Love the food but service is just way too slow. Paradoxically the service has been getting slower the more popular the store has become. Was there on Friday 30 min after I had phoned my order through and still waited another 45 min. Please can you fix it...

They were too slow for my liking, made a phone order, when I got there on the time they told me to come pick up, they were still not ready had to wait for 20 more minutes.

I ordered around 11.45am today at Cape Gate Branch via Mr D. I received a totally burnt Garlic Cheese roll! Totally unacceptable! Where is the quality control? It was totally inedible. The chicken was acceptable though but my meal was totally incomplete and ruined by the burnt roll :(Update following my complaint: Thanks to Patience at Cape Gate Nandos for resolving my issue

Absolutely ridiculous. Quality & quality is shocking.

Drive Thru, a little limited space to drive. The speaker you talk to the staff of Nandos it seems you need to scream that they can hear you. The good thing is they gave us extra sous on the chicken when we asked them to do it. And we got to the last window and we didnt wait long to get our food. Food was nice and we enjoyed it, staff is friend and helpfull.

Excellent food great service I must inform that the management that it was my best experience ever the Milnerton branch is terrible I had bad experience with that branch on three occasions and no correction to the problem, Nandos Cape Gate excellent service and friendly staff and food 👍✅the bestest for sure .. No greeting at the collection area of the drive through waited so long and when the server came to the window, there was no greeting. I wont be back. Love Nandos but not the treatment.

Nandos has an efficient covid-19 sanitation procedure in place. This was actually the first time in months that I decided to dine in a restaurant. The were only a few patrons so tables on either side of me were unoccupied in terms of social distancing.My starter of chicken livers was as usual delicious and my lemon and herb quarter chicken was tasty. A reasonably priced and super tasty meal. Why not!

I was waiting at the order station no greeting after about 9 min i went to the window to get the answer i never greeted her , is this not the staffs job to great and ask how can i help or state sorry give me a min then i will know to wait but it ended up to be my fault for not greeting a box and ask him to take my order please without knowing that shes actually at the boxNever experienced any problems with nandos but lately its constant problems at any outlet that I go these days the quality of nandos customer service is no longer what it used to be I enjoy nandos I will always enjoy nandos but they gonna have to make changes in the customer services

Staff not very friendly and helpful. Waited 15 minutes before anyone attended to me. The Prego Chickenburger was very disappointing.

Im usually pretty happy with Nandos, but this evening I took the drive-thru at Cape Gate and there was only 3 cars so thought it would be pretty quick, I was probably in the queue for a good 30-40 mins because the car in front of me order took forever. When they finally got their order and moved on I drove up to the window and mine was immediately handed to me, so I presumed had had been standing there ready for a while so I checked the order and everything was cold as it had obviously been standing a while. I told them Im not happy with cold food and asked them to warm it up. Another 10 mins later and they handed me my food checked some of the food items and seemed okay, only to get home to realize they had nuked the burgers in the microwave (including the roll, lettuce & tomato) so the roll, tomato & lettuce was soggy. I found this unacceptable as they could have reheated the chicken on the grill for a min or two and put it on the same bun instead of heating it all in the microwave bun and all. I also ordered a portion of chicken wings and unfortunately they didnt bother warming this up at all so this was still completely cold. All in all I found this completely unacceptable, the long wait in the drive-thru only to be handed cold food as if the wait wasnt bad enough and then the sloppy way they warmed up the food. Not a great experience so I will certainly reconsider using this branch or their drive-thru in the future.

Chicken is great but my dad is vegetarian and ordered the veg bougie bowl. Got the additional chicken with it. He wasnt impressed. Would definitely have given 4stars otherwise

I love the flavours of Nandos menu. The Durbanville Nandos is well positioned within a secure parking area,amongst other retailers such as Spar,yet separate, with a layout which is special in that it leans to a comfortable atmosphere for all, which is Infront of the modern and attractive open-plan style kitchen. I have visited them a handful of times and have enjoyed every visit. Worth a visit to♨️👌

Very long wait, very disorganized, if you order ahead and want to pay inside, they first make you wait for at least 5 to 8 mins. All attention goes to drive thru customers. 30 mins plus wait.

