This has to be the cleanest MacDonald Ive been to. The staff is also very friendly.

Its opening time. But they dont know what time they would be taking customers. We will open any time from now to 7:30... Must i wait? Could it be 5 minutes 10 minutes?? Or drive to N1 City, which would be much faster.

Big mistake giving another Mcdonald a change. Front door had hand written note saying closed. When I asked employee cleaning outside he say no we are open. Stood in front for another customer who eventually left as we were egnored while drive thru was served. Charge for tall cappacino but received short. What ever

Open times are 7am but you cant really order anything even at 7:30 unless you are using the drive through. The staff actually turns you away and expects you to walk through the drive through in the rain. So you watch them serve others and take their food out to them in their cars but because youre on foot you cannot purchase anything. This is really appalling and I have not experienced this at any other branch. Wont be trying again.

No aircon? It was way to hot inside. Had to wait outside for my order.

This McDonald’s is the worst, you have to park for your most of the time. They don’t keep veggie burgers ready, because they don’t sell it that often, I mean make one just in case? I’m sure their serving time looks awesome!

OK store, several people were waiting to be helped/served and eventually another till opened.Saw the special rewards competition /offer and had to go back to the cashier to ask for the rewards card.My youngest took the happy meal with nuggets, to her it looked more like kfc pops and tasted like that and not the normal nuggets you get. Or possibly Mcdonalds had changed theirs.Sadly they had no cappuccino available.Lots of parking, large store, mens toilets needed some cleaning.

Ordered 2 garlic mayo foldovers and I got one correct and one with spicy and it was for my kids they couldnt eat it and had to throw it away, Im never buying at Macdonalds in parrow outside the mall and worse part when you call they dont pick the fone😠

Who is responsible for checking the orders for Mr Delivery in your store, cause they need to be retrained. This is the third time we have received a delivery where items are missing, however in this case it is an entire meal! How do you miss that??????? And guess what no one is answer the store phone....go figure. Extremely disappointed! The service leaves a lot to be desired. What a waste of everyones time!

I bought 4 big max meals but when I got home they gave me only 3 big maxs meals

Waited a little too long for being the only person there. Also, I bought an orange juice that I took back because it was either watered down or the juice froze and then they poured it into the cup because it was watery and pale. When I got a replacement u could see a big difference in colour and the taste was way better.

12 March 2021 @ 19:38 i ordered a kiddies meal, 3 regular milkshakes 2 strawberry and 1 chocolate and a salted caramel iced coffee i was billed R41.50 + R17 (apple juice ) was given 3 strawberry milkshakes at which was billed R28 for 2 and R17 for 1 the staff was not very friendly this all happened through the drive thru im not happy and will never buy there again on a prior occasion a bought 2 kiddies meals and was just told there are no toys after paying for the purchase if i do not get a response iam taking this to social media i have a copy of the receipt and also a photo

The bin where the trays are amptied always overflowing and saturday a filthy wet cloth lying on floor.The toilet the one day no paper.That whole shop is non compliant with the Covid regulations. Food is great some of the best i have had but service has a lot to improve on staff is slow and has a never minded attitude towards customers. My wife had a complaint in the week called it in but no answer on there phones, left a message but no one got back to her.

The most disappointing McD experience ever! Ordered two quarter pounder deluxe with cold drink and milkshake - the chips were Old and ice cold - so sad!!! The burgers were not fresh, in fact Im having a hard time keeping it down, come on McD this was terrible, its like the fries were already made at 16h00 even though we only drove through at 18h30.am sooooo disappointed - Why? McD in Panorama is worth the drive, will never go back to Parow ever! //!! //

You get there early morning and they only open at 8h00 on Sundays. You need to stop advertising early hours if there is nobody to help you. Had the same problem on a previous Saturday. Not stopping there anymore.
