I was very happy with my dish! Beautifully plated and tasted amazing. Fresh kingklip in lemon butter on a bed of cubed potatoes. Surroundings are perfect for kids especially if youre seated outside. Lemon meringue was absolutely 💯, had a nice zingy taste of fresh lemons and meringue topping had a slight crunch with soft centre, just perfect, thanks. Service was good, glasses, dishes, cutlery properly clean (Im very observant and picky about this).

The staff are so friendly and followed the Covid19 protocols. Beautiful Cafe with an great offering of breakfast and lunch. The burgers are DEVINE!!! I would highly recommend it. So far its the best burger Ive had. Great spot to stretch your legs, grab a bite to eat and have a look at some animals

Situated in a lovely farmer’s market, this restaurant was like a hidden gem, because when I walked through the restaurant, I was greeted by the most perfect view of the beach and vineyard. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a pizza. Which I wish I had ordered. I had an Asian inspired prawn salad and also tasted a bit of my dad’s grilled fish and sister’s beer battered hake, and I must admit, they were all fairly average. And didn’t really live up to the price. But, I’ll definitely visit again, this time just for a simple pizza, because I only really will return for that view!

The restaurant is nice with a lovely play area and animals to feed but their cappuccino was not nice at all. Cold and the milk tasted funny. I told the waiter but dont think they did anything about it as a new table came, ordered cappuccinos and then also complained about it. However, the kids did have a nice time there.

Lovely outdoor setting especially for families with young children. Good pizza. friendly service. Weekends are busy and on warm days the outdoor seating fills up quickly. They dont take reservations so first come first serve. Lovely views of the ocean in the distance

We had an Irish Coffee and a dessert. Beautiful view and nice location. Kid and pet friendly. Service was ok but not great. I would recommend giving this place a try if in the area. There are a number of little shops and other places on the premises. We went on a Sunday afternoon late so most were closed but it looks like it will be worth a visit when they are open.

With the lovely outdoor area and beautiful views, this used to be one my favorite spots in the valley.Unfortunately, the size of the menu has shrunk significantly, and the food quality - which used to be consistently good - is now very inconsistent, and in the case of at least one item has declined dramatically.They used to have a selection of excellent pastas and risotto, but eliminated that section of the menu a couple years ago. Now they only have one pasta on the specials board, and it’s very hit-or-miss.The burger used to be one of my favorites, but they changed the beef product to something cheaper, with an unpleasant flavor and texture. They also changed bacon products, and their new bacon is disgusting - dry, chewy and practically inedible.The overall decline in menu and quality is very unfortunate, as I used to love going there.Also, if you try to call in a takeaway or delivery order, be prepared to shout, as their phone line is terrible and both you and person who answers can barely hear each other.

Its a very nice place for a family lunch with the kids. The manager and waitrons are very accommodating. I would like to visit again when the holidays are finished and hopefully it wont be as busy, but either way its a great place to take the kids and just enjoy the view.

Signed in with front staff so they knew we existed. We sat and were never served. No excuse, we were the only guests. When we left no one even cared.

My family and I went to Blue Water Café today to spoil their mother on Mothers Day. The kids had some fun feeding the animals next to the cafe while we waited for sesting to become available. There are quaint little shops to buy various things from and the cafés food was sooooo good. My wife and I could relax and have a good convo with our meals and drinks while the kids played on the swings and slides and had fun on the grass. I would definitely be back for more very soon.

Have spent many a weekend afternoon at BWC. Lovely place for a day out with kids, great food and soul-recharging views. Kids have a ton of things to keep buy with if one wants to sneak on that extra RikkiLouw;)

Ideal place for dinner, especially if you’ve got kids! I suggest going during a time when you can sit outside, as the outdoor space and view is amazing! A bunch of us had burgers which were amazing!

Stunning venue, excellent food and great play area. Had to ask the waiter twice for the bill but otherwise we had a lovely afternoon.

