This Nandos is really Bad and it down to a lack of management. They have just revamped the store, and for one or two weeks after, the food coming out was perfect Nandos that we love. After that is just been downhill. I Love the Boujee Bowl, and now you get uncooked halloumi, Hard rice, No sauce on the Chicken. This is the 4th one i have bought like this. The taste difference from one properly made is chalk and cheese.

This is the second time I’ve bought from this nandos and it’s SO DISAPPOINTING! Considering the fact that the area is still considered newly developed, you’d think they’d be a good fast food place. Don’t waste your time and money!

It was terrible, Nandos staff occupied most of the seating area (1 staff member per 4 seater table , no place for any customers. We had to waite for them to get up they were still sitting chatting to one another after having their meal. Food was cold chips old and hard. Will definitely not go there again.

It was my 1st time ordering something from Nandos Sandown as we just moved to that neighborhood and I couldnt believe the meat I received via uber eat. Flame burnt side breast! Worse it was very late in the day. I ended up going to bed on an empty stomach!

I went there just now to buy pap, spinach and a quarter leg. They served me with a dry burnt spinach, its bad I cant eat it 😫.It would have been better to inform me its burnt so I can opt for something else.Poor customer service!

Newly Renovated, Fresh new look. Was happy with the quality and portion, of the meal i ordered.

I ordered a whole chicken from Nando’s in Parklands and my family got burned chicken, super dry and obviously overcooked. I normally receive good food from this branch but this makes me want a refund. Please don’t dare give your customers burnt food thinking it’s a takeaway we won’t complain or come back.

I used to love this place when it first opened but over the past year or 2 the quality has gone down the drain. I decided to try something new tonight - the original boujee bowl veggie, with rice, corn, halloumi, peppers and spinach. Barely 1/2 bowl of rice, 2.5 pieces of halloumi and some corn. Unfortunately I dont seem to be able to post a picture on here so its hard to prove it. Needless to say I shant be wasting my money there ever again.

Not sure if this place is under new management but recently service has been horrible. Just waited 20 minutes in the chill bay for a milkshake. No food. The staff seem like they are all on high dosages of Xanax, kak relaxed while their only 3 customers wait in a chill bay

This Nandos has most definitely stepped it up big time. This was my first visit and from the staff to the food and decor. Everything was on point and excellent! The bathrooms are clean, staff are extremely friendly, all the items we ordered were fresh and of the highest quality. I really dont mind paying almost double what I would for a meal at KFC. With healthy food choices on offer and having it be such a pleasure to sit and eat at the restaurant, cheat meals can now be healthy too! Thank you Nandos. Keep it up

Service can be improved. We ordered Garlic rolls and they were burnt as usually even though we specifically asked that they shouldnt burn them because they always do.

The manager at this Nandos is amazing! He really goes the extra mile. I paid for an incorrect item and only realised it after I moved to the next window with a long line of cars behind me, but he sorted it all out with no hassle. I like the convenience of the drive through, and the food is the great Nandos quality youd expect.

Was SO busy, but the service was surprisingly quick and food was fresh and delicious.

What a beautiful experience, I walked 1000 miles to get to the restaurant, then once I finally arrived I was greeted with a bottle of water and freshly cooked chicken. It only costed me one organ, but was 100% worth the effort.

I ordered from Nando’s using the Uber app. The Uber driver has been waiting almost a full hour to get our order and there is no end in sight. This branch really struggles to get the orders out in time, I have even had my livers still raw and cold in the middle. I feel that in recent months the only good thing coming from Nando’s is the ads.

I went there last sunday with this covid noone was assigned to guide people on where to seat or stand.we were only guided by workers who were on lunch eating telling us to wait for a desk

Incorrect order and uncooked chicken at Nando Sandown retain crossing.Make sure your order is correct, if you dont and call to complain afterwards, you are simply told, sorry but next time you must bring your order back so that they can rectify???. Really???. Bye Bye Nandos you will never see me again. Shocking food and now it goes hand in hand as well with their customer feedback service.I had a complaint once at KFC , they immediately offered a replacement meal and apologised profusely. Thanks KFC, you have a customer for life.

Love the 1/4 chicken special. Good meal for under R50. Love that you do not have to take chips, keeping it healthy. Not a fan of their rolls but I daydream about their spicy rice. Makes amazing fried rice the next day as well!

Love Nandos and I love their jokes but this branch just takes it too far...First time - the most thing fillet ever on a chicken burger that costs almost R50 after waiting nearly half an hour in quiet store.Thats just not funny...Second time we ordered 1 and a half chicken. Had to drive back for the half that was not packed and deserts we ordered (cheese cake, peppermint tart and choc pud) seemed to have been taken straight out of a freezer.

