Only problem is that its funny whenever I visit this store they never have Ice Cream. Other than that top class service. Possibly get a board saying no Ice-cream then there would be no reason to wait for nothing in the drive thru.
I enjoy McDonalds normally, but despite living in walking distance from this store I generally avoid it. Especially the drive through.Unfortunately I had to use it recently to get a meal quickly for my son. Trying to order something as simple as six chicken nuggets and nothing else was a nightmare. The drive through operators often have a limited amount of English. Admittedly I speak no African language at all, but I dont work in an environment where I am required to.I just wish that employers would put people into positions where they are required to do something as basic as speak the language the majority of the customers they will be dealing with speak competently. Six nuggets sounds nothing like four royales
Just got back from McDonald’s Capricorn- 20:20pm. ..Sunday,10th October 2021… I am appauled by their staff.. Even though it was Loadshedding… We were given the go ahead by the security guard to go through the drive through- when we got to the ordering station it was off- we then proceeded to the next window.. At the same time, when we stopped at the window, a male staff member came to the window - turned his BACK ON US- continuing to do what he did on the till … we hooted - TWICE and he JUST WALKED AWAY! Where is respect, let alone CUSTOMER SERVICE from this store…I would really like to know the reason why he walked away from customers that wanted to BUY something! (even though I am very aware that Load-shedding was happening) he could have stuck is head out and say “sorry we closed or whatever! …This frustrates me- sickening!
Not a very good experience my order took very long, i had to literally go to the till and find out. When I finally got the order it was short with 1 burger. And what happened to the Big Mac it looked small unfortunately I couldnt drive back because I was rushing off to somewhere. Otherwise I love McDonalds just this time around wasnt a good experience 😕.

Worst McDonalds, CAPRICORN, Muizenberg.Staff were extremely rude.I attempted to use the walk-in to buy an ice cream as the drive through was extremely full, @20h15, 02 October 2021, only to be told they closed for walk-inns despite allowing a gentleman in not even a minute before me. I asked to speak to the manager, there wasnt one on duty and the door was shut in my face.What time does your store close for walk-inns? And why isnt this clearly displayed on the door?This is extremely frustrating
The worst experience but its nothing new with this place. I have order 2 meals but only received meal.firstly who in their right mind will pay R82.00 for just a burger. I requested a regular meal on the new grand spicy which is R82.00 as the medium is R94.50. when my food arrived i have just received the burger.they have some nerve to tell me i just bought the burger..... and let me note that this is not the 1st bad service given by Capricorn Mc Donalds... very disappointed by this service. They made me wait outside even though the restaurant wasnt full. After about 20 mins I get in to order and the lady at the door already tells us Theres no icecream before I could put in my order on the self-help desk. So I went to KFC instead and I was helped within 5mins

Lookin at the reviews this store will be lucky to get to 2 stars.One of the staff in drive thru actually takes his mask off and eats while serving customers.MY REPLY TO THE STUPID RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER: YOUR stupid response indicates u dont see anything wrong with your employees not wearing masks when serving customers. Follow consumer rights/covid protocol thats quite simple to achieve or fire the employee. Secondly you as the owner should go for training on what is proper behavior when serving customers . McDonalds is a beginning however we have to be very careful about their name and their quality control today and my visit to one of the branches in Cape Town only Phase 2 problems and both are related to the quality control I have one Big Mac contain hair not only one it is to hairs and after I show it to the cashier they just replace it also there is another meal contain pieces of hair which is also being changes I like there process to change it fast I will work I dont like the control the cleaners on this the price is very smelly and contain smell like a chemical or something also their food are not clear at all

Ordered a mcflurry it was foam not ice cream. Wanted to order personally, staff forced us to use the self service, where we ordered the Mcflurry and Frappe. Staff came to report that they do not have the machine or cream for the frappe. We were forced to settle for the Hazelnut ice coffee as they do not return cash. There was difference that we also did not receive as the frappe was more expensive than the hazelnut ice coffee. Staff attitude stinks.

The wait was long, no communication or telling the people to park... Basically standing in queue wasting petrol and then the order was meant to be no garnish and then sauce, garnish everything removed leaving my son with a dry burger.

That is the dryest, most overcooked sauceless, quarter pounder Ive ever had the displeasure of eating. My request for extra pickles earned me a whopping three tiny slivers of pickle - thanks for that. And then to top it all off only two sachets of tomato sauce with an order for two burgers and two medium fries... did someone steal all your tomato sauce or what?

Food was as per normal, sadly we had to wait over ten minutes for our order and was harased by vagrants. Security guard arrived just as we were leaving.
I was impressed.. Only five customers inside at a time.. They provide resting place outside while you wait for your turn to go inside...i felt safe during this time of this pandemic.

As McDonalds go in Cape Town, pathetic. Waited more than 15 minutes for 2 filter coffees and a muffin. I was obliged to use the touch screen order system, even though there was no one else in the establishment at that time. I frequently use that way of ordering when a McDonalds is busy. This time, the guy at the till just didnt feel like working.
