We ordered ribs and a cheddamelt steak. I have got to say: these were some of the best ribs I have had in a long long time and certainly the best ribs I have ever had at any spur. Five gold stars from me. The service was also outstanding . Thank you

Visited the Spur tonight hoping to end off an awesome West coast break.What a shocking experience, in the throngs of a Pandemic which has our country on its knees.Phillip an operator, was observed with his mask dropped to his neck, in the food prep area. He then proceeded to yawn without covering his mouth, still standing in the prep area with take away orders, waiting to be boxed.As a patron waiting for my food this unsettled me, as I am expected to adhere to Covid-related protocols, upon entry.When I voiced my dismay to the manager, who then adressed Phillip, he, Phillip, arrogantly told the manager within full view and earshot of myself, I must go fly a kite.I pity the folks who had for their supper tonight the food thay Phillip yawned over.Arrogance just as ignorance has no place in a pandemic that has cost our country so much.

Wow, thanks for great service and food. Anita, our waitress, was attentive, friendly and efficient. Two managers visited our table during the course of the meal, to ensure all was in order. Food was well prepared, arrived exactly as per our order and was well presented. We enjoyed the outdoor smoking area. Will visit again when doing our groceries at the mall. Thanks Spur.

Ordered the pork spare ribs and chicken schnitzel take away. Chicken was good but the spare ribs were undercooked and dry, terrible. Over R200.00 for a 600gram rib and what a disappointment. Never again.

Visited the San Luis Spur twice during my visit to Langebaan. On both occasions the food was excellent, staff were friendly and prompt with their service. Looking forward to my next visit when in Langebaan again.

Staff was extremely rude and dismissive. Dropped plates on the table and ran away. Never even greeted. Milkshakes were watered down like juice. Waiter ignored us. Food was good but service was horrible. Wont be going back until there is some sort of improvement.

Spur Langebaan needs some attention. My buffalo wings were bland and dry, while my husbands ribs were overcooked. While the chips tasted burnt, the onion rings were worse. The service was less than friendly. The lady who ended up helping us was fine, but our actual waitress made us feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when she eventually came near our table. I feel as though I wasted money on food that was below Spurs usual quality and will not likely be back. Its a shame as my husband is a big meat eater and typically enjoys going to Spur.

I had the best Cheddar Melt steak on a hot plate ever from any spur Ive ever been to. This spur serves food to the quality expected and gets your order perfectly. The team follows up if you are happy and the manager is really friendly too. Big plus is that they still open during load shedding.

Please do what you promise.We were 4 people that went for breakfast this morning. We arrived at 09H55 and at 10H00 our order was placed with the waiter. Our coffee was quick and good. They put the toasties on the table at 10H35 and by 10H40 i asked the manager where our breakfast is. It came 10 minutes later. The eggs were all hard and cold. We asked for medium eggs.I also asked the manager to keep the door going to the smoking area close because we are non smokers and you can smell the smoke all the time. He closed it and 3 minutes later it was standing open again until we left at 11H10.They will never see our family again.

This was an excellent experience. The food was fantastic, fresh and clean. The restaurant is clean and above standard. The staff is well trained. Everything was perfect. Our waiter Arnold was excellent he is an asset to this Spur. He knew the menu, made excellent suggestions, delivered our food with a huge smile. His after delivery service was also outstanding. 10/10 for this Spur and their staff. Thank you!

Easily the worst spur Ive ever been to. OILY food, both me and the table next to me had to ask for a different plate as the food had been drenched. The onion rings which were ordered didnt come until the food had been icey cold. Eggs were harder than rocks. Kitchen staff yelling amongst one another. Absolutely pathetic. Will never return.

Always nice to visit San Luis Spur..Personnel friendly...Food delicious...and the Manager Dave are an excellent Manager...talking to all Clients...walking through the Restaurant regularly...and are always there for his Clients.

Service was okay but food was not that good.Ordered a 300g medium rare steak and it came rare, I had to first kill the cow before eating it. Chips were stale and onion rings were drenched in oil. We ordered 3 steaks and all of them were bad quality. Atmosphere could be better very noisy and staff needs to be trained.

We just finish having lunch. Im giving the 5 stars to our waiter, Arnold. What brilliant, outstanding service he gives, makes us definately want to visit again when on holiday. He gives advice when asked, and is spot on as he is aware of whats happening on the menu. The food was excellent, portions was big enough as we all left with doggie bags. The rest of the staff also helps remove things from clogged up tables, and is very friendly as well. On the whole a beautiful experience and will definately, God Sparing be back again. Lastly Arnold, with your approach to the job at hand, you are going places and we wish you all the best.

Very slow service and messed up a simple order of 4 burgers.

I know its only been open less than a week but I can only score what was given. Burgers took at least 45 minutes to arrive and were luke warm. Very stingy with the fries and onion rings portions. The ribs had no flame grill char and were not sticky as they should be. By far the worst meal I have had at a Spur.

Salad was full of sand. Almost no avo. Food took very long. Even the dessert was a desaster.