I came here for lunch, ordered fish and chips, unfortunately when the food arrived the fish was uncooked, the batter was all crispy, but the fish was raw and cold, I sent it back to the kitchen, half an hour later a new plate of fish and chips was delivered to the table, once again raw inside. I can only guess they had battered frozen fish, anyway, that was sent back to the kitchen again and I ordered a pizza instead, 1 and a half hours till I finally ate something.The lesson here, thaw your fish before you batter and cook it.No apology for the mess up iether.

The food was just amazing. The flies were annoying though but it was understandable because we were sitting outside. The service provided by the waiter was really good because he was so nice to ask if he could take my food back and bring me a new plate of food when the salt fell all over my meal as I was about to put salt on. I really appreciated that. The view is beautiful as well and the atmosphere as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love the food, the atmosphere and the view. A lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy great food. The tree-house was a massive attraction for the kids and they enjoyed climbing, eating, swinging, eating, climbing and playing some more. Staff are friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the outing.

Nice options for a breakfast or lunch if you want to get a out a little bit with kids. The restaurant has plenty of options to choose from although in my experience the quality and service can me a little unpredictable. There is an amazing play area for the little ones and great views of Noordhoek beach to Chapman’s Peak in the distance to make up for it.

It was ok. Beef burger was good and the chicken one was mediocre. Service was a bit slow. Sit down coffee was fine. Nothing was spectacular. The take away coffee is a single shot with too much milk - not great. Lastly, I spent over R700 in total, then went back to buy bread and they wouldnt take my card because it was under R20. Seems a bit petty. The saving grace was the brownie. That was dam fine!

I actually don’t know how this business operates. They DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. EVER. It’s completely impossible to reserve a table or order take-ways.

The views are excellent, the food is great and the childrens play area is amazing. They serve really good pizza with a lovely thin base.Their coffee could do better, but the cakes are very good.The downfall of this place is that service is reliably painfully slow and staff seem completely disinterested in the customers. The service is way below what one would expect from a more upmarket place which this is aiming to be.Most of the time I just get a takeaway pizza and get out of there!

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner by the fireplace last Wednesday. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The room echo’d a little bit but they’re working on fixing the acoustics. It didn’t matter though as the fireplace was warm and cozy and the food was delicious. I enjoyed a decent size, thin crusted pizza with authentic buffalo mozzarella while my better half tucked in to a huge burger. Pricing is average for the portions (which are big). Great during the day as well as the outside area overlooks the farm.

Always loved this place, however, today I had a bad experience. Their fish was amazing up until a certain point where the fish still had scales on. It wasnt cleaned properly. When I told the waiter he said ok. After paying the bill I asked to see the manager and I was told by Tende the waiter that she was at the coffee shop, when I got to the coffee shop she wasnt there. Blue water Cafe wont see me again.

Really amazing place, I come from Italy but this is the best pizza I have ever had.The place is very nice and well kept with a beutifull view of the mountains and the Ocean.This is a 5star+ restaurant.

Beautiful views, good food, exceedingly over-priced. Service is unacceptably slow and we had to get up to find our waiter. Items requested did not arrive even after asking repeatedly. Although suitable for children, parents allowed them to run wild, screaming and yelling, ruining the atmosphere. We finally gave up after desert did not arrive and left very disappointed.A business with great potential. Hire better staff and management and lower the prices!

Very disappointing “root vegetable salad”. With soggy radish slices, BOTTLED beetroot and two floppy carrots, covered with mounds and mounds of tasteless sprouts.“Mango” dressing? ... didn’t taste any....

Good wholesome food in a lovely setting. Great views of Noordhoek beach. Plenty of play area for children. Inside seating at night is cosy with a fireplace for warmth. Outside during the day there is place to sit on the stoep area and out front on the lower level near the grassed area.

Bit expensive but food is always great. You can also get tickets to the petting zoo put on your bill which is great. Also have an amazing playground for the kids
