Always a pleasure having a sit down or takeaway at this Macdonalds. Their staff are extremely helpful, especially with the new self service stations and quite knowledgeable.The food tastes amazing every time.

I ordered McDonalds for my kids via scoot app and when they delivered my order was wrong, instead of chicken burger with no garnish weve received cheese burger and my son was in tears! The driver told me to contact store and I went till there instead of phoning. I must say the lady Lorian (Not sure if I have her name correct) Beautiful eyes and a boys cut was so friendly and the way she assisted me, I forgot I was angry! Her assistance was so amazing! These guys have worked on their quality and cleanliness. I like the change. Ive been here a few times now, and the change is notable. Well done on going the extra mile. You get the orders right, your foodd is clean and well prepared. Your food does not spand over the whole box that looks like its been slam-dunked in the box from a distance. Ill return.

It absolutely depends on who you have on the day. Some staff members are awesome and we have no trouble at all. I her times we are e not as lucky

I bought a large 2 cheeseburger meal. My burgers was ok but my fries had no salt on, my fizzy drink had no gas in, tasted like syrup. Really disappointed in that. It just reminded me not to buy there again.

The picture on the menu and what I got was ridiculous and I paid over R50 for this meal if I had known I might as well have just take a burger. I mean this so ridiculous I know the ad wont look exactly the same but look at this and tell me if I should be satisfied. I couldnt return it as I was at work already when I opened it.

Orders are often wrong. Also been sitting in the drive through for 15 min and the queue hasnt moved. We havent even ordered yet. Its like the staff cant be bothered to park cars for orders which take longer and everyone must wait.

Poor service, didnt get everything we ordered through the drive thru (this is not the first time this has happened)

They never get my orders right. Every week I have to check my order and give it back for them to rectify it. A simple kiddies burger meal, no pickles, no onion, no cheese. Then I end up saying- the hamburger and buns with a bit of ketchup only. And that they still get it wrong. It is frustrating honestly. More than once they asked me to park to bring my order, and that too is wrong..... I rest my case.

I ordered a large McFeast meal with ice in my coke on Uber Eats.I got half a box of fries,No garnish on my burger,No ice in the coke.

They gave me the wrong order. My chilli cheese fries came with a spoon like honestly 😂 I am I suppose to dig them up. Gave me a small Big mac burger instead of a large one I ordered wasnt even chilli on top of that.

Got to say really neat and clean, the staff really friendly.My order was quickly placed and quickly given to me to top it off food was fresh. The only down fall walking in the store I felt very claustrophobic with how the store was laid out.

Sorry to say that I cannot rate this place as I waited 15 + minutes for them to open at 7hoo. And them come 7hoo the security said it opens at 7.30 during my wait 4 potential customers also made a u-turn and left. I chose to wait for the open time 7hoo but when 7hoo came. Everything was still closed. I am very dissapointed.

Food was as expected, service was mediocre and waiting times were absurd. Might have been an off day there, but there ia definately room for improvement if they want to conpete with the other franchises.

So I ordered ice coffee and got something that resembled ice cold mud water, utterly bland, bitter a bit disgusting. After my small Karen moment - mind you I was very polite - I opted for my money back instead of having my hazel nut ice coffee replaced. Judging by the weirdass looks and incoherent frustrated mumblings, I was deathly afraid they might spit in it. Anyways I got my momey back super quickly and was on my merry way. Side note, we have been lunching there for a while now and this was the first time where the branchs services completely sucked. But were all human I guess..

No one at the order counter in case you not sure how to use the self service touch screen provided, no apologies for inconveniences, not a shred of smile by anyone, our meals looked like it was thrown on the rolls, order a sit down but was dealt as a take away. The service was completely unsatisfactory and unorganized!!

Worst service. Worst McDonalds. Will not buy there again. Stood and waited while they corrected an order and watched as a customer walked out after not being noticed or served for 10 mins. Manager showed no interest and no apologies given. Big changes required at this place. Not being run like a McDonalds at all.

Its always nice and the service at Mcdeedz Bellville is on top. Except for their drinks its always as in always warm. I would recommend that they put they drinks in the freeze.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid, please I beg you, avoid at ALL cost! I switched my car off three times in the drive through to save feul. You will do yourself a massive favour.

This place has stepped up their game. Of late I havent made any of the usual mistakes like eating cheese off a burger as a sauce for burgers except not charging for a meal.

If I could give zero stars I would, their customer service is pathetic and they always get my orders wrong, they could really learn from Tygervalleys McDonalds as well as Brackenfells McDonalds. this is really the worst McDonalds I have ever came in contact with. I ordered a meal from them right now and the Uber driver said the lady was very rude to him and refused to give a sauce I ordered. I would advise people to drive a bit further to the next Mcdonalds to avoid disappointment!!!

The service was ok the last 2 times, but I will only consider changing my review when the staff actually start remembering to put the dipping sauce for thee chicken nuggets in the bag.It shows the sauce on the screen...is it really THAT difficult to remember it when you double check whats in the bag?! I understand once...but every single time? Its fast food, why make it a slow progress by expecting me to triple check everything for you guys?
