Enjoyed the a quick Trailblazer and chicken livers breakfast. Food was warm fresh and tasty. The restaurant staff was efficient and friendly. Molly was our waiter.

Burgers always good and takeaways fast. They might just want to work on the staff at the front, as they tend to be rather short and rude with each other in front of people. I have had it three times now and while it doesnt take away from the food and the efficient service, its a bit disappointing to see.

Service is not what you expect and really R24.90 for a cup of coffee 😧Finally got the coffee and its in a mug 😀 and its cheaper the in a tea cup @ R21.90......lekker man

Food was good but felt like they didnt follow the entertainer app properly and my have over charged me... Ive been using the app for many years and never have entertainer given less then 50% discount and on my side the app said they gave me R96 off meaning I only needed to pay R50-+. But yeah wont be doing that again

Fast and friendly service. They have a smokers dining area. Food was what you would expect from Spur.

Just a breakfast, but the top up with coffee. Only negative is that we couldnt have chicken livers as a top up, but was too hungry to argue. Food was good - eggs just right - soft yolk and firm whites ( not snotty like a lot of places do). Staff attentive and friendly. Good social distancing. Toilet facilities were immaculately clean, in fact entire shop was immaculately clean. Great spot and close to local vet and lots of other shops in the Soneike centre obviously. Will definitely be back.

Very nice, I had a reunion with my girlfriends and we stayed for 5 hours catching up. Definitely recommend and ofcourse the food is good 👍

Staff r friendly play area is great. Just didnt like the food being cold not even a minute after it arrived at the table. Made me wonder when it was prepared.

Unusually for spur the food was bland but worst of all our waiter was terrible, we made a reservation but were told that our table was not available when we got there. Then when we left we were told our table was available all the while. The waiter was unfriendly and didnt even greet us. The manager on duty on sunday was informed of our experience. Doubt well be back.

Friendly service and great food. The cheesy prawn starter was fantastic, the nachos were delicious and the rib and barbeque chicken wings were amazing as well.

The store and play area is good. Waiters not so good, we had concerns with cold food and order incorrectly taken and distributed and sides not as we asked. So cold food and long waiting was our experience, luckily there is a big enuf play area for the kids 2 keep them entertained.

Revisited this Spur again after a very long time. Spur is normally the place of choice for mom and dad to have a breakfast purely because of the play areas that can keep the little ones entertained. Our waiter was good getting all the requests sorted and the order correct. We did receive our food though without cutlery, but this was quickly corrected. Our son loved the new play area, which is a massive improvement from the previous one. Overall a good experience with clean bathrooms. Will revisit for the play area.

Ordered via uber never recived full order ,and ice cold will never order from here again .Then manager got involved ,promised to re deliver to correct error ,guess what it again did not happen so this spur might be good as a sit down restuarant but definately not a takeaway restaurant.

We, had a terrible experience at Spur Soneike on Sunday 29 Aug. Our order was wrong and we were charged R159. 99 for the 400grm Ribs, which is advertised for R119. They will never see me again...

We have now tried 3 times after the strict lock down was lifted, and I am very disappointed. It truly looks like they have dropped the ball. For example we waited 15min for the menues, then our order was taken down and gotten wrong 3 times. We waited 45min just for the drinks, and that still was wrong again. After another 15min our food arrived, that was also wrong. No guys please step up your service and please stop using chipped crockery.

Tonight before 19:00 I ordered a Texan Chilli fried burger ( I absolutely LOVE the sweet chilli mayo that it is served with ! )without garnish ( sadly I am allergic to lettuce and tomato) at Iwoa Spur .... which I did not get .... Unfortunately they gave me a plain crumbed chicken burger with garnish .....I am very disappointed to have ended up with a burger bun and a dry chicken patty .... this is the very first time it happened to me at this Spur .... 😞

Possibly the best play area for the kids. Ideal for parent as they always have a staff member attending the play area. Highly recommended.

Like any other Spur, this one is no different where service standards are inconsistent. The one day its great, and another time its sub standard. My last experience service was slow even though the place was not full or very busy. Food took quite some time that a manager had to go and find out why. This branch does have a generator so would be an option if your lazy to cook when its load shedding.

Just ordered through Mr Delivery. When opening the boxes, the chicken burger did not have the top bun.😔 Food was also cold and definitly did not get cold from the trip from Spur to my house. On a positive note...food tasteful and portions adequate.

I have ingnored this store for 5 years due to poor quality. On Friday I decided to give them a go, big mistake. Chips and buns were dried out, along with the worst patty ever, over cooked with basically no basting. While instoor collecting, another client entered and was just as disgusted with the quality of her meal. I will not support them again. Even after previous complaints to head office nothing has changed.

Usually Im impressed by the service I get at Spur, but we waited a whole 20 min after taking our seats just for us to place the order and it took another while for the food to come which is understandable, however a breakfast really shouldnt take that long. My boyfriend took me for breakfast on the morning of my birthday, needless to say we has a whole lot to do after that. We werent happy with the long wait.

Waiter disappeared....flies all around. Go somewhere else..After that episode...this spur has greatly improved.Had breakfast now and service was excellent all round.

Service is average, food is average and the atmosohere is horrible as your only view is the electricity station. There is also no bathroom facility available. More than enough parking. Would recommend driving to Glen Garry instead.

Busy Spur but very efficient service and great food.

WARM, in December with NO aircon, kids must wear masks in that sauna playroom but you can hardly breathe in there! The Spur itself is also VERY warm inside!!!

So I ordered two combos and specifically said I wanted vegetables. I get home only to find chips. So I call Spur for them to fix it. I dont eat chips at all. The solution from Spur is next time I got there they will give me a top up , but that doesnt solve the problem that I did not get what I ordered. So frustrating! Really dissappointed. The worse part is the number on the slip doesnt even work!

Service was great but the R80 special Ribs were off

First our totally no seasoning starter came with a green plastic string on, then when Ribs arrived, very dry. Manager was good though offered to redeem spur and offered steak as a take away.Definitely will not be back at Soneike spur again.

Been to almost all branches in the Western Cape.Definitely the BEST prepared (tasting) meal out of all of them.

The absolute worst service. Took my toddler there and requested a table near the play area, the host left us sitting for 15min while he went to find a table. I eventually went to find him and his response was I told you im busy, ill come fetch you when Im done The staff are rude and have no way of speaking to people!!! Ill never be back!
