As i was standing at the till point I could get a glimpse of the Back Of House.Wow,very neat nd presentable unlike most fast foods.Health and hygiene protocols where a norn with the BOH guys.I was impressed.Well done.Clean clean clean

What could have been done differently?Firstly your service is terrible and slow. Had to wait in an invisible line for almost 10 minutes for i dont know why.Secondly, do you always serve meals without sauce? My chips were so dry and salty and not even one sachet of tomato sauce 😪 how sad.And lastly, I know we ordered a very basic burger, but we ordered the potato bites as extra which tasted way better than that burger your served us. It was like a burger from the desert. Wow.This is not the first time I had a bad encounter with this McDonalds but I assure you, this is the last time Im coming here.

Hey this place needs to fix the speaker when making the order via drive through. You can barely hear what they are saying. This speaker has been like that since i have know this place,now i have to avoid this place because of this frustrations caused by this speaker on the drive through.

Worst McDonalds ever!!!We ordered food at McDonalds drove all the way home just to see, there was a burger missing!!!We tried to call them 6 times and couldnt get through.We drove back to McDonalds just to get attitude and told we must wait and stand in the long queue again because there were other customers there (the cashier told us that)He then called one of the ladies at the back and asked her to assist us since I said I had to drive all the way...I am disguisted in McDonalds viking and will never go there again!!!

It was bad Saturday me and my friends ordered large meals and we got regular, and then this cashier wanted to argue with us.

The cashier was unfriendly. She was not happy telling me the available flavors and prices of milkshakes. I ordered two medium milkshakes and I had to wait for my order for almost 20 minutes. After she was done serving other customers she disappeared for a minute in the back and came with nothing close to a milkshake. She just added the icecream and the flavor on top. It was not blended or anything. There was something like an ice block inside. If she does not love the job she really needs to quit.

The service is horrible. Staff dont listen well and take their sweet time taking an order as well ad when preparing it. One can literally see them dragging their feet around in the kitchen wilst making the food. Seriously need to up their game.

This place made my husband go park and wait, then FORGOT about him!He waited for 15min before having to walk in and be told they forgot about him!

Very disappointed with the service received here tonight. Placed my order at 19:07 and then the waiting game started. After a while we realized that everyone that came in after us was already receiving their orders. Asked the cashier if she could find out how long our order is still going to take. When it eventually came, it was not complete. Left at 19:50 after everything was received.

The basis for my review is 3 fold. 1 the microphone and speaker to order are so soft I had to shout my order across. 2 had to wait roughly 10 minutes for my order without at any point being told to move to grill parking and they nearly forgot parts of the order which I had to ask for. 3 they got 2 of the items that I ordered completely wrong but because of the late hour I didnt go back to complain (this relates to the speaker and microphone})On a better note the food itself that was correct was standard and exactly what I wanted so no complaints there. My issue is the service beforehand this by no means the worst McDonalds Ive been to but you have to fix a few things and Ill improve the rating.

Went from mc Donalds to McDonalds no one pics up... Their times says 8pm but I arrived at 19.15pm and it was closed no one picks up the phone but staff are inside I mean really now. So they get paid to stay until 8pm but are closed alot earlier... After all curfew is only at 9pm. This branch is very bad change the trading times people like me actually go according to the times not when who ever feels like closing it

I’ve never been treated the way I have been at this branch. I wanted to redeem from the app, the cashier told me to press redeem and then after I pressed redeem, she then told me that they don’t redeem. I asked to speak to the manager (Rose) and in the meen time the cashier continued with her work and the manager refuses come and help the customer. After calling non stop for the manager she finally arrives. We explained what had happen and you can see that this lady was not interested in what we were saying. We recommend that they put signs up indicating they do not redeem vouchers. Further more upon entering this store there was nobody dispensing hand sanitizer unlike other establishments, there we also two employees who ran in late from their lunch breaks who were not wearing masks. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!

Not up to McDonalds standards.Im very dissatisfied with my service at this McDonalds. The service was extremely slow, I had to wait 15 minutes for my Big Mac meal while the restaurant was almost empty. I have no idea what the staff were up to.The restaurant is spacious though, just a petty it operates slower than it should. They still have one of those ketchup dispensers which is great.The food was okay, the fries were great as well as the cool drink. The burger was okay, but didnt taste like they should and was very sloppy. The whole thing was falling apart.Not one of my favourite McDonalds restaurants and I wont be recommending it to anyone anytime soon.

Terrible, they always get my order wrong and when you tell them to confirm it and you think good they wont get it wrong. Jeez, collect your food and open up and there will definitely be something wrong. Missing Spicy sauce or wrong meal. Spoke to manager yet seems like nothing has been done. I visit this restuarant often with my son, However theres no play pen he can make use of. Food is good. Customer service is okay.

Why is there no staff training when is comes to customer service and friendliness. The lady taking and giving me the order would score 1out of 10 (10 being excellent). No eye contact, no greeting, my order was barked at me 3 times while standing right in front of her, I really didnt feel they wanted my buisness or my money (take it or leave it attatude)....something I think MC Ds can work on, or maybe they dont care?

The worst customer service I have ever experienced by any McDonalds!! Extremely disappointed. The restaurant was out of softdrinks and even said they no longer offer Mcfeast spicy! Would give no stars if i could. Worse service ever. The cashier pulls her face when you request a book instead of a toy with the happy meals. And the cashier on duty helps one customer at a time. The next customer must wait till she is finish packing the previous customs food. Why is there so much staff on duty if no one helps. The staff should all go on training as the defiantly do not know how to treat customers. They cant even great.

Food is terrible here. Its not going to solve the issue by just having a manager call to replace the food. Bought here again after my original complaint (didnt pick up replacement food) just for the food to be terrible again. Didnt bother reporting it again

Ordered a grand chicken burger for half price on the app but it rang up as full price. Told the cashier. Waited so long for her to call the manager. Ordered a happy meal and i asked for the toy. Only to be asked if i didnt get it yet. To which i replied no. I then had to ask the girl 3 times. She said I must come inside. Went inside asked again for the toy. And a refund of the burger as i wanst prepared to paid R45 just for a burger. Waited another 10minutes to be helped. Service was slow and sucked big time

Manager very friendly and offered amazing service; she even opened the door and cleared out table;by far the best McDonalds employee I have ever come across. Very clean; but lady taking orders treat customers very bad. She had to hand out orders but would leave while customers were halfway through placing their orders to hand out orders. She passed ice cream cones; without the use of gloves as well; which I find horrible.

The service is slow and they got my order wrong and that after I had to repeat it 3 times. Burger was good, but the chips was of bad quality.

Great service. We needed to buy meals for 20 and hadn’t called ahead of time. The meals were ready in 15 minutes and they even helped us to the car with our meals. There is also a drive through but I don’t think it makes sense to use a drive through for 20 meals.

Stood 35 minutes at the drive thru. No communication from manager or staff. Bad customer service all round.

Food standard as with any McDonalds however queue is slowest I experienced with any in the franchise.

Drive through Staff member was not interactive with costumers... When one of the card machines failed to approve all of our cards she had nothing to say other that its not there fault and its our cards that are acting up... This means that every costumer who came to the drive through after us was most likely denied the food they came to buy and they had no alternative solition like allowing use to enter to pay by the counters instead

I didnt like the service I got from the staff and sometimes out of stock of essential items like juice boxes for the kids or a certain flavor milkshake.
