnt give a toy as they had 2 display full of toys and they told us they were not willing to open the display boxes just to give us a toy. What is happening at this branch. No happy meal boxes evens. Kid is still upset as they charged us R15 this evening for a toy but told us on Saturday that they dont do toysPlease explain

Terrible service. I was standing in the drive through and waited almost 10 minutes for the lady to take my order only to tell me that I must order in store because there’s a lot of cars Infront of me and then I go I store and wait almost half an hour for a simple order

When someone @ the counter admits to a mistake from the company and apollogises and gives u something extra without the company makes a loss thats good service.

Waited outside until 7am for the drive-through to open. I had to knock on the door, only for someone inside to tell me I need to wait 15 more minutes, at that point it was already 7:06am. I couldnt wait any longer so I had to leave. Waited for nothing

Ordered a sausage Mc muffin and coffee and a hash brown. After paying and waiting a few minutes, i was told by the cashier that they had run out of hash browns and if i wanted chips instead. The kitchen needs to communicate to the front of house.

The past 3 Occassions that Ive visited them, Ive received excellent service via their drive through.Theres a Big thats prepped my order twice, who is very meticulous and doesnt miss a thing.Other Branches could learn from this individual, as in the past at other Branches, theyve constantly forgot the Kids juice, the Toy and/or fries etc.

Very clean and neat restaurant. Love that they follow covid19 regulations, its just that their services are quite slow.

Bad service. The wait in between cars to take order is very very long! Always short with food , drinks or cutlery. You have to double check your order because they mess it up. Cant take simple instructions like no garnish in the burger. Chicken burger hard as hell. Staff is so rude.

They didnt know their own specials or deals. They talked bad about their own McDs App. They gave us an incorrect order, which we initially wanted to reject and get a refund, until they decided to rather upgrade it. All in all, bad customer service...😓

After ordering a kidz meal which comes with either a toy or book, I am so disappointed that we received no toy or book. My child specifically requested the kids meal looking forward to receive either a toy or book. The packaging is even written - Get a book or toy with every Happy Meal This is misleading service.

WORST EXPERIENCE, NO COMPENSATION. My order took two hours to arrive, despite being 7 minutes down the road from the shop. Chips ice cold and half empty, mc flurry melted and the driver STILL argued with me about a tip!!!!! R129 DOWN THE DRAIN. Call center couldnt even contact the store.

Because I am rather unhappy due to the fact that I received a meal that seemed like it had overstayed. The fries were cold and hard. My bun was dry and hard. The patty worse... super dry and also I got a watermelon McFizz instead of a Passion Fruit that I ordered. On top of that my delivery came without a straws

The area is somewhat sketchy. Its in a poorer part of town and usually that brings some more desperate people in the area. However, the view from the top floor over Cape Town is really grand during the late afternoon evening when the sun starts to set. The service is average but I guess the decision is up to you. Definitely not my first choice but it works in a pinch.

Worst experience at McDonalds.... ever!!!First they had no coffee. Then, the cashier I can only assume was new, as she did not know her way around the till system. She had asked what I think was the manager for help, but she was too busy messing around on her cell phone!😡 I eventually asked her to help but she literally just scoffed at me and walked away. The only reason I didnt make a scene is because my son was with me. Im NOT Loving it

When trying to add to order at the window you must pay Ive been told to drive around a few times and order again, while certain people gets allowed to add to there order. And this make waiting period extra long. Drive through waiting time atleast 30mins

I am currently standing inline at mcdonalds Maitland, its basically month end I been standing inline 20minutes. This is ridiculous the shop is not even very busy, only one cashier and she is in the kitchen packing food. This is such poor service, this Mcdonalds always gives poor service. Please hire more staff, how do u only have one cashier. I should have placed my order by now.

Store is of average quality. The service is nothing to brag about. Was short on fizzy drinks and could not buy meals they didnt offer any alternate choices that was good.

The place is so tidy, anyone would enjoy buying a meal there. I was even pleasantly surprised to find that the security guard on duty today, was cleaning up tables that customers left in a mess after eating. Well done to him, the management should actually consider promoting him. Well done to him

The worst order received EVER.Order was placed online with special instructions.Noted that what we ordered incorrect.x2 Double Cheese Burgers was oredered & a Big Mac burger.Received was x1 cheese burger with 1 patty on it, x1 chicken burger and a big mac with 1 patty on. We have paid for Double Burgers and yet on all the burgers received it had 1 PATTY on.......I would not recommend them at all. Money wasterd.

They are the worst. They always mess up your order and the last straw for me was when i ordered a coke with my meal and was given a sprite because they ran out of coke. The sprite that they gave me tasted like someone poured sugar in it. I went back there for a refund and they wanted to offer me another meal. All I wanted was my money back. Always fast and efficient service with a smile. The only unpleasant experience is the resident hobo who indulges in drugs right out in the parking bay that keeps asking for money at each window stop.

Refused to clean a table for us before we sat... Chips was soft and light colored and now golden... Store took forever to assist us even though it was rather empty...

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds I have ordered from and been to. Once ordered a Spicy Cajun burger and got a burger without the chicken pattie. Today went there in person, was the only person in the line and had to wait 10 mins for someone to attend to me even though staff were walking up and down the counter area and just ignoring me. When I finally got served I couldnt even get a word in because the staff member was too busy screaming to one of the other staff members and kept cutting me off. Literally ignoring me and letting it be known my service is irrelevant. I left without being served and seriously disappointed. I dont know who manages this branch but they need to get there staff to show a modicum of respect and decency.Don ask me to email you my concerns. Its clearly written here and its not going to change unless you do.

Clean, friendly staff, lots of parking space you can also order food via the drive through above all you may also experience a quite environment if you would like to seat and enjoy the food.
