Awesome fries fresh and hot but the burger quality not well executed. The bun seemed like it was falling apart. Just a heads up that the cooks should make sure b4 they send out the burger. And lastly the last lady at the window so angry... its suppose to be hi how are you and please come again vibe.

Food was decent but service was horrible I had to use the self service kiosk and the worker rushed me off the kiosk to accommodate someone who arrived much later than me. Blatant favoritism to that person.

The service was excellent..the staff very friendly nd accomadated...nd I spread it here at Groote Schuur hospital to all my colleagues....Service extremely good...well done.

If there was a negative star I could give this places drive through I would have rated it negative 5 stars, this Mcdonalds doesnt live up to any Mcdonalds and what theyre supposed to deliver on. 30+ minutes in a drive through and still havent gotten to pay yet. New management is desperately needed at this outlet. There is currently 12 cars standing in the queue to the point where there is no other place for the cars to stand so they are turning away and leaving. Ridiculous really

Last time I visited I felt the service was 3 and a half stars. Im so pleased to say todays visit was a full 5 stars. The security and the lady who assisted me. Wow.. so patient..so polite and the service was quite fast. And friendly. Id give you a 6 star if I could. My Ticket number was 3400. Todays early shift..keep it up.❤❤

Question number 1: what time does Mcdonalds promenade close their drive thru? For the past 3 occasions in the past month. I have been going there between 19:45 and 20:00. And upon they are closed.

The drive through took ridiculously long. Poor delivery service. Please work on it.

McDonalds is McDonalds they sometimes dont have everything available but. They give good service and seem sincere. I sometimes have an issue with the lady taking the orders at the drive through, she struggles to make out what Im saying but I gues I can fix it at the next window

Im disgusted by their service. We ordered way ahead of time so that we could have our delivery before breaking our fast. We were told our delivery will can be expected by 18.15. My family didnt have anything to eat when it was time to break our fast.Im not sure whether these reviews are even looked. Because their service always sucks!!!! And there has been no improvement

I just got home from standing almost a hour in the line at the westgate mc Donalds paid 150 for the 2 meals I bought just to find out at home that I got the wrong order ND I paid for something I never got the worst experience EVER also the last

Got iftaar at McDonalds Mitchells plain was expecting to be late for iftaar but less than 15mins my order was done and correct! Staff was friendly and they advise we use the self-service which was easy to navigate.

Early morning only a few customers (3 ahead of me to be exact) went for breakfast but wait very long. Staff at the back standing having merry conversation total disregard for the customers waiting.

I ordered at 16h15 and Im stil waiting 2 hours 30mins later for our supper to be delivered and I literally live 10mins away

The place is very neat, and they are well aware of covid-19 protocols. The staff is very friendly they work as a team.I did enjoy my visit there and their food was great.Hope you guys will enjoy your Christmas and hope to see you soon

Everything was OK until I needed help selecting my meals from the machine... The 1 staff member started assisting and just when I really needed her help, she walks away and goes and help someone else... I struggled for nearly 15 minutes before being helped by a lady that was busy mopping the floors.

Not the first time had to quee for 30 minutes then get told no ice- cream available with no signs advising, never setting foot here again. The worst McDonalds in the world

Its okay got our food immediately they just never had the chilli cheese fries we wanted and had to settle for a smaller portion.

The person responsible for disinfecting us was incompetent because the regulation says half of the stores capacity in terms of number of people should be allowed,also as he was moving in and out of the restaurant he was removing his mask and he was allowing other clients to remove their masks while they were in the restaurant waiting for their order.......Im definitely not going there again as due to their safety incoherence it could become a COVID breeding ground

Had to wait for 5mins saying hello anyone there for abit like an idiot before anyone came on on the teleprompter. Took my order and when asked if I was done I said no hold on and they cut me off anyway, stood for 2mins thinking someone would get back on to take the rest of my order but to no avail. Had to wait to get till the payment window to continue my order, but not before getting told they cant go back to the order. Only after being sturne and making them realise Im not leaving with one meal sort did they take my full order.

Waited nearly an hour for my order. When I noticed all the customers that came after me had been served. I asked the staff about my order which for some reason hadnt gotten to the kitchen 🤔

The service was very poor.The guy helped us punch in our request but he made a mistake and this caused us to be embarrassed when we stood at the cashier to pay the Manager had to be called and she had an attitude with us.

Been here many times. They are most of the time fairly good. I cant think of a bad experience.As of writing this review, my interaction was good. The teller was friendly and helpful as she answered my questions and even gave me an recommendation.

Our order was not done well. We were first told to finish the order with the teller when we pay. When we picked up the order did not add up and it took longer to explain to a point where we left without the full order

They open 24 hours, with driver thru, good staff and fast service. Outside of Promenade Mall,is easy to see McDonalds close to A. Z Berman road in Mitchells Plain. Easy driving in from A. Z Berman road to McDonalds and easy to drive out. Fresh food, drinks, ice-cream and hot coffee and tea.

The quality of food is good but the service was not satisfactory because I waited for 15 to 20 minutes to get my food . The staff were focus on drive way than the customers that are on the counter. Other than that the food is fine. Pls make sure that wifi is working. Because it safe us time while we are waiting so that we are not panicking