No one knows what’s going on and no social distancing at all07/03 - another visit and this store has lost touch with reality. Waited more then 40 minutes in drive thu... then still to get the order wrong when order was clearly for the Casa pap hot pot - to find rice !!!

Friday evening dinner disaster. Ordered the chicken and 2 sides meal. Chicken was clearly forgotten and turned late on the grill. Deep chargrilled lines evident of over cooking Overcharred and had a burnt fire bad smokey taste and smell. Totally not what Im used to at the branch. This picture of left over thigh piece is still decent the wings were the worst. We ate what we could and threw the bad smoked burnt left over pieces on our plates away.

Small portions, no music playing, staff shouting at each other in kitchen...

Never again. This place is horrible! Bad service with a manager with an attitude.

When ordering chicken I expect it to be served in a polystyrene container and not a paper bag, since it was a take away. Very inconvenient indeed.

Went to Nandos Sundown Drive Thru on 24 October 2020 just after 21h00. The queue was extremely slow. We even had to help kickstart a car in front of us, because the driver had switched the engine off but left the lights on. After this intervention, the queue had still not moved even a bit. After a long wait, I got to buy full chicken with 4 sides. Eventually, when I got to the collection window, I was informed that one of the sides I bought wasnt available. It was strange that the cashier did not have this information. I had to choose another side, and thereafter waited for almost 8 minutes before it came. All this time, I was waiting at the window, holding up the queue behind me since I wasnt told to move to the waiting parking bay. I wondered if the queue wasnt caused by this inefficiency, if most customers had to change the sides at the collection point.

My partner had the chicken fillet burger it was rather small. I had the 1/2 chicken hot periperi. Skin was not crisp but rather soft and fatty.

Far best Nandos of all the Nandos I have visited.

Food is great, but the service needs some work. The cashier was always preoccupied with other workers, having arguments etc. I had to ask her to please help me pay. Also the sanitizer station was a joke. Customers are to take their own temperature and touch the thermometer themselves recording nothing .

This used to be one of my favourite restaurants not only because of close proximity to my house but the quality of food was good. The service however deteriorated.Below are what shouldve been garlic rolls but instead I got 2 burnt stale rocks. Highly disappointed cause this isnt the first time.

Had to wait half an hour after going through their drive thru. The livers tasted really old, chips were below the Nando standard and as you can see the portions were more like starters. Very disappointing. When it was pointed to the staff that we had been waiting for half an hour in the Chill Bay...they just started laughing... this chicken place is plucked.....

Nandos staff did not advise that they did not have chicken. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked about delay as they advised the wait would be 15 minutes. No apologies or announcement from manager either. Lots of bad tempered people in drive through and in restaurant. Will not support again

Terrible and pathetic after re opening. I placed an order at 7h25pm only got it at 8h30pm after I had complained and made scene. ORDER MANAGEMENT IS DISMAL. Dont know what changed, it seems its under new management not.

Just a normal Nandos drive through, nothing extraordinary. Ordered a full chicken and four Nandos sides for sharing, and the order was completed fast. The staff was friendly and very helpful in deciding what to order for 4 people sharing a meal. If you are looking for a Nandos around Parklands/Table View / Sunningdale/ and Blouberg area, Id recommend them.

Get there early during lockdown. They tend to close up the drive through around 18:30.

Very disappointed with you guys, Been getting food from you since you opened. You used to have great service but this last year its gone right down hill. The last few time Ive ordered with you the food has just been plain bad.My last order I ordered a burger and chips combo and a few other things to take away. When I got home there were about 4 shriveled chips, the chicken patty was just under half the size of the roll, maybe smaller, tasted like there was no sauce either.And similar situations through the year.Maybe its the drive through, I dont know, but You used to be so good.Do better guys. I got a call a few day later from someone at complaints, I guess, who told me to go through to the branch and get a free meal.She told me she would give them my name and details and I should just go through anytime. I did this a few days later but no one new what I was talking about, They had to call the manager, who said he was not informed of anything about me and that I should prove this, which was hard to do as we spoke on the phone, Then he asked for the slip, which I did not have, but this was all addressed in the phone call, all I was supposed to do was show up, give my name. Was about to walk out as this was unacceptable, which I told him then he said he would phone head office, which he should have done right in the beginning. Anyway he came back a bit later and told me that the woman who I spoke to actually forgot to phone them, So thats great.Food was fine though, though cant guarantee it as I dont thing every meal will be made by the manager.