You always wait for a long time on their drive Through, the other day I waited for corn for more than 30 minutes, and no one told me before making the order that I can expect to wait such a long time.

Not a good experience drive through not worth the wait, might as well park and order either take away or sit down. Staff friendly, however I had to ask for hand sanitizer. First time for everything, I must be honest! First time I had a bad. Meal. Chicken pita with pineapple also confirmed back to me. But got no pineapple.The chicken was so dry it was not good and couldnt finish it. Very sad. I asked for tomato sauce, thank goodness as there was no tomato sauce in the bag. Wedges was as dry as cardboard, tasted old it was so dry.Lastly I never needed a serviette when eating my pita! Has anyone ever done that at Nandos? Probably never as the chicken pita is juicy and tasty. Well so dry and no sauce!Never had such a bad meal in a long time. A first for Nandos. Very disappointed as I have not had nandos in months. Hope management looks into this. Not good experience.Hope this branch can turn it around.

Drive-thru cashier is rude and does not welcome you... its just hellooo like as if she has been waiting for ages to take your order... in the meantime she hasnt even acknowledged you upon arrival

Worst service ever today. Usually slow drive thru but to day was the worst 45mins waiting and only one car collecting in from of us. I will never ever use this service again. My fuel usage whilst idling was more than my order! Get your act together Nandos Cape Gate!

This Nandos needs work! I recently moved into the area and as a huge nandos fan I was excited to have one so close to home, but, Ive had more bad experiences than good. The quality is very inconsistent and when I think Ive had the best the branch can do its basically just ok.The drive-in takes too long, even though you expect to wait longer ant a nandos drive-in it takes way longer than any other Nandos drive-through Ive been to.The 2 stars are, letting them down gently

Im giving a one star as nul is not an option. Ordered the fiesta fries. Waited almost half an hour in drive to receive the scrapes from the grill. Worst take a way I have ever had. It is sooo salty you cannot eat it. Through it in the bin. Terrible quality and a huge waist if money!!!

Today is my first time coming to nandoes ever....i am 30 weeks pregnant and work in a hospital so my covid radar is super alert and i just want to say WELL DONE!!!! To all the different sections in nandoes cape gate/okovango....it is a long wait coz its busy so i get to observe everyone and every single persom from the kitchen staff to the cashier...window staff for drive through and waitors for the tables are wearing their masks over their noses and mouths and wearing their goggles....really big high five to you guys very disciplined even mr delivery knows their place and how to make use of the sanitizer providedI will def come again...(hope the food is just as impressive)

Food was nice and chicken breast was succulent 👍...however despite only a few ppl in store we waited what felt like eons despite being told the order would be ready within 12-15 mins just for the 2 x 1/4 Chicken & chips, and we didnt receive cutlery as well👎

We waited really long for our order and to pay R150 for whole chicken the size of a pigeon......a baby pigeon to be exact.

The staff at this nandos all have a very rude attitude. You ask them a question and they just ignore you... Its very disappointing. When you go inside the service is soo slow... Its a joke.. No matter what time of the day you walk in there and we eat there every day at different times. the staff are ALWAYS in the corner busy eating. Looks like a real party to work there... Hate this nandos and cannot believe that the owner tolerates his staff to treat his customers so badly. Shame on you for not checking up 😞😞

I have not had Nandos forever... what a disappoint.Chicken was terribly.Ordered 2 Mild chicken Burgers and 2 melies.Chicken was tastles..boilt and thrown the grill.Im sure the local corner take out can do better

Nandos always one of my favorite places. No Nandos in Stellenbosch, so I always go to Cape Gate or Somerset Mall. They are both a close second to my favorite Nandos, in Pretoria North.

I have been visiting your branch and I always received good service in the pasy but by my last 2 experiences on Sunday the 18th and today the 21st was not that good, I had to wait very long for my food, I would appreciate it if the person taking your order can tell you how long it will take before you get your food, a drive through for me is suppose to quick and prompt service....

The services is always on point at this branch but over payday weekend when going through the drive thru, you get told to wait 8 min for chicken, but 25 min later they are only starting pack your order.
